Apple blossoms in abundance; sweet aroma in the air.
Begonias burst with brilliance. Blue bells pop up everywhere.
Cherry blossoms cheer with pink; corn flowers cluster blue.
Dandelions dance with wind; Daffodils dance too.
Easter Lily, always early, blooms exquisite white.
Forget-me-nots, fresh-picked by tots, are a Mom’s delight.
Geraniums, garden-fresh, are growing graciously.
Hollyhocks I plucked when young my heart is blessed to see.
Irises with leaves like swords paint rainbows on the lawn.
Johnny-jump-ups have their purple yellow clothing on!
Kangaroo paws, so exotic - come to us sun-kissed.
Lilac bushes, lush with lovely flowers can’t be missed!
Marigold, like its friend the Sun, is glowing too.
Narcissus, so many types of it, now bloom anew.
Orchids of the warmer climes, one-of-a-kind are they!
Peonies, so pretty, and perky poppies are at play.
Queen-of-lace with gracious face, how elegant is she!
Ranunculus, a Buttercup, greets us radiantly.
Sweet pea, looking precious, up the trellis climbs
Tansies, yellow buttons, also love the temperate times.
Uva-Ursi, on long stems, in late spring's breeze will sway.
Violet’s vibrant color gives its name away!
Wax flowers help fill up bouquets on spring wedding days.
Xeranthemum, a sunflower, flaunts her sunny ways.
Yellow wood anemone starts flowering in May.
Zinnia comes later. For Zinnia and others, the sun just has to stay!

The meticulous melody of my musings is she.
Quietly my quill inscribes intrinsic ink upon the paths she walks.
Profoundly postulated in poems I've portrayed her in -
she's inspired ingenious imagery of beaucoup beauty.
I ponder without her what my life would be like?
With determiners of this, that, these and those, she is the
one who guides like an orchestra of street lights at night.
In times of silence I wonder what she is thinking of
when gazing at blue horizons that appear cloudless,
as her exotic eyes always crave for calming climes.
There is no measure in the pleasure of her treasure and
her artistry on a blank canvas turns stanzas radiantly starry,
so I croon a tune hoping to be the moon under her serene skies.
Yet not all lullabies of lovers can ease a melancholic mind and
sometimes it's difficult to write lyrics making sense of it all.
Not all verses compliment strings with an instrumental that's
an emotionally unbalanced mix of tones not seen as the best
remedy in episodes of rage - so I wonder what becomes of
tranquillity when her tempest temper turns her thoughts dark.
I regret those forgotten promises lost in broken symphonies and
until sanity soothes with words of softness, I'll hold onto all that is bright.
She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that’s best of dark and bright

The hungry mouth of misery swallowed me.
In sorrow I walked the edge of a cerulean sea.
Along its shoreline, my wistful eyes have wept.
Tears fell on ebb tide, and away they were swept.
Once my heart held deep within, a joyous glow,
then plunged into darkness, a sad tale of woe.
I felt it beating, waiting to discover love anew,
and a world freshly painted lucent sapphire blue.
I've lain upon the beach never wanting to arise,
watching clouds swiftly flying in clear azure skies
and praised God for creating such a realm of blue,
so radiantly glorious in shades of a Heavenly hue.
If I could label a color that expresses my emotion
it would be a darkling one called, 'Lost Devotion.'
It's terribly heartbreaking when romance expires.
Doused were the passionate flames of love's fires.
When at last I've passed, my salty tears will flow
from clear azure skies to the cerulean sea below.
Moonlight will paint shadows from her indigo skies,
until tears no longer spill from my weeping eyes.

