Shady Jedi Mind Tricks
Wherefrom poetry shades recall,
and the other side of yesterday
is but a dreamt hallucination,
can't see the foliage from trees'
darkly forested boundaries,
insofar as frivolous moonbeams
agitate sun's glorified imagism
'midst hues of baubled madness
& vaporous sentiments are replete
within day-trippers' remote motives,
shadowing delusional chicanery
of rosé-tinted Jedi mind tricks...

We raced with giants and stalked Jabba Jab
Climbing on gates of metal and wood,
Fierce skin lacerated from thorny spikes
Our innocence excused by the gods.

With our light sabers in a clone menace
The troopers moved to protect all borders
From evil DarthNess and his invaders ;
Brave were...

Master Jedi Yoda
Yoda you are not
Spiritual may forgot
Creature green and small
A Jedi, your size, be you tall

With words of meanings small
Your language known be all
To many with imaginations,bright
Be they to wield their saber light.

Imagination dark and light yield
Jedi be, force is sealed
Vadar and boy son he...

When you start to let go
What do you see? Liberation
You've been hanging on too much
You are not supposed to have any weight on you
It's not meant to be
And it's not supposed to be
Do you see anyone walking around with weight on them?
Yet we carry...

Jedi Mind Games
My dismissive smiles,
I use to keep you around me for a while
And my sad, needy groans
has you leaving final goodbyes on the phone
Being cool and uninterested
always draw them closer to me
Acting like I can't survive without them,
make 'em take the car keys and flee quickly
And...

I Am a Jedi
I am a Jedi, keeper of the peace and mediator.
I wonder about the hidden aspects of the Force.
I hear the politicians row around me.
I see the Galaxy as it is, not as it should be.
I want the peace the Galaxy deserves.
I am a Jedi, keeper...

THE JEDI MASTER

My grocery bag stares at me as if
I’m the enemy. Hans Solo holds his
gun, the Wookie towers over him.
Princess Leia clings to his walking
furball waist. Carrie, draped in white,
like now, six feet under, boys still
ogling her and her two pinwheel curls.
Skywalker, the kid,...

Play a Jedi Mind Trick
How far does the ego inflate
how vain can one man be
thinking you outsmart a mate
controlling as you please

When you become so lazy
every little task is hard work
and mind control seems crazy
yet successful without effort

When you decide that you’ll...

I know who you are
Your secret is busted
My spider sense tingles
It can always be trusted

The bad guys are nervous
They can't see through your glasses
All evil's on hold
While you're kicking their asses

And though your invincible status is real
The people who know...
