Exercise your body and mind daily
Live responsibly; live life to the fullest
Love yourself; love others
Never take your health for granted

Natalia’s expecting her very first child
Early morning sickness thankfully it is mild
When feeling first kick, husband and wife smiled
Baby names chosen for girls and boys
Eager friends buy clothing and soft toys
Great excitement at Natalia’s due date
Isaac and Natalia simply cannot wait
No sign of contractions, the time drags by
Next day labor and baby gives a hearty cry
Incredible joy when they take baby home
Now life’s complete with their son Jerome
Getting into routine, they’re finding it strange
Sleep deprivation – both hope that will change!

I have no pride
I guess it's better than suicide
You left me here to die
The ship has sank
Cause of some stupid lie
I'm always diving deep
I'ts Saturday night
Do you know where man could get some sleep
I'm a different rank
This ship has sank!
This ship has sank!
Some say it's stupid
Some say it's lame
Some say it's a bus
Some say it's a train
All I know is my love has stopped
At the sight of a teardrop
I'm always diving deep
It's Sunday night
I've started counting sheep
Your a different rank
This ship has sank!
This ship has sank!
I'm higher than a kite
Sitting under the turned off Hall light
I'm sadder than I've ever been
I'm grayer than a dying man's skin
I'm always diving deep
It's Monday night
The mountain is getting steep
She was a different rank
This ship has sank!
This ship has sank!
It sank near the river bank
Broken and mislead
Like a man on his dying bed
Our love has turned blood red
All the flowers are dead
I'm always diving deep
It's Tuesday night
My life has taken a huge leep
I'm a different rank
This ship has sank!
This ship has sank!
Toot-a-looot!..Honky-honk!..Beep-a-leep!
Wash my metal skin and keep me clean,
The car is my body..the ideal shape to be in,
Look after me , I'm your mean machine.
The engine is my heart, hoses and pipes
Are the veins and arteries to my heart.
The wheels are my feet, headlights my eyes.
I can feel, see and feed on water and gas.
Sometimes early in the mornings ,
It may be too cold for me to jump start.
I purr when I'm happy,growl when I'm angry
Glide ,pounce and creep along in traffic jams.
I am the car, your chariot always by your side.
Horsepower,I am your horse from Medieval days.
Loyal and devoted I have carried you like a
Baby on my back , near or far.
Like an aeroplane, we fly together, forever.
Come ,feel safe and warm inside me while
outside it is raining.
I shall protect you ,while the wind is howling...
And always be by your side.
My little pearl,I'll be your wheels of liberation,
I give you Independence to come and go,
And freedom for solitude and peace of mind.
I am your car, you are inside me.
Toot-a-looot! Pay attention, I'm coming through!
Whee whoo
Whee whoo
The birds call to each other.
EEp EEp
Whee Whee
A black bird with a bit of red
Flies in to have a bit of breakfast.
Whee Whee Whee Whee
Leep Leep Leep
The black bird has flown away,
The feeder is spinning from his
Quick exit.
EEp EEp Whipper Whipper
Whee Whee Whee Whee
A cardinal swoops in, he
Is bright red, so I know he’s a he.
He starts at the top of the tree, hopping
Down branch by branch until he
Arrives at the same bird feeder.
I have six feeders, and yet, all of the birds
Seem to prefer this one.
Kee Kee Kee Kee
Three Three Three Three
Chee Chee Chee Chee
A dog barks in the distance.
A bluejay flies in.
Lands on the feeder.
An unpopular bird; he does not care.
He knows he is welcome here.
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall...
It was said back then
She was having a ball
but got too excited
and took a rough fall.
She looked for King's horses,
finding four of them
without their riders
in the light again...
So she looked for the Cat
Who said he knew 'that'
But had no path to the fixing ...
There the egg lay
with no plan in play
and no one doing the finding...
But then after time
there came a slight rhyme
that sounded like a road to healing...
A familiar pet
From a magic core set
Bet her mind to find
the Operation ....
So she removed two pair
and without Uncles chair
Created her way
to Well again.
A Magician watched
from across the road
finding Love in this clever code!
And so gave her egg a new pen...
" it's quite all right to be, Long "

I don’t like the da, da da, da dark
Keep the nightlight on, please!
I would rather sit in the park
With the Sun always on, you see
I for real really don’t like the dark
Especially when evil lurking shadows
Leep out at me, sneak up on me
I would really rather be
Kneading some luminescent Play Do
Eating some glowing (s)lime green Jello
Skipping silver dollars in the pool
Being a downright good fellow
I will not goof around like a fool
Just sipping da margaritas
And being really really mellow and cool
That’s me, mellow and cool
