Best Minimized Poems
Come, my friend,
Do not cry
For
Tears blur your vision of life,
Distorting thus reality
Come, my friend,
Wipe your tears and see how clearer
The world appears:
The shapes, sharper,
The colors, brighter,
The flowers, softer,
The sounds more melodious
The scents more aromatic.
Come, my friend,
Smile and you will enjoy more
Nature’s beauty:
The majestic mountains
The green valleys
The impenetrable forests
The mighty rivers
The endless seas.
Come, my friend,
Laugh and tell me, aren’t:
Your pains subsided?
Your fears minimized?
Your hopes augmented?
Your doubts reduced?
Your dreams intensified?
Come, my friend,
Together we are going to face life, by:
Crying, smiling, laughing, fighting, loving,
Living, and dying.
Come, my friend,
You are not alone anymore for I am next to you
And next to you I will stay,
No matter what may come
For
I wish to help you
So out of this adventure, that life we call, you
Victorious to emerge!

I am tired of the denial
Refusal to face the facts
Not learning from doctor’s reports
Not listening, so that we can plan
What is happening is unfolding,
All around us every day
No matter how it’s minimized,
The virus will have its say
Truth will emerge beyond,
Anyone’s trying to control…
What others believe right now
It is a time to work together
Not a time for carelessness,
Or accusations against truth tellers
It is a time to appreciate the gift of life
Treat it with conscious, gentle gestures
A time to adapt for safety measures

Its been years since we met each other
I know you like a sister and you know me like a brother
We never had thoughts of ever being with each other
Weve Dated many others so why even bother
But I love you like no other ever would
Ill have you next to me at all times if I could
But we are opposites on the mind
You got large goals and I give hard times
My minds in the gutter and yours is positive at all times
Girl you know I ain't lying
I would never want for you to get minimized
I will try helping you reach towards the sky
You are important to me and I want you to succeed
On whatever your mind chooses you to be
Even if it means loosing you for better in the end
Always and for ever your true friend
You know what you mean to me
Many days come and go but I keep you on my mind
The thought of loosing a friend
Trembles me and shivers me down to my spine
Just know that your worth the wait
Ill be their to help you threw tough days
The love for you
cant nobody take it away
Changes
If I could change the world in more ways than presently,
Computers would not crash; nor could they ever be hacked. If competition does not increase in both NBA Conferences,
Playoff spots in the NBA would be reduced to 6 from 8.
In the automobile industry, Buyer Beware Rules would be changed,
affording buyers a fighting chance of getting a good car at a fair price.
No dictatorships in Asia or Africa.
No drugs from Middle East or South America.
Political parties would be discouraged in the US of America.
Terror would cease; and nations would study war no more.
Absolutely no one would pay attention to political polls.
The entire planet would be neither too hot, nor too cold.
Every person would live for ever, and never grow old.
The streets in every city would be paved with gold.
And there would be no pot holes on the road.
No nation would be aggressive toward another nation.
Every nation would humanely govern itself as it chooses.
There would exist the purest form of Sovereignty among nations.
Peace will reign from East to West and from North to South Poles.
All transactions would be fair, and nothing would be deceitfully sold.
There would be fair trades between people everywhere around the globe.
Plenty of clean water for everyone, even the birds and the bees.
Medicines would be minimized, and healing would come from trees.
Children would play without fear of pedophiles.
No human would be bartered or bought.
No child abuse or women misused;
No abortions and no rapes;
No cruelties to any animal,
Including elephants and whales.

