Grace-full is the lily born of virtue’s milk
Inspiring me with petals pure in my hour of need -
Vow and vim of passion vivid and empowering as I
Imagine the strength of soulful surrender while three
Nails were driven into a suffering so great -- selflessly You
Gave Your mortal life so I may live despite thorns and thirst
Grateful is my blossom watered with Your blood and tears
Opened with a faith unfurled by Light I venerate
Devotions trumpet from a callous soul once solus - jubilant the
Lifeless root that stood futile in fertile remorse before I
Yielded my yoke to the hands of merciful Love; please Lord
Grant me the fortitude to face my sorrow - Your
Resurrection reminds me of the sacred sacrifice endured
Accepted with the courage I strive to possess -- though I
Cannot conceive.. I believe in the circle of contentment; the
Essence and embrace of God’s white whorl of salvation

Reflections of God
I feel God’s presence when walking o'er hills
In nodding heads of golden daffodils
In fields of green and crystal waterfalls
In trees standing proud, statuesque and tall.
I hear God in vibrant sounds of the woods
In murmurs of the breeze and babbling brooks
I find Him in the glow of risen sun
Fresh days and fresh pages to write upon.
I sense God's love flow through charmed symphonies
In enchantment of choral melodies
I seek Him in the dewy morning mist
In the sky when it has been rainbow kissed.
God’s revealed in roosters crowing refrain
In rain dancing upon the window pane
I rejoice in nightfalls scenic display
Stunning sunsets taking one's breathe away.
There's not a fragrant rose in June that blooms
Nor stars twinkling brightly around the moon
No clouds adorning the canvas of sky
That doesn't send reflections of God on high.
In the morning I will sing of your love...

Some are mothers, reflections of love
Poured out on children who abide in hope
Remembering that Mary, the mother of Jesus,
Gave us all a sense of the wonder uncovered
By the women who give their hearts to children
Some are wives who give their husbands
Their hearts, their blessings, their kindness
Like Ruth, the Moabite, who was great-grandmother
To the King after God's own heart, David,
Who played such a great role in the lineage of Jesus
Some are followers of the King of Kings
Those who know He is the best there is
Believers who give their entire lives to Him
Like Mary Magdalene, who Jesus healed and who
Was also the first witness of His resurrection
Some are women who love with all they have
Through joy and pain, in spite of everything
Giving all their lives to their beloved
Like Rachel who knew what is was to be childless
Sharing her beloved with her sister, Leah
Some are women who have a desperate yearning,
Like Hannah, who yearned for a child of her own
She prayed, promising to give her son back to the Lord
When Samuel, her son, anointed King David,
He gave the entire world a new direction toward redemption
Some are women who fall into great sin
Like Eve, the mother of Cain and Abel
She was deceived by the enemy of us all,
And changed the entire fate of mankind
Including the way we would live in this life
Some are like Deborah, who was a judge of her time
Others, like Esther, who changed the heart of the King
Some are like Miriam, prophetess and Moses' sister
Others, like Sarah, who had Isaac at 90 years of age
Some are like Elizabeth, who bore John the Baptist.
Then, there is Priscilla, who was a powerful church leader
Also, there was Mary who was sister of Lazarus
And, Martha who was rebuked by Jesus so her sister,
Mary, could sit at the Master’s feet and hear His words
All the women of the Bible were strong and blessed
By the One who gave each one of us the chance to have
A personal relationship with Jesus, our Lord and Savior
The One who taught all women that they could be a light
Guiding others through the darkness, into His grace
Praise God for women of the Bible and women of today
Who share the faith that Jesus is the only way!

