Look closely, feel the harmless heat
enveloping black-diamond
petals in the glistening
garden of glossy geraniums.
There, sprouts rosemary dreams
from an untouched silhouette,
eager to be seen beyond
her perfumed pigments.
Her universe was sprinkled
with starry streams
of gleaming rays,
as she swayed to symphonic
serenades filled with hazel dust.
They may gawk with greedy
glares as wide as the night sky,
marking her with lecherous
objects that only please
shameless eyes.
She was never
in need of a sixth sense
to understand iron glances
that travel in nefarious packs,
with sugar-burnt hunger
washing all over her
unblistered flesh,
judging her concealer
as a manipulative facade,
seeking uncalled-for affirmations
that she never solicited,
misconceiving her thin lines
of red-river lipstick.
Her summer physique allowed
no consent for invasive intrusion,
yet carnal cravings become
unwelcome toxic trespassers.
Their immoral thoughts
believe shallow words
give them wanderlust wings,
while sinister stars in their sky
label her a soulless mannequin,
objectifying her
cinnamon-glazed skin,
sun-kissed hair,
and pecan-powdered~
caramelized voluptuous flare,
with their vehement
voracious desires.
Swinging penetrative thin blades
of opinions from miles,
oblivious to the fact that
she is the sanguine strength
that strolls in silver silence
across spiky swards,
suppressing the pain her
bones have endured with
every whiskering
whistle they wolfed.
There, if the mauve moon and
crystalline constellations look closely,
they would find versatile
mirrors of meaning
reflecting the times
she parades a smile too
comfortable to wear,
for they have concluded
her bed to be a shrine
of blenders and
overflowing thickened blades,
cursed by the biological
sins of Adam's ancestors.
HER
the chains —
roses tied ‘round hands and feet,
apple-scented la forza del destino.
the buds claw down her back,
send shivers down her spine,
her head climaxed —
delicate, her perfumed breath.
the thorns gently nibble at her neck,
the wine it draws,
the tongue collects.
HIM
his waist, she grips
with everlasting rose-hips,
the crystal chalice overflows
with deliciousness.
full blossoms, of golden pressed
like a prisoner’s garb unto his chest.
he heaves so hard, suffocating
beneath this veneer of tremulous beauty.
Together
they beg to be released,
their vines intertwined
and fate interjects
with wounds of perspiring lips
solicited to one another
in a kiss of bon chance.
liberated to master their winded flutes
of cherry parfait served with
whipped cream.

You will never write me.
You will never call.
You will never inquire about my day.
You will believe my heart will never fall.
Your words will be made
Of incendiary copiers
Of toddler’s glue
To tell hundreds of others
How unique
They never were
Without online reminders,
I will be another passing celebration.
Another misunderstood gasp of amnesia
Reaching out with curdled arms
Amongst plucked yesterdays
Where were you in the weeks of our passing lull?
Did you crawl towards remedial rest stop
As you pleasured tomorrow’s misguided wish
Because
It was never guaranteed
But, you knew that.
Just like admiration,
Yet, never expecting its counterpart
To be awoken from fantasy’s French kiss
I hold the bliss of hopeful awakenings
From this familiar rooftop
That you will know what it really means
What it really means
To become what you have forgotten
A solicited facade of bonded breaths
Ready to fall

Some folks think their advice alone will suffice
But I’m inclined to seek a second opinion --
On a few occasions, I’ve sought some thrice.
I don’t think getting more knowledge is a vice,
Even if solicited from a friend or companion
Some folks think their advice alone will suffice.
When I receive excellent advice, it is so nice
Receiving affirmation improves my disposition
On a few occasions, I’ve sought some thrice.
Of course, for good counsel one pays a price
Especially from a professional to reexamine
Some folks think their advice alone will suffice!
Opinions? -- sometimes it’s a toss of the dice
Like playing a competitive game of backgammon
On a few occasions, I’ve sought some thrice.
It’s probably not good to ask an expert twice
Seeking more advice doesn’t bring on a famine,
Some folks think their advice alone will suffice
On a few occasions, I’ve sought some thrice.

The woman
That I have loved with lust
But she
Has loved me with heart and soul
Can say
That I have made our trust a maze
Like the fox that cried wolf
I played a game to gamble truth
And now
I've taken steps to clean my feet
Which gathered debris of solicited lies
...so on and so
The nights we try to communicate
Baffled and confused I wonder why
She still cries
good morning of day
tailor birds chirping out my window
mild breeze flowing
dawn of the white diamond
golden sunshine from the far sky
a piece of your smiling
fair and coolness of the surrounding
feeling of drizzling in rainless daybreak
news paper on the table
sipping on a cup of raw tea
bitterness gives birth sweetened sense on tongue
you are on lotus meditation
bathing, having breakfast
coming out for the daily job
a life mixture of many things
solicited and unsolicited
mixed up here in this estuary of life
at the breaking of eyes resting
out of the home, of me, of you
my existence wandering to wondering
it’s a life, competition to enjoy happiness
somewhere I find, somewhere I tired
but the elixir of life on your smiling, concession
makes self-satisfaction in the competition