The Land Where the Lemon-Trees Flower
I know the land where the lemon-trees flower,
where citrus fragrance lingers after a summer shower.
In sun-sweetened India, lemon-trees radiantly bloom,
flourishing unfazed by tropical monsoon’s gloom.
Glistening with dew drops, greeting each sunrise,
lemon-trees thrive beneath heaven's azure skies.
Exquisite five-petaled flowers of white,
blossom singly or in clustering delight.
Enticing like swirling girls in silky saris,
they’re as enchanting as woodland fairies.
Glistening with dew drops, greeting each sunrise,
lemon-trees thrive beneath heaven's azure skies.
I know the land where the lemon-trees flower,
where valleys are verdant and the Himalayas tower.
Misty mornings yield to golden sunshine,
and the cool ice-pink of twilight glows divine.
Glistening with dew drops, greeting each sunrise,
lemon-trees thrive beneath heaven's azure skies.
Sri Lakshmi blessed it with her sacred hand,
waving her lovely lotus over this fertile land;
where princely proud peacocks strut arrogantly,
and lush lemon-trees bear fruit abundantly.
Glistening with dew drops, greeting each sunrise,
lemon-trees thrive beneath heaven's azure skies.

Lyric
I could adorn you
with great riches,
but my greatest gift
to you is my poetry.
Lost in the gravity of your love,
my soul has lost control of its senses,
floating in euphoria,
ecstasy and elation.
In the presence of your beauty,
even the stars hide with envy.
My muse that was once mute,
is now briskly blooming at night.
My simple musings
were without meaning,
before the first glimpse
of your elegance.
Now my heart
is whispering to the sky,
enchanted by shades
of dreamy indigo nightfall,
as twilight glows in
clementine and violet hues.
An end to
monotone blackberry skies,
as the earth creates colours
in time for our union.
Moonlight illuminates
our dream world,
as pearls appear,
radiantly reflecting,
like a constellation
in your eyes.
Your luscious lips like
merlot petals,
entice with
soft sensual warm breaths.
As we blend,
it feels like the air is alive.
Consumed in intimate infatuation,
inhibitions fade in slow motion,
as desires dissolve
like a secret of the stars.

On Valentine’s Day My Love
Our love is quite wondrous and enchanting all the yearlong,
And on Valentine’s Day its sparkles radiantly in Heaven’s very light.
As I look into your eyes My Love I marvel so at your very beauty,
And all the little things we do as One while renewing our love daily.
We seek our fortune and destiny together in all we do in our life,
Making every second, minute, hour, and day count for an eternity.
We are so blessed My Love that God helped us to find one another,
And to make our union of love, respect, and happiness so special.
As we walk now through this life in love as a couple together as One,
So too our eternal souls will walk on Heaven’s footpath always as One.
Valentine’s Day give us that time to reflect on our love so cherished,
And on all the things that matter the most to us beyond any human strife.
And so My Love as we renew our special commitment of love on this day,
We should rejoice in God’s blessing that our love will be One forever!

after the incessant cry~
shed a last tear drop

perceived insipid sky's mood~
radiantly grinned
wiped out his tear drop
embraced gently, cheered him up~

A Few Words Sent Admiring You, Our Rose
A few words sent admiring you, our rose
cast forth to honor beauty, its delights.
World has a great many but they it chose
to radiantly glow within our sights.
Verses designed to give honor in prose
proclaiming depths and blessings that you give.
Tho thy chosen path, my not us have chose
you loved true, creating the life we live.
When the depths of thy tender heart is seen
the rose's magnificence fails to surpass.
A blessing to us thy love is so keen
to teach us to love and honor amass.
Yes sweet mothers, thy true love is our rose.
We love thy all, from thy head to thy toes.

For My Brother with Endless Human Love and Infinite Spirit Love. I will see you soon, Billy.
Angel’s wings radiant with joy, plucked harp-toned beauty
from heaven’s air while gathering to celebrate your birth into
another human incarnation. With sphere-spurred choreography,
the angels danced for they were rejoicing about the power of
heavenly recall they felt you had acquired in past incarnations.
The cherub angels used wing play to gratitude-sway about the
gloriously jeweled, spiritual truths your earth lives had apparently,
radiantly soul expanded into the spiritual “I am” you would need to
resolve all your remaining karma. So divine had your light grown
that all of heaven felt your next incarnation and death transition
would be your final spirit evolution.
Once reborn, heaven watched you and your angels stayed near,
but you never sought them while human fears limited you, depleted
your healthy self-respect and steered you towards drug dependency
which eventually brought you back into the wings of your angels
whose tears rained perfect love on your dehydrated but still perfect
soul.
born spirit aware
earth tuned pain often steals truth ~
loving angels wait

