Best Plots Poems
She found a hero in the book's shadowy schemes,
The detective who could enter the realm of dreams
She turned the pages of her imagination
As the book's surreal plot unfolded
It was in this dreamlike dimension
The fiend would be found,
In slumber his dreams would give him away
And her hero would be crowned
Then the plot took another twist
And her conclusions became hazy
She realized her assumptions were unreal
The lines became blurred in this imaginary zone
She finally reached the last chapter
in this twisted ethereal tale,
She stared at the book in a trancelike state;
Her hero was the villain she had come to hate!

Clean and empty vacant spot
Built to make sure you thoroughly rot
Spacious area, room to grow
For a lot cheaper than it ought to go
Nice little path for a flower bed
An ex barber next door to shave your head
Down the road whilst our children sleep
City workers clean our streets
A little lively towards the nights eve
But still enough serenity allowing you to believe
Christening are twice a week
Or counseling and guidance other days of the week
Down the street and around the block
Are places corpses hang and talk?
How much money in your pocket child
I’ve got a price it’s listed on file
Still unsure well move aside
There’s another person waiting in line
Well considering just who you are
Part of your payment could come from the stars
Wait sir please don’t run
Just a few more questions then I’ll be dun
Are you sure it’s been properly infected
After all I may not need to be resurrected
And must the exterminator always be near
Perhaps in the contract it wasn’t quite clear
And finally before I sign this page
When do the vermin get their chance on stage?

Is it in heaven or is it in hell

God still reigns
What pains?
Count it gain
I won't complain

Yes, people plot
What (have) they got?
Love, try forgiveness
Oft a long process
But no other way
Wars cannot stay
They start in hearts
Stop shooting (eye) darts
Some old movie plots
can't happen now, with changes
in technology...
You know, in a movie
when someone texts everyone
at school by* mistake*?
Who has *EVERYONE*
at school on their contacts list?
No way that happens.
Parent-less parties
where scores show up - with modern
*surveillance systems*?
or ditching class, heck
my parents are texted my
quiz scores real-time.
"why'd you get an 88
on that Calculus test, I
thought you studied?" Argh!
Some believe that the liberal plotters
aim to constantly muddy our waters.
And if only our youth
saw that this is the truth...
But they don't 'cause the youth are all rotters.
Raven has the clipper ship blues
As her captain turns toward the cape
Leaving her once again in the family way
Her parents forgave her one bairn. Will they forgive two?
At least I had this week, she says to herself.
It is enough, he is more than enough.
Goodbye my love, she tells his ship
He has gone on to new adventures.
Will she be ostracized, bullied, belittled?
Maybe she could trick John Dunn into marrying her.
He is a simple man, but would never beat her.
She begins to plot her plight and the future.
The Differing Sub Plots
it was tit for tat
and you know that
from day one
that when it begun
you done to me
what done to thee
i say sorry thee
you turn your back and flee
i threw olive branches
you burned them to ashes
i hinted coffee
you eyes a come all frosty
your mouth
come pouting
what was thee suppose to do
sit back and made a fool?
connie not like that
nibbling on bait and cheese
made into a little mice
to conform and play nice
in your eyes you see lies
in my eyes i see a disguise
there's no rebuttal to thee
it's okay for you to flea
connie pachecho

gas masks flung hither and yon
Rarely bother me
This one is different
placed precariously
diligently watching me
plotting my demise
planning my slow horrible death
I run off screaming
