in a hot skillet
add olive oil
garlic
persimmons
onions
sauté unitl onions are translucent
add apples
fresh ginger
cabbage
mushrooms
(wilt cabbage)
remove from pan,
in the same skillet
add ground duck and ground lamb
stir to brown
add cumin, rosemary
sprinkle salt, cayenne
