No Kingdom Come...

The knife was deep,
blood continues to seep,
as he thought about how life
comes and goes,
when you die, only God knows,
death remained a difficult concept to grasp,
as he gasped and he gasped,
he regained a seated position,
as he waited for the transition,
from life to death,
as he felt his final breath,
he expected Angels and Demons,
one with bloodthirsty anticipation,
and the other with forgiveness without contemplation,
but there was none,
life was over just like that,
and there was no Kingdom Come...

"Let your kingdom come!"

Let your kingdom come we pray,
these words of the Lord's prayer
Are these mere words of fantasy,
left hanging in the air?

Do you understand the meaning,
of "Let your kingdom come"?
It's a petition for God's government,
to rule over everyone!

Millions of times over generations,
these words have been spoken
But, hopes and dreams of a better world,
are left shattered and broken

Is it in vain Jesus taught us to pray
this invocation?
Or will it come in our lifetime and
give birth to celebration?

God lets us see life from every angle. Anklebiters that we are. Fist fighters, black-eyed contenders, snivelers. The boss looks down, looks into our eyes, looks at our feet, looks underneath. We don’t see the cobwebs between our fingers and toes, in our mouth and ears. Our hairdos make us look like weirdos, piled fry-high, like the bride of Frankenstein. Our hearts shoved into the easy-bake of childhood. Black-spider shades grip our nose and tether behind our ears, holding onto dendrites. White teeth flash their watermelon pits, black and blue. God lets us see from every angle. The dark spots hinder perfect sight, the dark holes below lower lashes, thinning lips, fattening thighs, exercising our rights, but mostly wrongs. I hear the gong...not many do. Do we belong to the world or to our God? Is this yet Babylon. Our speech once babbled, have we forgotten? Why do you think we don’t all speak the same language? Scientists prove there’s been a worldwide flood. Jesus walked the earth and the sun. Now you see the one world coming together. Remember what happened last time the world did this — were we not scattered? Scientists say there was a continental divide — this once united mass. Indeed we are anklebiters, curtain climbers, toddlers. God lets us find our own stray. Can we find our own way?

Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done in earth,
as it is in heaven.

Thy Kingdom Come - (Ps)

Death
breeds life
past white light.

Your Kingdom Come

Weeping echoes no more in the hazy war torn streets.
The churning insides of our beings replaced with inner peace.

Behold the laughter of innocent children frolicking in the plains.
Their parents tranquilly enjoying life with song and dance---no pain.

Witness the animal kingdom united in harmony,
As the lamb, the wolf, and the grizzly bear bask side by side with glee.

Our aching for those lost in death transforms to ecstasy,
As we embrace them close in our arms----soon a reality!

Yes, this glimpse into the future is a promise we can trust!
For our God who cannot lie has sealed it with His love.

God pleads, "Come under my mighty wings, you indecisive ones."
He'll protect you from all harm, as you listen to His Son.

(Isaiah 2:2-4, 11:6-9, John 5:28-29, Revelation 21:3-5)

Thy Kingdom Come

My life is like a jail
boarded and barred by those soul consuming rails

I want to be set free like the eagles in the sky
but in this hell I can not tell a truth from a lie

I built up my walls only for it to be torn down
I thought in my world I ruled with a crown

Yet I am a slave among nobles and monarchs
forced to be a joker in their courts

Shackles and chains on my arms and legs
watching them drink themselves silly with beer filled kegs

A snake in the grass, don't tread on me
a cocoon hanging from a sycamore leaf

I shield my heart from this cruel world
my secrets I keep, not a soul to tell

Soon a butterfly with wings to fly free
but I still have to fight for at first my wings are wet
the eyes on my wings like a bullet proof vest

I will soar

But first I have, I have, to dry my wings and take that first step off this leaf
and travel on the winds of my destiny

Our Kingdom Come

Gas prices rising, money and food hard to come by.
Many families are in crisis and they wonder why?
We have lost our moral compass transgressing God’s laws.
His blessings on this fruitful country are on the last straw.

Earthquakes, famine, diseases, water and gas shortages are soon to come.
Signs from the heavens planet straining to sustain life, hard for some.
Our Fathers creation man being trashed before His eyes.
While mans inability to make peace we as a nation without God will not survive.

Deadly gases, greenhouse, methane, oil emissions, all trash the environment and our air.
Yet, amazingly we seem not to care our children are left in despair.
Dying by the thousands in Africa everyday we still make war.
Why we can’t stop anything? We leave on the earth deadly scars.

“Your Kingdom come.” Hopefully for mans sake it will soon happen.
Jesus arriving to stop mans madness beginning to teach and begin shaping.
A world with love, peace, no guns, bombs, missiles, only a plowshare.
Amongst men, Our Father will show His way, and teach us to truly care.

Being vigilant is the key here, remaining in tune with our Spiritual Lord.
Listening to our inner spiritual voice, the voice of Jesus, who is the “Word.”
Six thousand years yet man alone can’t solve any of the earth’s problems.
Humans are still carnally selfish, love is the Lord’s spiritual vocabulary, and without it we are truly condemned.

Kingdom come, but I first must die
Thankfully, life here does not last.
Though pain and grief can make me cry,
one day they’ll all be in my past.

Some sorrows seem like forever.
Kingdom come, but I first must die,
and this is my hope, for never
can I stay as when I once was spry.

Some plans of mine have gone awry.
Slower do I walk than before.
Kingdom come, but first I must die.
Then – and only then – will I soar.

