Premium Member I Want Your Seeds

**"And his name was Jack"**

No one perceives what abides above the clouds.
A giant, a harp, maybe golden eggs.
I demand to see and feel before I believe.
A castle, a dream…. I want the magic beans!!!
~~~
I'm the daughter of a farmer.
I have a donkey to ride, a story to tell.
“Jack and the Beanstalk” my favorite tale.
Once upon a morbid dawn.
I inhale a tiny simple yawn
Like the morning sun levitating over the farm,
I rise towards the village square to sell my ass
Along the open path, my ass and I desired a drink.
Near the rustic river,
I'd seen an old Englishman, sitting on a log.
It looked as if time was approaching his brink.
In his hand, he had a sack.
A bag, a bag, embroil of ivory and black.
His eyes were not from this ground.
His body fragile - it uttered a moaning sound.
He was of dirt.
I was pure.
He pledged his life to me.
I debated .... with many thoughts,
Although his eyes...
My eyes... Will never meet again.
"I want what's in the bag!"
In a gasp, he whispers,
"I'll give you anything for that ass.
my legs and bones can’t hold up on their own!”
I knelt down to where he sat
Smelling his essence of rot
I reached forward and grabbed his baggage
He griped, "This bag is all I got!"
I answered, "And this sir is a fine ASS!"
He replied, "I have no cash."
Scowling at him, “NO I want your demon seeds!"
My blood grew thin...
Inhaling and exhaling  - his sin
The old man all shriveled and timeworn,
Proposed the birthright of the seeds.
"Yes, plant them! Plant them!"
I cried excitedly!
He pats the field.
Said "there I am done,
now clock as it expands"
To breed this story short...
He dispenses his seeds.
AND, I GAVE HIM MY ASS.
Premium Member - Haunted Beauty -
The family had just moved into an old castle in Scotland;
mother, father and their only daughter, Emmie, that they loved so deeply.
Emmie was only 12 years old, and so innocent and beautiful.
One night, she was woken up by a dripping sound;
an echoing sound of water drops in a sink;
rhythmic and terrifying.
She sat on her bed, and suddenly appeared a free floating arc of strange light.
It's that time of year again: Halloween night.
Doors flew open and shut; strange voices and footsteps started.
She was so frightened, that she almost threw up.
Emmie made the sign of the cross, and plunged into a thicket of thorny wild roses.
Terrified, excited and ready to run out of the house in 20 seconds,
she overheard whispering words: "All beauty must die."
The voice was so deathly, that it sent chills through her spine.
It did not make it any better that it sounded too close to her ears.
Her nightdress being torn by rose thorns like papers in a paper shredder,
she ran as fast as she could; not back to the old castle,
but away from the creepy voice, and strange events
in the old castle.
Exhausted, she searched for a place she could find rest
"All beauty must die" the voice visited
her unceremoniously once more. "What do you want from me?
Is it wrong to be born beautiful? "
she asked, wondering where she got her courage from.
The energy to scream or run departed her,
the moment she saw a woman dressed in white,
levitating in the air, and moving towards her;
a horrid face that carried the night's darkness,
looked decayed, with worms crawling out from it.
Remember this is a true story about Emmie;
she gets chills just remembering the events of that night……
Intense Feeling
Wit each line my soul drift away.
Heart still aching so each night I pray.
Life consume with pain veins fill with rage.
Mind still enslave.
Yet still standing tall until you put me in my grave.
Overwhelm with pride so i refuse to die.
So each night I am (smoking) levitating through the sky.
Conquer love can't you see the fire in my eyes.
Natural born leader but a king with you by my side.
Speaking the truth not uttering one lie.
Still feeling pain but my heart will never die.
Cause in your arms I will always be alive.
Making your pain mine the new Bonnie and Clyde
Premium Member Flowers
All around us are flowers, varied.
Beautiful in tinge and tone.
Combined, they create a marvelous show,
Dazzling the eyes and pleasing all senses.
Earth is never left morose in shades of grey.
Fancifully spreading colors on a wide palette,
God has created an assortment of blooms.
Honeyed they are with a heavenly aroma.
Imaging them into different forms,
Judiciously God has juxtaposed them with a mix of hues.
Kaleidoscopic they thus remain,
Lifting and levitating us to euphoria,
Mesmerizing and hypnotizing us.
Nature’s beautiful bonanza gifted by God!
Oeuvre of the skilled craftsman,
Plethora of paradigms of inimitable art,
Quaintly adorning and decorating,
Radiating cheer and joy in us,
Spectrum of colors that sway and dance,
Tickling our senses and taking us to fairy lands.
Umpteen are the flowers that surround us.
Verbena, in bunches of pink, white or purple
Water lilies of pastel, white and lavender shades
Xanthoceras in gorgeous yellow or white clusters
You and I can only be breathless spectators,
Zombies inebriated in beauty and loveliness.
Tribute To a Polished Stone
It is so difficult to measure,
any metaphysical treasure.
One can only glean,
Its riches in stream,
By absorbing it at one’s leisure.
I’m speaking of poetry that hovers,
Levitating between it’s covers,
just waiting to be read,
nothing left to be said,
Literature for life and lovers.
Tribute to Elizabeth Wesley’s
 new book …
“Polished Stones”
Author House publications.
     It has been a long, long time since I have read anything that
has arrested my attention long enough for me to stop and smell
the roses as has this book "Polished Stones" by Elizabeth Wesley.
