Best Panorama Poems
In the valley
of violin vines,
when the saffron sun ascends,
and crooning clouds
drift in mulberry cadence,
I let my quivering quill harmonize
mystical moonbeams
splattered across
hushed horizons~
with sparkling strings
of stardust,
as ink paints a
panorama of primrose promises,
from spring scented
sonatas scattered
in symphonic hues
of sangria syllables,
thawing
frost-clutched fauna,
while butterflies flutter
amongst floating florals,
depicting whispers
of my hyacinth heartbeat.
But something about
the way sakura
blossoms fall like rain,
traces picturesque
lines of my
lyrical confessions,
composed like
a chromatic chorus,
that savors
kismet kisses,
of a love woven
with
twinkling
tendrils in
tangerine twilight,
and when you
return like
pirouetting jasmines,
I feel the
ambrosial aura
of Persephone
emerge from
the darkest
caves of Hades,
bringing back
empyrean euphoria,
and here I let
nature unfurl
a choir of
singing sunflowers
and waltzing wisterias,
performing
classical serenades,
amidst trumpet trees
sprouting ivory petals,
in dulcet idioms,
veiling toxic tales.
But today,
as rays of gold
adorn my skyline,
I think of tender truth
transcribed in
theatrical tunes,
like
zenith of zealous zephyr
eternally rippling
blue rose breeze
across Monet’s
balmy meadow.

At the moment
Of my restless teenage run
Your eyes emanated lights of million stars
Many times the size of our Sun.
Frenzy feeling for clinging to you, singularity.
But I was taken aback by sudden bars,
Though I could sense the gravity.
I should keep firing my rocket
Against all odds, unhoped for
Real fact was too much ferine to the prior.
I would eventually lose my goal:
That was my closest buddies'safest bet.
They described you as a black-hole,
They said, " she is not your girl."
They said, "For you, she is evil incarnate."
But, how could I ignore you,
Embodied in such amazing curve and curl?
So, before my eyes you appeared as an Event-horizon.
Yeah, it was you
My teenage beauty-paragon.
Beyond this nothing can escape
Not even light,
I kept travelling towards you,
The universe looked somewhere dim and somewhere bright.
But my clock slowed down
Now, I've to keep my feet on the ground
I feel like, a king without a crown.
To this nostalgic journey my consciousness's been bound.
For a black-hole
There's a whole universe to devour
But I'm absorbed in my amour.
I did
A time travel
A story of incompleteness to tell.
But no need
I've reached a brand-new universe!
I could never get
My first love, remains insatiate.
I've no regret, it cann't be a curse.
I can bend
Yet
The story is not end.
I'll not bore anyone with my reminiscence.
But, I've gathered a vast time travel experience.
Here I feel no delight, no pain,
I'm ready to fall in another love once again.

"Wintry Panorama"
snowflakes twinkle as diamond baubles of Winter lace
touching treetop tresses cascading landscape with grace
pearlescent panorama decorates houses as icicles crystallize
in vibrant view a Winter blanket carpets amid glorious sunrise.
dazzling frosty windowpanes reflect a chilly atmosphere
announcing Santa's on his way as Christmastime draws near
upon the snowy lawns lights illuminate pristine
O Holy Night as Angels gather round the manger scene.
silvery stars glow as sequined embroidered light
while the gold of crescent Moon indulges snowbirds in flight
to journey a wintry panorama and inhale the love
God has fashioned through Mother Nature falling from above.
as soft mounds of drifting snow caress mountain peaks
windchimes in the distance play while refrain gently speaks
a carriage ride through the park covered in purest white
accentuates the treasure of a Winter's cherished delight.
tiny droplets of snow kiss cold cheeks to blush
chilly temperatures tingle as toys of warmest plush
a joyous Season embraces as embers in a fireplace
crackle comfort as eyes enjoy rare beauty of white lace.

PASTING PASSION ON PANORAMA
I love to see my most precious pearly passion
to be close to you
reflected in Nature with rapture.
Watching frigid fountain from rigid mountain cascading in opulence
splashing, thrashing, gurgling on pebbles rumbling.
Golden yellow sunflower blooms blossoms frolic cheerful
smiles at Sun, nods head, greets butterfly to kiss.
Darling! We exchange delighted glances, playing with restless fingers.
Sweetest kiss, the best award on closest amorous touch.
Roaming on romantic aroma in rim of stream of dream.
Our whispers harmonizing on rustle of leaves and murmur of breeze.
Dear, you are dear gem: Light of my mind not light but bright to reflect.
Prompt hesitant imprisoned feelings fly free on outdoor romance.
Feel sole desire of my soul: Fill your heart: Don’t hurt my ego.
Bubbling blood in flood troubling wobbling heart n trembling pulses.
Present pleasure drops like dew drops as present on rose petals.
Loitering in garden of Eden, I wish to wander like Romeo.
My emerald emotion, crimson passion, lavender love adorns you in elegance.
I know, I love you most and I love most to know you.
I long to live for you and determined to die for you.
My lust ablaze on flame in cool calm quiet ambient.
Sheen Sun seen to shine, sure to set on same schedule
with promise of rise on next dawn with vivacious vigor: No surprise.
My passion for you is blended in Joy of Nature.