Lord, please do, let us have a kindly dream, of a peaceful holiday.
To realize the value of poets that we know, and also.unknown.
We refuse faces of negativity, to humbly walk in your ways.
Please remind us, please, to go to the light, where thy glory be fully shown.
I realize that not all of us have a family to sit down and have a dinner with.
So poets, light your candles to make this confused world, radiantly bright.
After dinner, go to the draped, frosted, family, front bay window, or forthwith….
God will have created a soft, Thanksgiving, snowcarpet of pure white!.

Delicate are the ones with their ever so soft petals.
Drawn with amazing hues of pink, red, and blue.
For some are embodied in their protective nettles.
They are covered each morning with the dawn’s dew.
They are the ones the bumblebees fly to.
Some believe they are filled with magical powers.
The powers that bring things to anew.
For they are the most beautiful flowers.
When the day of the sun starts to settle,
The beautiful flowers gently lay in blue.
Sad that the sun has closed its petals,
But needing rest and peacefulness too.
So they lie in wait wondering what to do.
For the calm of night will interrupt with showers.
Gentle rain to replenish and make them new.
For they are the most beautiful flowers.
They arise in the morning with renewed mettle.
They bent at the tips for when the wind blew.
But no flower is lost in a puddle of petals.
Strong they stand and stable and erect, too.
Bountifulness in courage they never knew.
For they stand tall in their finest hour.
Brightly painted in many hues.
For they are the most beautiful flowers.
The sun shines radiantly and brings the morning dew.
They have proven they have gifted powers.
Ready to be picked by me and you.
For they are the most beautiful flowers.

Ballad
Be gentle to all;
be not a tempest bellowing.
Be instead a mild summer shower,
raining peace and love on everyone.
You cannot always know those who suffer
from injustices or from abuse
from which they can’t escape.
By doing good at all times,
you may inadvertently bring some peace
to those who thirst for joy.
Be not a tree too stubborn to grow.
Be instead a tree that is productive,
providing sustenance for those in need.
Or be a willow tree and bend,
letting go of intolerance and hate.
And be like the sun
on a warm spring afternoon.
Shine radiantly down,
lighting a path of peace
to all earth’s weary travelers that pass your way.

Zuzuangel, dances the dazzling streets of Rio.
Her red hair, shines in the moonlight.
Attracting only the finest to her.
She wears studded gold sandals, those sexy feet,
cannot stop dancin to the Jobim, Bossa Nova Beat.
The outside cafes, the weather divine,
This is Zuzu’s time to be out and about, plus to
radiantly shine.
Her inner-soul, you see, has a rain-bowed, inviting
glow.
Wherein the river of her inner poetry does both rise
and flow.
That inner peace, is her fortress, where she truly
cannot be touched.
And any fool, who intimidates her-will be at once,
directly be rebuffed!
It does no good to intimidate, crush or
gang up on any poet’s soul.
The fate for any who so so?
When you harm any of God’s children,
in a monsoon of your own arrogance
you are eternally lost and tossed.
Your vanity, will kill you so high and mighty
you are.
Forgetting each poet is part of
God’s creative star!

Ecstatic light plays about
gasses and pigmentation like
kittens learning to wrestle.
values lend their whispers
to saturation in chromatic
celebration.
Purity of intensity
arises to greet the nimbus
and an aurora dances to nature’s tune.
Elation of incandescence
irradiates the eye
with a plethora of vibrancy as the
spectrum enfolds the harmonic soul;
chroma-bytes radiantly digitized by sun,
shake hands with the senses.
Effulgence greets the artists eye
with a loving caress;
color, the heart-strings that
light plucks...
and I dance.