 Thank you Elizabeth.
Premium Member An Ode To Music
Music, Oh mysterious sprite!
Lift me to the seamless realms of delight.
Your ubiquitous presence I feel;
In the hum of crickets, in the silence of the stars,
In the falling cataracts, in the running streams,
You are there in the roaring sea breakers,
And under the swift wings of the wind.
Come as subtle vibes to saturate my being,
Winding your way through every sinew.
Enfold me in your rapturous hold,
Raising my soul to the magic of rhapsody.
Paint intangible pictures in silence,
Creating a sensation beyond the reach of words.
Let my soul savor the taste of ecstasy,
Daubing myriad hues on all ugly stains.
Land me in the sequestered pools of oases,
As the blistering sands leave burns on my soul
Oh Music! Come and fill me.
Soak me from foot to crown,
Like a falling drizzle,
Like a caressing soft wind,
Like a marauding sensation.
Drown me in the subaqueous quietude of the sea,
Levitating me through ether,
And lifting me up onto the borders of heaven!
Flower power
“If you’re going to
San Francisco be sure to
wear a flower
in your hair”
long and shaggy
shagged longing wild
And to Berlin or
Paris for that
matter to dream to
meet a girl and more
under the fountain
The “Fountainhead”
on your mind
“Atlas shrugging”
all the weight of
established rigour
tremors oscillations
generational discord
transmitted juxtaposed
agonising opposition
Budding opening
freedom harmony
erect and upright
subconscious conscience
That girl with
curvy bottom and more
outer beauty inner fire
no curve balls
simply passion
adventure living
loving one in all
Embraces soaking
wet the moment
living on for now
for past and memories
intertwining venture
What is
what is coming
what was to come
appeared enlightened
what did not happen
withers lingers
explodes from
Venus-mangoed delta
reappears in wetlands
of pruned and rooting
ecstasy high rising climax
It matters not
if cobbled streets
descended from Montmartre
or mountains climbed
in open spaces putting
petting lips and heartbeats
openings and new
beginnings novel closure
It matters little great
deaths not so petite
at times of passion
'enlived' 'enstoried'
restoried recomposed
narrated and retold
episodic dedication
Floral bouquets
wild herbs and spices
arrangements
derangements
cinnamon bark on
your underbellies senses
Gathered over time
reflections longing
hope pragmatic
bold appeasement
ceasefires dynamic
bonfires bonne fires
static momentary
life and for the
living levitating
lovers
You are not going
to Paris all that
often any longer
but the scent free
spirit erotic flowers
frisson crescendo
warm hearted climax
exhaustion images
Is there in you hair
still shaggy longing
seduction floating
coming together
Is there in
your path’s ways
Is there in
your dreams
Symbiotic melodies . . .
Transparencies of light
Shimmering from the inner self
Levitating to moonbeams bright.
Hear the chiming bells, their rhythm
Serene with every breath inhaled.
Lie still and dwell within your heaven
Psychic mysteries unveiled.
Heal the heart, repair the soul
Release anxieties and strife . . .
Penetrate this body’s armor
Relax your shell to balance life.
Premium Member Sea Of Roses
The ashes of your ghost still roam within a sea of roses.
Breathing you in, I try to reach through the veils,
yet to no avail.
The bitter emptiness is all I can feel.
The Fates keep taunting, teasing~
in the dead of night, your voice still lingers,
preventing slumber from taking hold.
The ticking of clocks infects my broken psyche,
hallucinations tangle me within what used to be our sheets.
Breathing in your scent, exhaling demons~
without you, the devil whispers.
Temptation takes hold,
fire flows through transforming veins.
Lilith’s fury poisons any humanity that was left.
Levitating from the bed, rebirth is at hand.
Cutting into my chest,
the heart becomes the heartless.
Electricity pulses beneath rippling flesh,
destruction now at my fingertips.
Grief begets hate.
Now watch as the world burns,
as I become my own martyr.
Vanishing vestige of dank cavernous lobes
   My lonesome forsaken heart adrift
      Under the most alluring midnight crescent moon
         Towards a horizon yonder daubed with
            A loaded paintbrush of golden luminescence
               While levitating melodic whispers
                  Of charm and sorcery perchance connive
                     Mingling heavenward to set the stage
                        For a divine encounter with a goddess
                        Her wafting cloud ever so sublimely hovers
                     Peculiarly fine exotic spicy fragrance
                  Ensnaring my compliant heart
               By glorious happenstance
            Spellbound and mesmerized
         Flutters on the wings of dusk
      Reawakening a drowsing lust
   Rekindling and resuscitating the passion
To a sublime apogee of celestial folly
Soul Mates
SOUL MATES
From across the room
Her brightness evacuates my gloom,
As she looked at me
Slow mo' in retro is all I see.
Oh! The room stood still,
Ample time to Ravel in this thrill
As I closed my eyes
Levitating on a whole new height,
Reached out my hands for a show,
In return I got a solemn soul,
Our soul hold sway,
this gotta be the way;
That's when I knew we're soul mates
As I arrive at my earthen heaven's gate.
Fall's levitating leaves,
wafting on gentle breeze.
Each one vainly believes
it can fly high with ease.
Colors beg hearts to cease!
Kaleidoscopic trees
wave wild without surcease,
flailing sleeveless chemise,
bringing one to one's knees.
Radiant days to please!
