Premium Member The Butterfly Nebula

What yonder lies in distant sky,
and looks like lovely butterfly?
A cloud of gas that iodized
whose blazing beauty mesmerized.

Throughout the universe serene,
in Scorpius she can be seen,
this nebula of orange and green,
the stellar pride of heaven’s preen.

These particles that crystalized,
with nature’s beauty harmonized;
this bright celestial butterfly
that yonder lies in distant sky.

"One word frees us of all the weight and pain of life. The word is love.”
Sophocles, Greek Poet

When love meets your silhouette at twilight,
heart unfurls chamomile flowers so bright,
flickering sunset hues in eloquence,
to veil greying grief in rose elegance..

Life when harmonized with bronze strings of bliss;
the charming cadence of soul's ardent kiss,
paints a picturesque sea of lilac sky,
where mauve threads mirror day-dreams, soaring high.
So let this sonorous pilgrim embrace,
silence that serenades in moon-wrapped grace.
This musical devotion shared so dear,
shall unchain the flaming fears tangled near.

I'm weaving hope from syllables of peace~
and crippled thoughts, bleeding ink does release.

one with the music
a vestibule for magic
love fills the night air

Let my aura deep red spill onto the page,
I an instrument in the name of poetic rage,

   L
   O
       V
 EVOL...VES

Into a voice deep and vibrating,
with words feathered and lulling.

We are love...

Love!,
nothing and everything.
With you in the serenity of nothing
that my love is everything.

 scampers a bright moon
gifts liquid life a lit view
watch them rendezvous

i wrote you a star covered night
built you a sun with a dimmer light
i turned it down warm and low
called it a moon, made it glow

i rhymed you an early morning hush
so quiet you could hear a person blush
i sketched a fully carpeted globe
dressed it in a thick soft robe

i painted it in greens, blues and a palette full
your own flower garden with no weeds to pull
i sung some words, some harmonized notes
strummed you a new world, one that floats

...a pyramid each and every word, romance...

I
do know
my true love
it will make you
light headed but free.
Space is that way, you know
but you'll adjust. A small price
to pay these days for liberty.
A chance to live in a world of ours,
just us together and lives of all kinds.

Premium Member Unfettered Love

Beneath the lasting hours of nightfall within our private dwelling;
naked feet waltz about the harmonized
silk petals eleven steps
onward to that of
the flat-bottom
vessel.
Unclothed,
laying
in the
clear
crystal foam
accompanied
by shadows
of flickering
scented
flames
and two
wine glasses
teem with Champagne.
The temperature arouses
both temples, allowing entry for torrid love.
Precipitating...Evaporating indiscriminately...Sigh...Our hearts now set to rest.

Premium Member Undergrowth with Two Figures, Van Gogh

brushed by the blushing Fontainebleau,
   blooming with rainless foliage,
like a poem kissed by the green…
I sigh as thoughts wander
   in saffron silence,
   in the echoing warmth
of your breathing silhouette...

we are beyond wraiths of wildflowers,
   waltzing through the wilderness,
   sipping honeyed drops of sunlight,
whilst specks of citrine
soar above olives~
merging in mystical mists of magnetic gold,
oblivious to the spectral leaves
  thriving within inner forests,
  veiling the vindictive vines
painted with ice-corpse colors of life.

O time, cloaked in cryptic clouds~
in a world that cares not for the forgotten,
let the fields of fervent petals
dress the untouched trees
with butterfly-blue blurs,
as peace is more than a mere noun,
nestled between framed figs…
and to heal is to heed the harmonized~
hymns mirroring soft springs of Eden,
where l o v e is an aesthetic array
ribboned with amorous emeralds~
scattered across meadows
   lost in redolent reveries.

I speak to the breeze,
cradling the balmy boulevard
in hushed tones~
  to unfreeze the wintry thistles,
to untangle complex chords of woes
piercing the pained canvas
aching within my mind..
for in the layered heart
of external pleasures,
there I’ve found the palette~
that homes not regrets and troubles
but elevates the m a g i c
              of sketched solace…

the verdant of swirling hope
fine-tuned strokes of sage~
 sun-soaked distraction,
   a memory of soulmates
            tied
                  to the timeless roots
                              infused with trust ...

Love silences fear,
Uniting hope, joy, peace,
Mingling lights, grace
Joining hearts in faith, together,
Stirring prayers, gentle psalms –
Harmonized when souls believe,
Jesus, inspiration for giving,
Meaningful beyond imagery.
Adoration lasting forever,
Resembling souls understanding…
Love like this convulses calm,
Lulling twilight,
Breathing shadows,
Feelings erasing storms,
Darkness hinders meaningful,
While wonders grow wings…
Enchant souls,
Souls enchant,
Wings grow wonders while…
Meaningful hinders darkness,
Storms erasing feelings,
Shadows breathing,
Twilight lulling,
Calm convulses this like love,
Understanding souls, resembling…
Forever, lasting adoration,
Imagery beyond meaningful,
Giving for inspiration, Jesus,
Believe souls when harmonized,
Psalms gentle, prayers stirring –
Together, faith in hearts joining,
Grace, lights mingling,
Peace, joy, hope uniting,
Fear silences love.

Premium Member My Name

She smiles and my name is said with such unbound glee.
Though not the one I was born with, this one that holds more meaning.

Alike her brother too will call it though in harmonized repeat like waves in slow repetition. As his bare feet slap surface and he approaches.

The understanding of it's meaning escapes me for the moment, though my heart knows it's significants, my mind can't wrap around it.

They hold the key to my day and in their actions can build me up or break me. But when happy I too am happy, the world's a warmer place.