Evening Panorama
When the moon is intransigent to a gloomy cloud
Stars filching to stare the horizon
Sparkling luster luring across the sea
Lunged me to stroll along the seashore
Hear the wave’s commotion
Offshore to see slowly vanishing lamp light from a fisherman’s boat
Some nocturnal species tending to be gregarious
Envy of a fishwife for darkness captured her fisherman’s heart
Beside me is an old lighthouse
Pirouetting the pulchritude of the sea
Luminous as a pathfinder for mariners
Showing panorama for such piscatorial area
World-weary, I indulged into stargazing
Starry-eyed that evening to the starlight
The visage of a departed loved ones
I yielded to cease being awake to the whooshing sea waves

This is the story of William from Tampa
While playing guitar on his parent's veranda
A guitar string broke
In his eye it did poke
Known as Blind Willie with a limited panorama

Limerick
Mint leaf season vortex gilds sylvan glaze
vivid hue a scented purple ground mist
citrus brume float locus in dewdrop phase
cherry orchard fruit shoots hearthrob wish list
Gold grosbeak pecking ryegrass fare at dawn
scarlet tanager an oak tree crown rite
wet mallard feet drag bird seed round my lawn
flush choral plume behind the hedgerow sprite
Triumphant March of mother earth womb pearls
airy infant whines elate our senses
green sea tides that flurry sunlit moss curls
hub of nodding reeds a ripe consensus
Zeal infuses luscious pastures growing
spring fount heralds jubilance a-glowing

Lately been in a mood called nostalgia
Recalling days from my youthful panorama

Roaming through life's many savannahs

Limerick
Azure streams silted with cotton bows
Green, svelte carpet spreads below
Silken florets on tawny branches glow
Yellow daffodils cloak the meadow row
Purple violets' royal fabric vaunted hills hallow
On servile plain, feathery dandelions spread umbrella
Along hedge rows, creamy honeysuckles with sweet dew flow
In dense, brown brush; fledgling chicks from saffron gapes bellow
On the forest floor; jittery, gray squirrels deplete nutty escrow

PEPPY PANORAMA
Doe eyed dusky beauty
Silky tress and milky dress
Exuding scent so fruity
She gazed at glorious tulips
Lovely hue, purplish blue
Kiss Planted with tender lips
She sat beside the limpid lake
Crystal clear, smiled with cheer
With her reflection she spake
She fondled a furry bunny
Fed it carrot tops and celery
It’s antics cute and funny
Din and disdain dissolved
In heart a rhapsody that lingers
Chaos and confusion absolved
It’s Canvas to receive new zingers!

Poetry a divine form
A specialised art known to few
Taking the world by storm
A few lines that into a stanza grew
The poet his life blood poured
Onto the pages of experience
The pen mightier than the sword
Was shown by brilliance
The deep thought provoking poetry
Or the funny and humourous lyrics
Are felt all through history
Whether sonnet, rhyme or acrostics
The genre of poetry for eternity
Is blessed with dignity

Sonnet
Last night, Lisa, Peter, Leeza and I were in her father’s 50th floor study watching New York City. It’s a corner room with glass walls from floor to ceiling. He likes to watch the city himself and has a small, 5 seat sectional couch facing the view.
The left wall window looks across Hell’s Kitchen to exactly where Sully Sullenberger crash landed flight 1549 in the Hudson river (it was 3:31 pm and no one was home). The right window overlooks Central Park and Upper Manhattan. Lincoln Center, almost dead center of the corner, looks like part of a toy train-set.
The view is a wheeling, ever changing and mesmerizing panorama. Well lit ships, barges and boats move glacially against the ink black Hudson. Jets in expressway-like holding patterns (Newark Liberty, and Teterboro airports left window - LaGuardia, right window) blink, like waving angels, helicopters buzz below like insects and the traffic, far, far below, forms a living chain of red and white lights which can erupt with nugatory hues of police blue at any moment.
While we watch, we’re playing a game of “Would you rather.” It’s a game of situational trade-offs, like “Would you rather listen to the same 10 songs forever or have to watch the same 5 movies forever? Of course, most people say the movies - because they last longer and there would be fewer repeats.
We take turns asking these critical questions - pausing, occasionally, to point out things below.
“Would you rather be in a crowded elevator with a bunch of noisy high school students or pinned in with a bunch of judgemental, middle aged men? The girls chose the students, even though high schoolers can be mean. Peter chose to be with the men.
“Would you rather find your true love or a suitcase with 5 million dollars?” We all chose love.
“Would you rather hike or camp?” Both were unpopular if they involved going to the bathroom outside - which creeps the girls out.
“Would you rather give up your computers or your pets (forever)?” THAT was a stressful one.
