Hold Fast My Heart

He baptized my heart with Holy water,
   Rivers pure and clean.
He has set my feet upon the rock,
With a measure of faith in things unseen.

Like the hands of moses lifted high,
I will call upon him, he will hear my cry.
If I should stumble, he will break the fall,
his arms are stretched to reach us all.

I love you Jesus from my heart,
 because you loved me first.
You meet my every need,
 and quench my every thirst!

Hold fast my heart to the one
who gave his life for me,
Rejoice because he has loosed the chains,
 and set this captive free!

If Waiting Takes a Lifetime...

When I felt your first kiss in May
I knew it was worth the wait
Standing by in silence whenever time permits...
I command my heart into the abyss
I will wait till forever
And once again feel your warm embrace.

Moments of happiness I let my heart accept
The lull of patience do always pass me by
Between my wishes in life...is YOU and ME...
Constantly wrapped in love, wherever that may be.

With tears I shed, when sun is up and sets to dawn
My heart is locked up with YOU - but I will never know
When in the midst of longing...I cry in pain,
God knows how much I ache, when the sky pours out the rain.

The Letter

As I opened my E-mail today
my heart felt sorrow,
I just could not find the words to say
will I see my friend upon the morrow

Though the heart fails not
the blood begins it's weakening,
in the lungs the find the clot
the prayers that we are speaking

It hurts you so to take a breath
if walking but ten feet,
fight my friend, and you'll beat death
so yet we may still meet

Friends we are and will always be
of this please rest assured
for in your eyes I'm sure I see
that brightness never blurred

Now rest my friend, build your strength
continue on the fight,
For I shall always pray for you
and will again tonight

God Bless you Jimmy my friend........FIGHT

Open and Free

Fear is the enemy
But also a friend
Hiding inside
Waiting to transcend

Transcend the heart
To be open and free
Transcend the heart
And let the dark soul release

Release the darkness
That hides deep within
Release the light
That chases away sin

Sin that bounds
With chains that bind
Sin you can’t ever
Take back or rewind

Rewind to the beginning
Of the first beat of your heart
Rewind like a baby
With a brand new start

Start your heart over
And close the door on fear
Start looking to the future
A new beginning is near

There Is Always Hope

The bills are overdue,

     And the cupboards are bare.

Junior is in need of a new pair of shoes

But there is no extra money that can be spared.

The car is out of gas again,

Sadly, you have no money to fill up the tank.

Looks like you will be walking to work again

Lord, know you are in need of a break!

The boss at your job is giving you grief,

    Saying your productivity is low.

He has said that if things do not change quickly

He will have no other choice but to let you go.

And when you think things just cannot get any worse,

Little Sally has come down sick with strep throat.

She needs to see a doctor but you have no medical insurance

You then start to lose all hope.

But there always seems to be hope,

During times when it seems to be none.

Because it seems that the battle is too hard to be won.

But you have a Helper that sits high above,

The Comforter that is there when you are down.

In Him you can confidently place all of your trust

He will lift you up and place your feet firmly back on solid ground.

You feel scared, weak, and weary,

     And that is all okay.

Believe me when I say that He is all-knowing

Of the struggles and trials you face every day.

Just take a quiet moment,

And open the flood gates of your heart to Him.

He is always there to listen

So just open up your heart and talk to Him.

He is able to make a way out of no way,

He is able to replenish all of your strength.

He is able to hold all of your problems at bay

He is able to provide all of Your needs.

So lift your head up high,

Because you will not be in your storm for too long.

Go on ahead and dry your teary eyes

Because there is always hope when it seems to be none.

To Make You Happy

I was a wrong
up until now

I'm not strong
still keep my heart in sorrow

I don't know how long
for me to find a better tomorrow

I still don't know
how to make you happy

this heart of stone
it's hard to brake

i'm feeling frown
i'm lost in tracks

if you think i care less
if you think i'm heartless
then you are wrong

to make you happy
is one of my dream
to make you glad
is what i'm after

I'm sorry if i make you cry
I'm sorry if i can't be what you want me to be
I'm not hopeless, i just need to hold on to my faith
God knows my plan, my hope, my dream
is to make you happy

so, mom...
I love you, I wouldn't let anything to hurt you
If you're not satisfied with my life, please pray for me
hold on to me
hopefully i can find my way in life
to make you happy.