In thought alone, I then reflect on my comings and my goings. My name is mentioned in parting sorrow and in joyful arrival.

My name eluded then, bright illuminated now. I know my greater purpose. To teach them of moral and respect, to teach of right and wrong.

My goal is to teach them to love, as another FATHER shows me. Though I may often falter, I am my children's "Daddy" as they so heartwarmingly remind me.

Premium Member Talismans

The
imagined force is recast and concentrated into an inorganic
material.

Intentional,
possessing the owner's future with satisfying
charisma.

The
talisman, as some are known to be, is the resulting
changeover.

Better
days lay ahead of the object holders, who will be the subject of good
fortune.

Prehension
of one's life worth and outlook will be exceedingly
awesome.

Blithesome
accesses the favorable
heart.

Impart
the wealth produced, amongst
others.

Effectuators
are doubly loved for that
realization.

Fruition,
when done unnoticeably, is agape
love.

Hereinabove,
the exceptional natures are

Reach Out

Let us reach out and make connection
With spontaneous everlasting affection
Wake up and say it
We care! We care!
Then do it
Starting up! Starting up!
A gentle flow with glow
In the right direction
Don’t just stop it
Let it grow! Let it grow!

Come together! Come together!
Those harmonized handshakes
This is all what it takes
The phones are ringing
Mailboxes are kicking
What is it? What is it?
A spectacular network of aspiration
Once again that invincible perpetual voice
Shouted with velocity
Reach out! Reach out! Reach out!

Why Can'T We

Why Can’t We?

Are we not all mere music notes sprinkled
on the grand staff of time, alterations
between sharp and flat spanning a few chords
looking for some thoughtful orchestration?

Are we not but specks from the dust of stars,
all equal in breath and design, fleeting
sounds still striving to be heard from afar
signs hoping to be harmonized, waiting?

Why then do we thrive on friction, battling
like giant tectonic plates colliding
in the dark never to be reconciled?
Why by so much division are we plagued?

Why can’t we look up and greet a new day,
make a new friend without always asking
dividing questions and wanting to weigh
what so brightly stands before us, shining?

Premium Member Entwining Ripples of Rhapsody

The desolate wasteland of deprivation traversed
by my jagged life that tried so long so very hard
to smoothen the angularities of the serrated mind,
swirling in the egregious whirlpool of indignation.

Sucked into sordid abyss of despondent delirium,
I searched out for myself a path of passion within,
leading through the pulsating portal to my heart,
not yet frozen in the prolonged winter of despair.

The spring of yearning came with fragrance of fervor,
drifting on the dreamful wings of the sensuous time,
from the flowers of my blooming heart where you flew
like a butterfly creating cadence of surreal symphony.

Harmonized with the mesmeric music of my longing,
enthralled emotions danced on the ripples of rhapsody
that rolled between you and me to entwine us forever,
consecrated the concept of concealed craving called love.

You let it bloom with the floral design of fervent desire,
the patina of silky petals would shine till the end of time.

I Never Danced the Tango

“I Never Danced The Tango”

I have more than a few
Regrets in life…

I wish I’d loved my children…
Much more,
Much longer,
Much stronger.

I would wish to be
Much wiser,
Much gentler,
Much more compassionate.

I have worked on my failings
With some success,
And forgave myself
For what I could not achieve.

The Scales of Life
Sometimes tipped my way
But on occasion left me aggrieved.

I have been gifted
Many times over
But often had not known
When Fortune smiled down on me
Or left me on my own.

I have not traveled far abroad
Or dined on foreign cuisine,
Or been enthralled by distant lands
That others have likely seen.

But I have held my new born babe
And kissed a grandchild’s cheek
And helped a little boy reel in his pole
By a favorite fishing creek.

I’ve tasted life and spat some back
That sat bitter on my tongue.
I’ve harmonized a few new tunes
That were better left unsung.

I’ve marked my scores
And I know for sure
- that so attentively has He,
And I pray I receive His passing marks,
But I know of no guarantee.

So I’ll leave this plain with a minor regret
That I know I’ll never achieve -
That I never danced the Tango
On a dazzling summer's eve.

Premium Member Hope Mine

I, a performer, walk in God, the multi-blended rope,
Will never falter or fall; for in him is my whole hope;
I am confident that my good works will bring greatest end,
To take me home after this life, his angel God will send...!

He protects me all through; as he cares for each bird and bee;
My mind, like a jar filled with nectar, stays full and carefree;
Each gloom of times, I know, like speck in wind, will fly away,
Each cloud that stands blocking the sun-rays will slowly give way...!

I choose what I need for now and future, and guide my course,
Midst floods against currents I'll swim toward the divine source;
With strong goals I'll build bridges betwixt now and days to come,
Slimmest possibilities I'll spin and make life wholesome...!

Hurts mine - physical and spiritual - will be mended,
Fear of death or life-after or heaven or hell ended;
Strengths all, like ever-living rivers, will be channelized,
Toward eternity mind and soul will be harmonized...!

Premium Member Morning Mellowness

The alarm went off!
I yawned and stretched.
Put on my pink sequined slippers
and streaming pink robe.
Which in my closet, I had fetched.

The abubble appetite of my furry
Stunning, purring calico.
Her soft tones, calling for breakfast,
Oh, so tenderly virtuoso!

The phone rang sweetly,'twas my
brother Jack.
Coming over with bagels, salmon
and fresh fruits in his sack.
To share a brother- sister snack!

Life is so magnificent was my
contemplation.
Free to be me, a citizen of this
most admirable American nation.

The Keurig harmonized so perfectly
with me.
To God be the glory, she sang so
sweetly!
