A Case of Sexual Harassment

A Case of Sexual Harassment

By Elton Camp

Ms. Clark gave her analysis to the boss
For words of praise he wasn’t at a loss
“Honey, this work is as good as any man.
Doing a fine job is something you can.”

She felt his arm slip around her waist
And on her hip, his fingers he placed
Though he was crude, ugly and fat,
He gave Ms. Clark a playful little pat

“Just stick with me and you’ll go far.
Because I think I know what you are.
You have what it takes to get ahead
Sure my meaning you haven’t misread.”

“I’ll be quite glad to show you the ropes
And advance you over those other dopes.”
The boss gazed directly into her eyes
So that her reaction he could apprise

“A business trip I must take next week.
There is this hotel where I will speak.
I will be wanting some help you see,
So I need you to come along with me.”

Ms. Clark then very sharply did exhale
His advances she much wanted to repel
But promotion at work she needed too
Would she do what she’d come to rue?

Sexual Harassment

Hand me your policies
I'll take a gander
Sexual harassment not allowed
Neither is slander

What a boring place
Let's be politically correct
Offend everyone
Or show them neglect

Make up my mind
There's work to do
Touching below the shoulders
Is sexual harassment too.

The world is full of
People with low self-esteem
Get a grip people
Not everything is what it seems

Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment is a beast that stains the inner
being of vulnerable women. Their vibrant spirit has
been attacked and like a rose without thorns, have
ask society for help.

these valiant women have found the remedy for
their degradation. Now, these women enjoy the
refreshing breeze from snow-covered mountains
their spirits had yearn for.

There are others who have endured this harassment
but like a butterfly dancing around a garden, have not
yet had the courage to come forward. For the butterfly
is aware of the vicious ants waiting if the try to rest.

Men have and continue to suffer the agony and
discomfort from powerful women corrupted by power.
These females subject their male subordinates to
their whims. The dignity and pride of these men
have melted away like ice in a warm Spring day,

These disgraced men endure the touching, the suggestive comments and the dinners at their bosses homes or apartments. The web has been laid and she expects them to satisfy their needs. These men have families to support and after all, they are men so they keep quite.

Being a man and complaining would mean more humiliation and fear of society who have their ideas of men and women. The community would laugh and portray them as weak and less than manly so like an infant without a voice, they endure.

Premium Member Workplace Harassment

Workplace harassment is rife, alive and well,
Occurring too often in this pseudo company.
Derogatory, condescending words roared, inches from your face,
Sounding like a battlesque symphony.

People in charge making foolish demands,
Then usurping workers places, employing visible stealth.
Not being productive, effective or profitable,
To any of the workers, or for the companies health.

Forcing workers to feel small, inadequate, not bright,
Forcing workers to accept their lot in life.
And, to any workers who bring up any questions,
Publicly back stabbing them, with a knife.

Workplace harassment in this office, it’s cruel and demeaning,
To the folks just plying their trade.
It’s easy to see the bullies in charge, strutting around,
Ready, waiting, clasping a shiny switchblade.

Harassment Sexual

Harassment sexual! What for this noise at all.
I have the right conclusion. Trust me!
That we all came into this stupid world,
As a result of sexual harassment.

These things offend,
know I, tis true.
In these I've been schooled,
now I tell them to you.
An innocent touch, a wayward look,
a word or threat aimed anothers way.
Is today considered harassment,
and that party has final say.

Were not to needle, mock, or jab,
to razz, or quip, gibe,or jeer.
To scorn, roast or ridicule,
and whatever you do don't leer.
It's best that we not banter words,
deride,intimidate, or taunt.
Should you be one inclined to joke,
these too, you must not flaunt.

We must not rile another,
even though it be in jest.
Sneering too, is not allowed,
so put those thoughts to rest.
Anothers traits never mock,
nor offend with apparel you doff.
Find not within, reason to knock,
while daring not to scoff.

Belittling another isn't right
not take occasion to tease.
But other than these few things
treat others as you please.
In meeting, should I not extend a hand,
and appear to have little to say,
It won't be because I'm snobbish,
but fear a Tort Lawyer coming my way.

