Best Shameful Poems

Shameful Morning

not sure how she got here
only know she needs to leave

underneath the stranger
my arm numb; asleep,
mouth a desert.
a hundred dead cigarettes dance my tongue dry

princess of night
exposed by light.
get me out of this;
another dreaded morning mess.

bed broken
along with my will.
I swore never again;
the lie is half the thrill.

The Shameful Hunt

I wish i could turn back time
stop myself from committing that crime
my heart is torn the more i think about it
nothing in the world will ever fit
i regret ever saying goodbye
and also ever making you cry
i wish those feelings would return
but i guess its my turn
to be the one whose feelings are crushed
and turned to nothing but dust
i wish we had made it together
maybe then things would be better
looking back those were my happy days
but now I'm nothing but a mere slave
to what my heart feels inside
from the truth that i fear
and no one else will ever hear
of the love i have for this girl
who throws my head into a whirl
whenever i take a step forward
i always get brought back
seeing you happy is all i want
so for now i will stop my hunt
for the love that i want from you
that is nothing less then true
but trying to make you feel the same
that for me only brings shame

Shameful Ex-Boyfriend

My soul urns for justice and it’s own freedom why is this sh** keep me awake and everything else continuously makes me break I am demonstrating my fake famous traits amazingly entertaining everyone around me they praise me by keeping my life and my name above importance’s and responsibilities. “Wow”, that’s great THANKS for your thoughts of me and about me I guess this will become a memory some day you’ll repeat this to one of your homies. I guess this is some kind of way you are showing some enemy love. Your always talking sh** about someone you don’t even know personally judge me I guess that’s all you even see or heard from some douche bag you met briefly surprised by my drama you rather be Popperazii then even worry about what’s really going on. On the local hometown news station. And really besides that I guess I keep you up at night or maybe it’s your choice in drug use???? Beats me just stay away from me please. I was board today and decided to write this just for all to see. Desperate and cold cruel is what the world turns and shows our lord what he created all of us to be why or how did you even choose this for me? I’m blessed in many ways but what is with my ex you see he’s a never ending STD which I say this cause he gave me twice. And you see he said he has never cheated on me? I know I haven’t ever had time to even pay attention to another man or woman I was always alone and waiting for him to get off work he made good money got paid every week 300 I began to find out this from his family I don’t understand why we are homeless after 8 mouths I told myself it’s time to move on I’m dumb if I stay and waste my big opportunities. He’s cheated on me and still he lied I know better cause I have proof I know I’m not perfect I have had some mistakes too but I can admit mine I’ve told him in the passed that I’ve cheated but you know he didn’t even believe me. He says I’m not a cheater! He’s right I’m not that’s why I had told him before I acted on my actions He’s a back stabber I regret being his ex and friend....

Shameful Lover

behind those closed doors
you adore every part of me,
from the icy mountain peaks to the summer shores!
but,you never touch me..
You don't even look at me
when everyone can see...

you like my light
when it's not too bright.
you like my smile
when i don't laugh too loud.

You don't want your reputation to fall to the ground
So in private your love is bold and bright,
but in public...my name is never even spoken
because you do love me,but only when im hidden

Premium Member Shameful Feelings Repented

Shadows cast on yesterdays
Haunt her still, as she recalls
A time of impurity.
Masking her loneliness, she
Excelled at performing sex,
Fulfilling an inner need.
Uncertain of whom to trust,
Lust controlled her libido.

For when she sold her body,
Every pleasure was indulged.
Entertaining nightly, meant
Leaving little time for faith.
Inside her heart, love withered,
Numbed by a lifetime of sin.
Gradually she sought God,
Sensing His love stir within.

Repentant, she shunned sin, to
Embrace the life of a nun.
Purged of sexual thoughts, she
Eagerly denounced her past,
Never more to return to
The wonton ways of her youth.
Emptied of all, but her pain,
Dejected, she kneels to pray.

Shameful Parasites On the Public

Shameful Parasites On the Public

By Elton Camp

Here is what this write is intended to do
It’s an indictment, not of most, but of few

Law enforcement has people of integrity
Who protectors of the public try to be

Most every community will have some
Who are ignorant, rude and greedy scum

Police work is a last-resort job they take
To give them a paid, extended coffee break

They delight to hide behind a sign or tree
So that passing motorists are unable to see

There, well concealed, they will park
Until they see one who’s an easy mark

Young, elderly, Hispanic or black
Siren wailing, they’re on the track

Though the fine is their actual game
The public’s safety is their bogus claim

It’s in a speed trap that they’ve laid
To keep their own salary well paid

Of many small town, motorists beware
For cops like this may be lurking there

In such a place, never spend a dime
They use cops who are stinking slime

A Shameful Conquest of Itself

‘May I take the liberty?’ used to be asked by polite old men,
Doffing their caps as required to a stranger to whom they were offering assistance.
‘May I take the liberty?’ used to be asked in gentle introduction,
When respect for others was the tool of choice to overcome shyness or resistance.
‘May I take the liberty?’ was never shouted, never barked,
Always offered as a helping hand to those in distress, those in a mess.
‘May I take the liberty?’ scarce n’er received a refusal or rebuttal.
And yet today, it’s something different, something worrying, something less.

‘May, I take The Liberty!’ has become the clarion shout of one
Who became our leader by default, fought, and lost much support.
‘May, I take The Liberty!’ is now shouted from her bunker of resistance,
It’s a statement, not a question now, just a signpost to a future coming to nought.
‘May, I take The Liberty!’ is the usp of one who remains in power but wants to leave,
One who sits, because the others who stand and wait, just wait on history’s dusty shelf.
‘May, I take The Liberty!’ is this to be her final epitaph, her frantic footnote?
This scuppered isle, this earth of misery, hath made a shameful conquest of itself.

