My sweet little Teddy Bear...
Mommy gave 'YOU' to me
Now I never sleep alone at night
The comfort you gave when God's sunny eyes ran out of light

You are my sweet little teddy bear...
You kept me company throughout the years
I hugged you when my eyes were full of tears
Loving you, squeezing you
We both express much joyful dance of cheers
Together we sang lullabies, without you singing one single word
We drank from the same teacup, whispered about the pretty birds
Now listen, as I mumble extra words into your ear
My sweet Teddy Bear, you are always here

We snuggled every night staring at the star-frame window
"You held my hand when I was lost in my own imaginary limbo

My sweet little Teddy Bear...
I'm 11 now, and my mother loves me dearly
Sadly, she felt it was time to find me a daddy
Little does she know my daddy visits every night in my dreams

Shhhhhh!!!
Now her boyfriend visits my room and tells me not to scream
Little Teddy bear, I never showed you fear before I fell asleep
Little Teddy bear, tonight I do not want to count sheep
Teddy bear, now I hold you closer and tighter than before
Little Teddy Bear let me cover your ears, from the screeching door
Little Teddy Bear, he said he would hurt Mommy if I tell anyone
Little Teddy Bear, I know you see and hear everything!!!

Oh, soft, squishy, most beloved Teddy!
How I hugged you on scary stormy nights.
I know you loved me, with all your heart's
own bear might!

You sat smiling at my alpine wood children's table.
While I made us lunch, as best as a little girl was able!

I read you books with pictures I did so love.
You said nothing, but we were close as hands in a glove.

Those dark eyes sparkling, your lips in a sweet curl.
These young girl memories, make by heart twirl.

On warm summer days, you and my doll, Nancy, in a
buggy were placed.
I walked through my Chicago neighborhood with a mother's
ease and grace.

Teddy, what cruel fates took you away?
You, stolen at a party~ my little girl heart still misses her furry,
agape!

Decades have come, moons and seasons, too.
But in my heart, dearest,Teddy, I will always miss the comfort
of holding, furry, comforting, you!

Do you have a toy you loved
                   and lost, too?
If so, would share that with us?

Dear Teddy Bear, My Teddy Bear

I keep you with me night and day,
Amazing how you always play.
When it is time to take my nap
You rest with me right in my lap.

You are my bestest furry friend!
May our sweet friendship never end.
I know you love me and you care
Dear Teddy bear, my Teddy bear.

My Teddy Bear

I sometimes get a little crazy and lose control
I sometimes lose sight of whats in my soul
My teddy bear steadily speaks in my ear
Everything in sight reminding me that he's still here
My teddy bear texts just to say, "Good morning beautiful. I love you."
A random call in the middle of the afternoon just to say, "Baby, I'm here to pull you
through."

My teddy bear leaves a silent message everywhere
My teddy bear leaves a desk full of paper and a drink in the fridge
Sayin' baby take my hand and we'll build a bridge
My teddy bear knows which song to play
My teddy bear knows how to make me smile more each day

I sometimes get a little crazy and lose control
I sometimes lose sight of whats in my soul
My teddy bear steadily speaks in my ear
Everything in sight reminding me that he's still here
My teddy bear texts just to say, "Good morning beautiful. I love you."
A random call in the middle of the afternoon just to say, "Baby, I'm here to pull you
through."

My teddy is slowly teaching me to let it all go
My teddy bear is teaching me to let my emotions flow

I sometimes get a little crazy and lose control
I sometimes lose sight of whats in my soul
My teddy bear steadily speaks in my ear
Everything in sight reminding me that he's still here
My teddy bear texts just to say, "Good morning beautiful. I love you."
A random call in the middle of the afternoon just to say, "Baby, I'm here to pull you
through."

I look around and see you everywhere
Every moment reminding me that you'll be there
Your wisdom and knowledge fills my ears
Your presence in my heart says you're still here

Milly and Her Teddy Bear

There is a girl with bright blue hair
Who has a much loved teddy bear
He is her best friend in the world
In his arms she is oft times curled.

Her pretty name is Milly Mae
Milly and teddy play all day
He listens to her hopes and dreams
And her most adventurous schemes.