Way off in dream land
Excuse me, if I seem sad
As well as happen to be mad
Still, got it done with my free hand
Despite there being little if any peace had
Problems minimized or growing fast
In person or going off a photograph
Most quick to let go with no holding back
Regardless of if they know the half
Give me a ton of room
As I live free under sun and moon
They think that I'm just a goon
Always they judge much too soon
Fast to call me dumb and rude
Yet you wonder why others come unglued
In the future will there be much water and abundant food?
Time I deliver crushing news
This is something true
You'll just be another one to lose
If you never ing move
Regardless of having on running shoes
Instead of cutting loose
Ready to handle what ensues
Never once had trust in fools
Often relied on clutching tools
Learning just about nothing in schools
Despite all the cues
Would you see a bigger picture with any clues
Do what you choose
Ya'll so easily amused
Following the same old ruse
Like me and booze
For awhile I was confused
Continuing to snooze
Until I started to muse
Then took a cruise
Barefoot or with shoes
Eventually it started to fuse
After paying my dues
Reactive over most stuff
People quick to disclose much
Know what
For the longest time I always gave no s
I had to grow up
Instead of doing donuts
Close and far from a snow hut
Risking it all, relying on my own luck
Often could've led to death from a misstep the throat cut
Yo cuz
Close and far from a rose bud
Never hit a home run
Died beside a blood soaked gun
In a pool of his own blood
Over a feud that was so dumb
After living a life where he wanted it, but got no love
Alone I walk among the shards of life
To see the things that I have left behind
I hope that I have minimized some strife
Because the things I do I can't unwind
When I examine the words some say, I find
That unkind ones will pierce just like a knife
There are mistakes I've made that seem unkind
Alone I walk among the shards of life
I search how to improve my lot in life
By seeking out what others cannot find
I hope that it would include a wife
To see the things that I have left behind
Now neatly woven in the shards of time
Are works that prepare us for the afterlife
While showing others just what we left behind
I hope that I have minimized some strife
Now life should be just like that pocketknife
That has so many tools that lets us find
How best to use our talents throughout life
Because the things I do I can't unwind
Sometimes I wish that I could press rewind
To change the things that cause me so much strife
Sometimes I wish that I could have a sign
When I feel lost among the shards of life
Alone I walk

I am heavy today
Heavy like feet in hot tarmac
Heavy like dead end job
Like slashed tires in the dark
And I try to keep your pace
Try to match my steps to yours
You do not understand why I am out of breath.
You think that I wear the girls
You have loved
Like feathers in my skin
I have a head start
I am beautiful because they were ugly
I am sane because they were crazy
I am fast because they were slow
I am loved because they were not.
I carry them like cannon balls
Like cannon ball dot dot dots
Did you ever find what was at the end of your ellipsis?
Or am I minimized to another dot?
When you return mirrors and hair brushes I have left
In your home
I know you are moving on
And when I leave you photographs and
Love letters
I know they are slowly filling up the cardboard box
Under your bed
Where you keep the other women
I am heavy today
Because I am ready to stop.
You are not
Because you still have so far to go.
Diluted coward
Polluted soul
Your heart it holds a gaping hole
Sadistic brain waves ooze out of your lips
Your words are bound by a satanic grip
Your control on others has minimized,
In defeat you suddenly want to compromise
Not in this life, not on my path
Soon you’ll feel
Eternal wrath.

Silence in soul,
words careful,
likings clear,
dislikings minimized,
quite an uncomplicated person you are!
I attended a meeting with, supposedly a friend, and was introduced to
Despised, Dehumanized, Decreased, Diminished, Disregarded, and Devalued,
who, by the way, wanted me to become like them. While there, I also had
a rendezvous with Dejection and Rejection? And there were many others
whose names I never learned.
I had never been more alone and unsupported when I was put in a room
with Marginalized, Minimized, and Unrecognized as I struggled to survive.
In my attempt to stay on 'top of things', it seemed everyone present went
'low' on me.
It didn't stop there. I also met other attendees like Overcharged, Overlooked,
and Overworked. In my futile pursuit of resolutions, endless despair seemed
to fill the air, and I discovered rootless dispensers of negativities.
But in spite of all that I saw and felt, I kept looking, because
I believed that somewhere out there was a world filled
with people of goodwill who really do care.
In spite of all the resistance I encountered
and the lies that I heard, I dared to keep listening,
because deep in my heart I could hear 'Words of Faith'.
Faith in The Father.
Faith in The Family.
Faith in The Fellowship.
Faith in The Future.
Faith in Friendships.
So, keep believing if you dare,
And you too will hear 'Words of Faith'.