Sexual Harassment

Another blazing steel
That carve wounds which don’t fully heal
Besides those of Big Brother Rape
Whose injurious clutch very few escape.

A pointing finger by forensic evidence maintained
About your grips of her blouse stained
And infuriating caresses of a waist
You were scheming to morally waste;
Playable, her taped shut-doors against your visits
And “Buzz offs” to your offered Hellos and biscuits…
Indeed, your tactless remarks of obscenity
Verging on intrigues against her chastity
In court, to you read out by a voice of steel
To your disbelieving ears all but real;
All the brooding minds around you also wrestling with the matter
While you hope or wish their suspicion won’t get fatter!

It’s a new impulse to often adjust one’s lens
And with expectoration break a silence,
Not skipped, prompt remembrances of your itching jaw
To scratch it in a manner you could never the Law.

Targeted Individual

T earing at the seams to scratch its way inside
E mpty hollow being with the lonliness that I hide
L istening without seeing, tortured in all of thought
E very single thing is now whatever that it's not
P rogrammed message beamed into the victims head
A nswers no longer seeking, still alive but sort of dead
T orture is the theme, Schizophrenia made by design
H earing so silently, sounds of something that arn't mine
E motions disappear as my feelings have passed away
T urning into the nothing which you see in me today
I ntels frequency wave disease, creating vegetables to remain
C oincidence born in consequence of the ouside in all my pain

You have spent so much energy and time
Trying to see, follow, harass and be me
You have forgotten to be you

We run from you
Because there is something so powerfully off
We are fearful

You might have an assault rifle
We would not be surprised
Your behavior has alarmed many

Please know that we are all aware
Which does not make you
Any less scary

This obsession you have to
Follow me, harass me, badger me, bully me
Is truly frightening

Assuring me that you are capable of much more
I have given you social cues, but you are not getting them
Your obsession with me overriding any socialization skills you might have once had

Please remember to be you
And leave me alone
For once.

Silent Sound

Invasive...a technological storm that reigns
Voices of the rapist silent sound is its name
Unwillingly...there is nothing here left to explain
Monitored remotely by those who laugh at the shame

Individuality...split into so many different things
Riding the waves of torture upon electronic wings
Remembering...all that is lost this song I sing
Taken from you today what tomorrow never brings

Insistent…all the demands that fill your mind
Remembering to remember only if let to remind
Harassing…this electronic torture is so blind
Life looking for a tormentor that you'll never...
                                                                                ever...

Monster

DO NOT PROD THE SLEEPING BEHEMOTH

For in his wake, all donned in hope
Torn enraged to tattered shreds of cloth
Matters not to the blood lusting oaf
Crimson tinted visions
Through obstreperous milky orbs
View a costly vital decision
One any could ill afford
Be urged to tiptoe in silence
Round the pent up snoring goon
For he's dreamt for moons of wreaking violence
Drooling over your doom
I beg you leave slumbering demons in peace
If he could he would beg you the same
For all who've succumbed to his clenching of teeth
Have lived not to surmount the shame

Harassment Do It the Million

Harassment Do it the million but
we will not do anything.
When you have loved you,
then how will the pain not endured.

Whenever the intoxication climbs your.
It calls your distance close.
Otherwise no heart is mine,
Laughs about something.
Separate whether you live from us now.
But we will be your own.

Harassment do it the million but
we will not do anything.
When you have loved you,
then how will the pain not endured.

The Foreigner Next Door

There's this nasty lady living right
by ours
A cranky old mare holed up next to our house
Her garden is minging and her blinds
are a lot worse
She acts dead weird, I reckon she's proper mental
Her knees are knobby and her walk is
a bit wonky
The foreign woman next door has no right to be here
She doesn't fit in so she stays out of sight
She has no mates, always mutters to herself
We want her out, she's not one of us
Let's egg her house for a laugh and scare the pants off her
So they pelted my door with rotten eggs then posted dog poo through the mail slot
While I remained quiet as a dormouse
and prayed they would just let me be
The natives glozed over their mean deeds
And claimed they meant no offense
My hands were tied, what with being odd man out
So I chose to feign indifference, and passed the baton to the Gods of karma
While I laid back to feast on a larger slice
Of this local brand of hospitality