Unknown

He had playful brown eyes,
He was gentle, he was kind
The diamond in the rough,
I have always wanted to find

He is divine

He is the red that blazes across the summer sky
Walking along the ocean shore
There is no one I am missing more
Our fingers entwined,
My heart beating faster all the time
Our feet sinking deep, into the sand
I lay you down, and kiss you softly without a sound
An echo in my ears, as my heart pounds
Your lips, my desire
Drink deep

My cheeks burn as if they are on fire.
Shivering, and shaking as you take my hand
As your warm kisses linger at the nape of my neck
Deeper in your pleasure I slowly drown

Crazy Me

You might understand if you ever were
Being less a man and living in the end
Meaning to right the wrongs that fell
Just singing songs you long to tell
Trying to take on the hill
Only to fall down the well
Even when you know it's wrong
Sowing the seeds of past
Just giving up at last, oh well
In time you kind of you feel it
Your mind wishes for the turn
That blends this old crazy me
Back to that friendly spirit
I know the heart is bold
It teaches us not to love
But the heart mind and soul
Fills us, with what's above

Sorrows

Sorrows

Chasing our sorrows into the wind
With twisted fate they never end

Beneath the hurt of sadness and woe
Still our heart will never know

In the shadows will sorrow stay
Within our heart no other way

Must love part or will it be
Free from sorrows for you and me........

Forgiving Myself

Piece's of yesterday gone from my mind
What passion was there, what more can I say.

My heart still yearning for closure I will never see
As I drown out all the saddness
I know a complete being I will never be.
In myself I find no peace
But in his heart I find no grace
What I once held so dear
Someone else took my place.
I begged for forgivness
To release me from my pain
I said it truly and fully
In my head I hold no vain.
I could give up
But then he would win
And that would leave me
Holding all of our sin.
It was not all my fault
That you had to go away
I wish you peace and love
On this sad, sad day.

I'Ve Been Gone

I’ve been gone to long my children.
I am coming back to gather up my people, this world has not changed. I see how much of me is gone,
It breaks my heart to see. But I’m coming back with vengeance every rock will cry out.
Where will your heart be? The devil is winning to many
souls. I have been gone to long I’m coming back to take my
faithful home

A Loud Silence

A Loud Silence

She sits and stares
She wants him there
To help her mend
The wounds she bears

She keeps breathing
Her heart stays beating
She has to cope
Through pain repeating

Then time compiles
More broken smiles
The razor's edge
Helps for a while

In her despair
She ponders where
She'll find help
And one to care

She keeps breathing
Her heart stays beating
She has to cope
Through pain repeating

Thus fall the tears
And those who hear
Turn away
With blind fear.
Don't they know
What hides below
The tattered cotton
What doesn't show

What If I Said...

what if i said
i will love you no matter what is takes
i wont never let your heart break
and never let someone else replace
no matter how much i waste
no matter how much i gain
for you my love
each night and day
my love will remain the same
what if i said
your image is in my head
on my lips its your name
only my heart is to blame
i know my heart is a little place
sometime you will get love
and sometime you will get hate
but its all god made game
using you emotion as bate
but its all about time
just have to wait
not leave each other
and go far away.......

The Winter of the Heart

The Winter of the heart is where the heart is cold and ridged to the love of Christ unable to worship Him.
However, there is a spring to the winter of the heart.
If we just give our hearts to Jesus, He can bring heat to the willing heart and unfreeze it with His warm and loving spirit,
Giving us the love we so desperately need.
His amazing grace gives the unsaved a place of refuge.
Filling the emptiness inside the ridged heart with love, peace,
and joy. Renewing their strength and faith.
Overflowing their cup with a blessing only Jesus can give with His touch. He toughs the winter of the heart, turning it into a spring day of rain that melts the snow away.
In addition, giving even the most lost heart a way to pick up their cross forever, carrying it on