HARMONY 69
The night of twelfth December `69
knotted together an icy storm wind
that whipped False bay`s waves
to white -frilled blankets.
Thunderclaps against primal rocks
resonated through a ghettoe of glowing tents
on a dark, rough ,bushy patch .
Rising plaintively above the din
of drums and flapping canvas,
creole strains solicited the capricious gods
for a clement Cape .
Love songs , sweet like wine
would even tittilated mermaid`s melons,
stranding them breathless, with tails scaled.
In my sixteenth tempestuous year,
I was sickened and sullied, spoiling for a fight
with that ever- prying, ever-lying police-state
denying us
dividing us
deriding us
ripping us
whipping us
in an all-pervasive racist propaganda storm
Harmony, was forced ethnic relocation right there
in a stamp-size sea-resort next to a stinking dump.
Our yearly anticipated salty baptism,
fouled for a full ten years,
dunked in fascist soil
of a false bay with a real bite….
rubbing coarse salt in our opened wounds
Rubbing it in the flayed
William, my sire, of the black turf belly
Rubbing it in the lashed
Maxie , my ma , of white-on-black graft
Rubbing it in the spurred
Dot Adams, my oracle , of the pearled-truth tongue
imprisoned to a silent ninety-day solitary confinement. .
Yes, a full two hundred scar-studded waxes
avidly saluting the wretched who rose in revolution
drowning exploiters in the oppressed`s precious blood
Algeria whilst raped,unveiling herself,
firing fear into bared French fascism
exploding the myth of a benevolent colonialism.
“Lumumba will guide the Kongo to freedom”
grandpa agitated hopefully as revolutionary Patrice,
our dark prince of peace
died on the bloodied butts
of neo-colonial carbines.
My seven-year heart burst
in anger and pain.
A companiable heart`s balance
tilted with unease at justice , unhinged.
the periodic uprisings of people in far-flung regions
against the arrogance of anglo-saxon imperialism
salted my youth with the tears of broken children,
their blood ever spattering my angry brow.
Slaves to media hype
Feeding your numb minds
With news tripe
Celebrity Correspondence
Filled glossy pretence
Lost all feeling of common sense
In there defence, they are paid
To believe in their own self importance
Documenting lives of no consequence
Details scrutinized, laying in wait
With prying eyes, having to go out in disguise
When actually this brings more attention
Did I forget to mention? That was their intention!
Staples and tucks, staple to the diet
Eating thin air, to keep them quiet
Ten pounds gained would cause a riot
Paid to kiss and tell, myths to dispel
And expose the jezebel, cut her to size
Sent to the press gutter hell
Snapped in precarious places
With powder nose faces
Or solicited embraces
Lawyers with sharks fin
Ready to lure in
Unsuspectin’
Paid lucrative deals
Ensuring nobody squeals
Eating into royalties
Big bucks and bigger fees
This addiction, this disease
Once tasted, hard to leave
Brainwashed to believe
This is the only way
Yes, it’s naïve
But when you’re stuck in L.A. L.A. Land
With the good, ugly and the tanned
And your face is your brand
What else are you going to do?
You’re sold out and see through
Left exposed, battered, black and blue
Become reclusive behind 12 foot walls
You don’t go out and nobody calls
Washed up, wasted, worthless
No one left to impress
In your final distress
You consume pills
For imagined ills
Locked up in Hollywood hills
Drugs to wake, drugs to sleep
One to many and in to deep
Found by a maid in a heep
But at least A listers attended
And your send off was splendid
And they cried, even if they pretended
No, not like you intended
But you’re a star in the street
Forever remembered in concrete…
Who could have known of their watch
Who could have told of their suspicion
Who could have told
That they were the harbingers
To my resurrection?
Me, I sat there
Plummeted
Engrossed in my ingratitude
Occasionally
Languishing
Betraying the illusion
And I remember, too,
Lingering in the thirsty
Emptiness
Mummified
Entwined in my solitude.
Sometimes
Before the Eolithic era
Which refracted by dioptric
Prometheus moulded his man
There were no leaves on branches
No bark on the trunks
No undergrowth in the forest
No sweat on the pores.
I opened the cataract
on my veins
the silence of the stars
surged forth
down the rivers on my palm-
leaving deserts behind.
Sensing disturbance
In my oblivion
Reproaching my rebirth
I reached out for the present
Leaving no spoor.
Centuries after
I arrived at the end of my hibernation
At the beginning of their quest
I had not solicited, I swear!
Mother, they said
These cracks on your face
In the shape of nations
Who will mend them?
Those aliens
Who daily defile your rivers
Make love to your beaches
Shitting on your mountains
Who will excoriate their oddity?
Those derelicts
Shaking your constellation
To balance the ecology:
Who will indite the epilogue?
Those dirty mercenaries
Who raped your plains
Plundered your joy:
Who will expiate the outrage?
Who will resurrect
Your majesty?
Who will deflect
The holocaust?
With sultry eyes from the torridness, our summer solstice brings togetherness.
Hands are held in a romantic way and relationships forms.
Is this longevity or a subterfuge born?
The crowd of people came as one for a centralized purpose.
Singles solicited to discover someone.
With the requirement of a blog post, is a subterfuge born?
Dissipated to a picture of love, what lengths will be taken in karma?
A total straight focus took shape and a morality call to procreate.
Different sex is unity.