The hair is just a wig for sure
An aspect of dress-up allure
Milly is who she cares to be
A character from a story.

Teddy watches over role plays
Milly he does support always
To teddy she's a super star
As sweet as honey in a jar.

Sometimes they laugh, it’s such a scream
That teddy almost splits his seams
At times they cry when things are sad
That brings cuddles from mom and dad.

Milly is just four years of age
A polite girl who’s well behaved
She always says please and thank you
The way that she’s been taught to do.

Patchwork Teddy Bear

Little stuffed bear
lying on a bed
Made of odd pieces of cloth
Not as handsome
as store-bought bears
Of this he was ashamed
But he captured the heart
of a little girl
And of this he was rightfully proud
Nestled in her arms
So loving each night
He led a charmed life
He brought sweet dreams
or so it seems
and had no wants at all

Years passed, and
the little girl
grew to think he was
of no more use to her
He found himself in
a trash can
His heart so hurt
the angels cried
And this is what they swore

To teddy bear heaven
they carried him
to rest in well earned peace
But from heaven he
could not bear to be
He wanted to be with her
That you surely see

One night the girl
had a frightful nightmare
and cried out for her bear
And in a flash our Teddy came
To keep away the scare

Now Teddy again lies on her bed
On his face a mighty grin
Cause Teddy found out
his one great love
Indeed still needed him.

Teddy bear, Teddy bear, I have found you,
Hiding behind a tree,
Teddy bear, together, let's reach the blue,
Come, come and play with me,

Teddy bear, Teddy bear, you hide, I'll seek,
Count to hundred and one,
Teddy bear, together, let's touch the peak,
Come, come, let's have some fun.

Sonnet For a Teddy Bear

Softer than the touch of silk
More calming than the sea
Better than a glass of milk
And a batch of fresh, warm cookies
Sweeter than the sound of rain
On a tin roof in the country
Erasing briefly all my pain
The teddy bear that hugs me
More exuberant than a burning fire
Tamed and then gone wild
Easy kindness brings desire
If only for a little while
And I don’t want to bring and end
To comfort given by a friend

Premium Member Christmas Teddy Bear, On Cd

Darling, what I want for Christmas, is you to be my teddy bear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, a song and dance to share,
Some hugs and kisses between us, a warm and listening ear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, the charm of Christmas cheer,

Yes, what I want for Christmas, is you to be my teddy bear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, in tender loving care,
Some hugs and kisses between us, a song and dance to share,
Some hugs and kisses between us, as I hold you near,

For love to be with us, throughout our Christmas years,
Darling, what I want for Christmas, is you to be my teddy bear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, the charm of Christmas cheer,
Some hugs and kisses between us, the warmth of Christmas dear,

Enduring love to be with us, throughout our Christmas years,
Darling, what I want for Christmas, is you to be my teddy bear,
Some hugs and kisses between us, some hugs and kisses between us,
Some hugs and kisses between us, "Won't you be my teddy bear!!"

I love your beautiful and hypnotic eyes
Every time we hug, I get butterflies in my stomach

Your smile, your laughter and all the experiences we share
Our feelings are deep and true, that's love

Hold me through the night, you're my hope for tomorrow
You've made my life complete, it's no better feeling

Within my heart and soul my own jewel forever loved
You know my dear, forever I am yours and you are mine

Premium Member Australian Teddy Bear

Many human beings consider me an animal that’s beautiful.
I am one of those mammals classified as a marsupial.
Some people call me an “Australian teddy bear”.
However, “koala” is the proper moniker I wear.
This continent down under is my native home.
To other places in the world I do not want to roam.
All of you zookeepers, please don’t take me away.
Here in this land you call “Australia” is where I want to stay.

Premium Member - My Teddy Bear Is Only Mine -

I have an old teddy bear
                                           and he is only mine
My Teddy is old and worn
but he is still so great
He is brown with a red ribbon around his neck
The coat has been some rough
He is not as smooth as before
                                         You can borrow my Teddy
if you are sad and upset
He is very good to hug
He's been my friend since the day I was born
                                              And he is only mine