Melancholy men meandering many muddy miles. Marred minds, muffled moans, marked madness. Minimized merciful miracles; morphs mans’ magnified misery.

The rest of the world sleep at night
The dead too, unless there are errands to run.
& this is why dreamland is a clumsy place to be.
But the best time to hibernate the tongue
& let the nose do the snoring is early morning
When the length and breadth of Paradise
Is minimized into the size of your mattress
& you have all the peace in the world
Unto yourself clenching it firm in your fists
& dipping them loosened inside your pants.
The best time to mimic the dead is when
All the phases of darkness lie in the
Distance between your eyelids & pupils
& you record a voice note on your cellphone
Telling anyone who remembers you exist
That you do not. These are times when
You take a break from reality
When life holds you by the tail & you keep
Slipping off, merrimenting in the fantasies
Of your illusions & reminding the world
That most times, the lazy man lives longer.
Childhood memories
Brief - impactful moments in our lives
Profound neurological occurrences
Strongly anchored in our subconscious mind
Like an iceberg in the deep blue ocean
Immersed are the feelings frozen down below
Precipitating thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
Tragic and beautiful – inescapably manifesting as the whole
We revisit – we reflect
Moments are embellish or minimized
At times it’s hard to discern the reality
From the story we've created, a blatant lie
Our vessel carries the drink of our knowledge
Like our palettes preferred cup of tea
Perceptually we see what we want
Dogmatically we confirm what we believe
Nature has provided a framework
Nurture guides and confirms our beliefs
We see through a glass half empty
A preoccupied mind steals our life like a thief
Time provides clarity from a distance
It's easier to see our habitual patterns from afar
The identity we’ve chose to live with
Couldn’t be further from the person we are
The memories from our youth are profound and precious
They are the foundation for our thoughts and beliefs
They are the substrates for our conscious identity
They are our palettes preferred cup of tea
This piece of inspiration was provided to me in a context whereby it appeared to me that a person present was occupying a position of authority and responsibility, and was allowing the power of his position to be minimized by the flaws and weaknesses of his personhood.
*************************************
Do not allow your person to inhibit your position. Do not permit your position to infringe upon your person.
Sometimes the lines are so close and narrow that only the Holy Spirit can distinguish and keep the two apart.
As a result, such a person must appeal to God for wisdom, direction, and guidance

Like some grinning mad ghost scratching at the side door of your senses
Begging to come inside to bring you wrath and wickedness
Bringing cold where it's warm
Bringing scariness where it's safe and secure
Bringing scattered shouts where it's silent and serene
Sociosarcastic...an all star symphony
Wind outside your window...whispering your name
Spotlights upon your hiding spots...in shadows now you scream
You conquer and connive...now you run away and hide
Paranoia is your prize
Like that feeling of being followed by something savage and so silent
Invisible are the invaders that slowly make your mind turn violent
Faintly you can hear the violins...they play upon your virtues and your vice
Muscle bound a monstrous man now minimized to mice
Dropped the dice one too many times...now time comes to a stop
The clock is a creep that's laughing louder
Madness minutes make you mutter
In the gutter with your gold
In the sewer with your silver
Your mindless moans of misery get mocked by dancing mimes
Dropped just like a dime
Paranoia is your prize
Like waking from a nasty nightmare just to discover you're in another
The litter of your lunacy leaves you running from the devil
Down on Lucifers level you earned your wages in evil
There is no way out from confusions soul cage
Once an eagle now a vulture
Filthy rich and ruthless down in retarded sub cultures
Empty are your eyes as you stare at a muddy mirror
Cracked and convoluted
Now twisting in your terror
Last brain cell is cooking fast like bubbles in a boiling pot
Above the surface of your many sins...now you'll never rise
Dumfounded in the darkness
Paranoia is your prize