PENNED ON JUNE 29, 2014!
The refusal to serve the Monarch at/on the battle filed caused this family to be sentenced to life imprisonment, but within the mercy of the King he decided to send to an Island to serve the remaining years. On that Island Jeka and her husband Eric were to start brand new life no home and people to live with.
Fortunately Jeka was pregnant after sometimes she gave birth to their Messiah son; the Island was so magnificent and beautiful there were lots of fruits and animals to be hunt. Eric was so experienced in wars that experience he acquired helped him to stay on the Island, he hunted and gathered logs and fruits, the boy grew in that lonely society as no one to play with as a young boy.
He had that memory onto his manhood, one night the family was so stressful and disgusted while conversing the boy solicited about their terrible conditions, they were going through in the Island. The boy asked again why we abandoned to ourselves in this Monster Island at that time Eric narrated the story in full details the boy came to realized how they came to be stranded in Island.
But God wanted this family to rule the Kingdom, one night they were sleeping just to wake up in the morning they found miracle at their door on how to build a boat. The boy with his father caved the boat for so long before they finally finished it, then the family was to get home, but getting home would be difficult situation, because they would be killed.
And no food was left on Island and everybody was desperate and fed up in the Island, and the boy needs to attend school in the city near you. The boy asked the blessing of his parents, and he took the adventure in the Mediterranean Sea and left behind Jeka and Eric, he went to the city in the night and rushed into Royal Palace he found that the bodyguards all were sleeping.
He moved so fast with his sword and dethroned the King and he took power. In the morning he declared I am your King all the bodyguards, servants, slaves and maids bowed down to show him respect, and he immediately sent convoy of ships to bring his parents from the Island.
Is your comeback a symbol of faith or vengeance
Let it be clear if to light or darkness you pay allegiance
Don't make men victims of ploys up your sleeves
Meting out on them wrath as thieves
Suffering for invested trust
Reaping from it the dividend of disgust
To whom much is given, much is required
Even that which is sought, solicited and acquired
For the fulfilling of desire comes with position
Propositions, dispositions clamouring for your decision
And the old stream of a mind must be stretched
To a lake from which nourishment is fetched
Ask yourself why some lead and others follow
Is it the bait of the lender on those who borrow?
Is it charisma, wit, oration and charm
Is it the strength to which weakness submits to avert harm
Is it a fixed ordination of a bloodline from the beginning
Is it learnable of its intent, design and meaning
Think of God who is continually believed and defied
Yet all life and breath have on him always relied
Patient that they'll freely yield to Him without force
Ye must fashion your ways after this high course
For ye take a heavier cross than most men consider
So let the highest of character surpass the highest bidder

It was my lovely mother who devotedly fathered me;
She taught me wisdom and the ability to analytically see.
Fully guided me with discipline; sprinkling lashes, when necessary;
She trained me up, “In the way that I should go” and not contrary.
I learnt life-moulding lessons daily; through which I matured;
She re-enforced what I was taught at school, because it mattered.
Daily she provided, while teaching me that it was God who provides;
I learnt that decisions have consequences; so before you decide scrutinize.
She always solicited advice and aid from other men about “guys stuff;”
Because she understood that in some areas, she didn’t know enough.
She never slowed down; gave up; nor as I see it, never once rested;
Even when her health, strength, will and faith; life’s trials sorely tested.
When all is said, written and done, my beloved mother is the one;
She bore, raised, mothered and fathered me – she’s my Wonder Woman.

Across the green Serengeti land, don't you know
A big road is being built to carry the filth
O where will the wide beasts now go, ever go
Shall we speak, shall we speak or die in guilt?
Cho.
O mother, I cannot sleep
Don't you know night and is just the same
I drink my tears as I weep
I drink my tears as I weep
You got a new man, and it is such a shame
He can't to us a promise keep
Papa, I can't sleep
This man does not love's promise keep
Serengeti, the eternal Eden, is all we creatures know
But the big trucks soon will be killing there
And no longer a river of antelope will flow, will flow
While the lions and deer disappear, disappear
O my green Serengeti, I am weeping for you, for you
I am begging the world to forbid your death
I am begging the world to march with a rage so true
O sweet sanctuary, I am sad, sad with regret
How can I be silent when I hear her cry, do you hear
The muffled sounds of the strangling rape
The vampire needs her blood for a cell phone vein, beware
For twitter is silent while our mother is raped
[They are about to mine the Serengeti, the largest animal sanctuary in Tanzania, for
minerals to make cell phones. They have began the building of a commercial freeway
through its center for trucks. Poets, nature lovers, ecologists, Christians cannot
know this and do nothing ... every Congressman must be implored, every news
paper editor must be solicited, it is our own life we are fighting for. Protect the
Serengeti!]