It matters not my bones get old
because I know one day I’ll fly
to where God’s glory I’ll behold.
Kingdom come, but I first must die.

Kingdom Come

Keepers of the secret
Knowledge, powerful men
Kneel before the altar
Knowing their prayers are
Kisses on God’s lips. New
Kingdoms come and go like
Kestrels in search of food.

Because you choose to wait
for Jesus to return to Earth,

Because you choose to wait
for your self-righteous Rapture,
our Great Transitional End
of naturally sinful,
unspiritual
carnal
mortal Earth,

Which do you also choose to do while you wait
to die
so you can Paradise live divinely,
timelessly,
cooperatively,
with fullest possible integrity
of Earth nearly become,
yet denied,
Heaven?

Do you choose
a life lived in communion
with God your Father of creative love,
like sunshine
blessing lily splattered green meadows,
embracing isolated willow trees
producing modest yellow spring blossoms
caressed by healing butterflies
and bees?

Or do you choose
a more LeftBrain dominant life
of capitalized Ego-autonomy,
a dying paranoid Win/Lose life trend
toward isolation
and Lose/Lose helplessness?

Do you too often choose mono-egotistic competition
despite long-term health risks?
Over-extended tragedy
for all potential future children
of all organic EarthTribe,
communal polypaths
inviting resilient multipurposed Paradise
of Health today

Reforesting
healing
planting and harvesting
communing with non-sectarian organic Earth,

Especially when sun shine calls
to ultra-violet daydream rainbows,
crescent stars shine
bright night
extended family
crystal communions,
story-telling fire-circle flames,
songs of full theological disclosure
in nature's liturgical spirit dance,

Bicamerally exploding
peaceful sufficiency of messianic return
both affluent and effluent

Because you choose not to wait
to return to messianic/bodhisattva wealth
of Win/Win health
and ecopolitical reforestations,
anciently awaiting
anxious transubstantiations

Secular EarthHere
with sacred UniversalNow,
ego-healthing space
within eco-bilateral Time.

Thy Kingdom Come

THY KINGDOM COME

Partridge ey'd widow wailed
'Give me your life'
Pawn broker, hawkish, grunted
'Take the money and vanish'
Howling of contentious hyena
'Stop shadow games, get lost'
'A handicam', tweetering daughter
Son sneaking at late hours
Fumigating inside shut doors
Fatigue from farthest room,
Wrinkles and heaviness.

Cherished love perished
Dexterous rope dancer
Sober attire in bean monde
Fiascoes in War and Love
Cortege on street
Dalliant moon shower, coquettish

Is this Thy Promised Land !!

Dig nails deep
Uproot conch inside ribs
Life sap dripping.
This is my blood and flesh
Thou shall have it.

Dispassionate soul hung at eyrie
Rest in pieces,pounded
And Thy Kingdom Come !!!

Kingdom Come

Sometimes too much sunlight
renders sparks upon my vision,
'til my peripheral grows tired
and I retreat in mind and silence
to back alley streets
hosting scent of old blood,
where life crept in
so fast it sung violence.

I'm fascinated by traces
of sound between ticks
in our clockwork.
The things unseen,
spreading cracks without notice,
ever shaping our dreams.

I'm looking for monsters
in the places that belong to them,
the patterns to glean
from unwanted thread.
Would you come find me
in the spaces you dread?

Then I am yours,
and you're my King.

Come, Kingdom, Come

I’m sorry for my agitation
I’m sorry for my selfish ambition
Lord, forgive me with Your mercy
Here’s yet another prayer, yearning for Your forgiveness
I’m so grateful to have You in my life, giving me utmost progress

Grace be to You
And the Holy Spirit too
Come, Kingdom, Come

Come, Kingdom, Come
Feeling numb and dumb,
But waiting for God’s Kingdom
Come, Kingdom, Come
I’m lonely, but not alone
His Future Judgement makes me feel at home
With me, myself and I
I won’t worry about her or him anymore
There’s a mountain of tribulation in store…

God’s Kingdom come
Come, Kingdom, Come
God’s Kingdom come
Come, Kingdom, Come
Don’t let the disappearing dusk
Drown away all your remaining hope
Be the dawn and rise like the son
Have faith, have joy in heart…
That’s how I cope with trials that come my way
Sensuality, the snake, wrapped around my neck
Can’t deny this feeling of happistress (happiness and stress) today
These roads of paradise I will trek…
But, are you willing to trek God’s Gracious Land with me?
God’s Kingdom come
Come, Kingdom, Come
God’s Kingdom come
Come, Kingdom, Come

Witchcraft has been harming my mindset as of lately
It does get me upset and reduced to ridiculous regret
Now, I know…now, I know…now, I know specifically
What I have to do to keep up with His Blessed Breeze
I’m feeling like negative 100 degrees
When I should be above 100 degrees
I need Your loving hand
To guide me to Your Graceland
I’m not alone (yeah)
Not at all on my own (yeah)
In Your tent, I call it home
For, I want to be entitled to Your Liberty

Kingdom come, amid men whose secure custody
I can hear it yield promises then relinquish final copy.

Stumbled on ancestral stone which once ago protect
Those that ensure their existence human honor connect.

Build new ones to rewrite freedom harnessed battle,
As those, once blessed, move and walk-in-like cattle.

Those that do care on honeysuckle sunlit minions
Overflowing of golden fields, rivers to feed Millions.

Whoever else and thinking and Orchestrate vengeance,
Kingdom come, those whose custody, doors open, welcoming penance.