A Shameful Few

Chip away at the surroundings,
To get to the spoils inside.
Mindless of devastation,
Or the pain as a nation cries.

Off in a new direction,
The agenda must be upheld.
Global unification?
A very grim fairy tale!

Greed on their back as they pillage,
Warmongers with hue and cry!
Fodder sent home in a wooden box,
As more and more people still die!

Freedom and liberty long gone,
As we are snared in the tellers net.
Peasants and squires of near future.
In the worst game of risk ever yet!

Stolen and lost are our rights
As the parasites hold their heads high!
Choking on lies as they spew their untruths
As to why the next country must die!

Nothing it seems will stop them,
Hell bent on their mission it seems.
The ruination of the world...
As they crush its inhabitants dreams!

Turning on their own people
People they should try and protect.
When that trust is gone it’s all over,
Because what do the people have left?

Civilized nations turned monster
By the leaders consumed with greed
No happily ever after....
Just the planting of evil’s seed!

Chip away at the surroundings,
To get to the spoils inside.
Mindless of devastation,
Or the pain as a nation cries!

Shameful Society

Bitter and alone in this twisted society,
gone wrong, all topsy turvy.
Elders stand, whilst hoodies sit,
they have no shame,
they're proud of it.
Walking 'round like real big men,
with a snarling beast
on a short chain.

In the night I hear a baby cry,
left for hours, left to die?
Times are hard, steal to survive,
locked away,
whilst paedophiles thrive.
The rich get richer,
crooks all the same,
on the take
whilst appointing the blame.

Politicians driven in their flash, shiny cars,
whilst the holes in my shoes
give my feet nasty scars.
If only they could see
how it is for many,
sleeping on the streets
without a single penny.
Oh,this society, broken gone askew.
If only those in power
really, truly knew.

My Shameful Self Vs God's Love- Christen Kuikoua

The lord is my shepherd, why should I stumble?
In the midst of tribulation, He holds my hands
He Protects me from my greatest adversary

Fights my battle in times of war
And feeds me whenever hunger strikes
Never have I ever lacked,
For he always has provided

In my shivering and pain,
He heals me
Never has he ever forsaken me,
Though my ungrateful self does
He gifted my mouth with songs and graced my hand with poetry.
What a gift I didn’t deserve

Can’t count the number of time death was deserved
Instead, he showed me grace
He calls me his, Though I don’t feel worthy
Yet by my side in my greatest falls, He Remains

What a loving God I call my own,
though his love is not deserved by me

Shameful Lady

You made a life of one I love so dear
Your not to be the one for him to fear
You all condemn him for all what he has done
For a young lad the bad things were nothing but fun
Your not maternal, you ring no more
The lad is awaiting for you at his door
Never come round to visit your son
What he wants is his only mum
Putting him down makes you feel so relieved
I tell him what you say is never to be believed
You announce “fairy legs and carling cup ears”
Your son has a complex from all his childhood years
How dare you lady, for what have you got
A massive stomach and that’s the whole lot
So you and your special children can all go wild
Whilst we sit in love awaiting our first beautiful child

Shameful Abuse

I Wasn't Put in this World
For You to Hurt and Abuse
I Know I'm Here for a Reason
But It's Not to Ignite Your Short Fuse

You Say You Love Me So Much
And Without Me You Have No Life
Well, Something You Should Understand
I Am Not the Enemy I Am Your Wife

You Love Me for Awhile,
Then Something Changes Inside
Your Personality Becomes Ugly
Causing Hurt I Can't Abide

But Mark My Words for Reference
Please Mark Them Very Well
The Day Will Surely Come
When I Say.."You Go Straight to Hell"

Dang Shameful

I'm afeard of the youngins a followin' us elders
I'm afeard of this world and I pray
That you expose them thar varmit polutitions
Who narry mean nothin they say
And I am old and never had any learnin
So forgive that I can't ritely spell
I jus wanna say the world ain't ok
And in fact it's headed for hell
 What in tarnation has happened
 Evil lurks round every bend
The folk you once knew as neighbours
 Are no longer trustworthy friends
The good folk who do well are silenced
By them thar high monkey monks in command
They have taken over the world
As you bow to their corrupt plan
They have no regard for the Creator
Thar awantin weath an power an acclaim
 With no regard for justice
 They blaspheme God's Holy name
 When I died in 1873
I had no suspect of future event
Now from Heaven I see great atrocities
From a race that is surely Hell bent
On destroying this planet God created
Man persists in polluting His Earth
I cry from my old eyes watching oceans and sky
Being assaulted as though they'd no worth
Where are the defenders of your great nation
They have perished in Wars bravely fought
Soldiers as young as 15 gave their lives and their dreams
In the hope that the goodness they sought
Would be one day enjoyed by you their descendants

Premium Member Shameful Sinner of a Saint

Here I stand Lord, with not much to give..
A shameful sinner, a heart that's pensive.

Lord, here I am down on my knees..
An iniquitous soul to appease.

Lord, here dies my reprehensible heart.
I didn't deserve you from the start.

The Lord appeared and took my hand!
"Child, I love you don't you understand?"

I bowed down my weary head..
Tears fell as I heard what he said.

The Lord gathered me in his loving embrace.
At that moment, I felt very safe.

"My child, I died on the cross for all mankind.."
I, found this inconceivable in my mind.

He showed me His nailed peiced hands and feet.
I knelt down, feeling every aching heartbeat.

The Lord knelt down next to me!
"I love you child, now don't you see?"

With His gentle radiant smile it was then I knew..
That His death on the cross was for me and for you.

I now percieve that He died for our every sin.
That through Him, we are forgiven.