Fake face
Fake smile
Fake voice
I'll run a mile
Yes master
No master
Of course master
Now master
Gothic witch
Gothic dream
Your downfall
In my smile
Eyes radiating
False adoration
Your spell
Oh so vile
Empty words
Empty syllables
I'll empty out
Your lies
Cold iron
Strong will
My claws ripping
At your heart
Claws ripping
Blood dripping
My icy,
gleeful smile
Fake face
Smashed
Fake smile
Thrashed
Fake voice
Silenced
You don't fool me
Anymore
Proverbs is a wonderful book
telling the reader all that's true
considering it with deep thought
it makes such real sense to you
'The fear of the Lord' makes one halt
it brings you to stop in your tracks
to ponder and deeply think about God
so you question yourself about your lack
God is bigger and greater than you
being eternal before, future, and now
true knowledge begins and ends with the Lord
calling you reverently to humbly bow
The majority of this world are fools
despising wisdom and godly instruction
no matter how much God shows His love
they reject His message of spiritual resurrection
Knowledge begins with the fear of God
be sure that's your motto all your days
make life a joy in the Lord's presence
abide in God's word obey all that He says
('The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.')
Proverbs 1: 7 (KJV)
GODLY MEN
I speak thy name so often, you’d think I’d know the spell; but so help me, I swear I do; I
saw it this sullen
Mourning standing in the cue – the gaunt brother of commerce’s inclusion aching with
regret; I could smell it on his breath – Lord, the world devoid of love drains my brothers
blue – they seek you in such vacant places – they see you where they are, not: a subtle
telling sub-plot of longing and regret; oh how they adorn such phases: the raincoat, the
cup of coffee, the last great event of yearning; the wrong turn not taken; for all is
gone, forsaken – in the void that seeks consume them one, two or three.
This is the last remark that can be spoken on the subject, for to lend it power is to doom
those brothers bold who beat thy rhythm true – those saints who ply a trade unique – to
stare at Godly men’s best intentions and render them oblique.

I have a Godly heritage
Living in God's likeness
Like the stars in the sky
Shinning in their greatness
Am living in my prime
My glory in it highness
I was born with nothing
Ended up having everything
For it is not where you come from
But where you are going
It is not what you have done
But what you are doing
Many are called
But the chosen are few
The time is now
My time is due
He has changed me
I am made new
Look at me; I am so successful!
I am nothing save for Jesus' blood!
Have no god before Me
Love God first then your neighbor
If you love Me, serve widows and orphans.
We are always being tested in today's society
all through out our life from kindergarten to university
At one time there were certain individuals in positions of authority
who were envious of a man named Daniel, one of God's prodigies
they went to King Darius one day with plans of their undercover grudge
unaware that the name Daniel means "God is my judge"
they wanted the king to enact a law and sign some kind of decree
where no one could give homage to anyone but the king's sovereignty
they knew that Daniel was an obedient, a righteous and Christian man
who daily worshipped and glorified God, a true believer of the master's plan
unaware of the new law, Daniel continued to pray and honor The Lord Christ
and as a result he was arrested and tested and the test was his very life
Daniel who always stood alone, he passed the test and by God was approved
he survived an evening in the lion's den, all night untouched and unmoved
he was shown approved because of his unwavering faith in The Lord God
a favorite son with a righteous hope contained within his heart
It matters not the types of situations in life that you are currently going through
trust in God, have no fear and let the blood of Jesus cover you
for God is the one true Judge, make His approval your daily quest
so study His word, do your homework and pray you will pass the test
Be aware of your weaknesses, be aware of your strengths
and be aware of the Living Gospel
be a true believer, possess great faith
and trust in God to do the impossible
for the adversary is always working,
attempting to pull you down
don't allow it to interfere
just remember you're standing on God's solid ground
In the lion's den surrounded by flesh eating carnivores in plain sight
God sent His guardian angels to watch over Daniel all through the night
In the face of evil Daniel remained untouched and unmoved
tried and tested by mere men, but by God was shown approved
There was a giant sale last Saturday.
An unbelievable one!
Such civilization: how far we’ve come,
Many came to partake from all walks of life.
What a deal; what a steal.
That store it seems, in real estate, is up for sale,
so to keep it’s customers satisfied,
they cheapened their goods to the public’s avail.
It’s dark in that store;
It’s always dark in there,
But on the sidewalk there is light,
a totally opposite fare.
Yes last Saturday there was such a sale,
The like has never been seen
O’er hill , department store or dale.
Such a deal; what a steal!
But it’s dark in those sale lairs,
It’s always dark in those stores,
While selling their wares,
But people still came by the scores.
There were prices one couldn’t refuse,
The customer just couldn’t lose!
A fantastic sale for which one would kill,
At this local abortion mill….
But outside of the mill front on the sidewalk…
there is the peace of Christ and prayer talk,
His light shining and on the rise
A light that darkness can’t recognize.
So perhaps it’s time to listen to your heart,
Forget the worn out buzz lines and what your “friends” say,
Face the light, squint your eyes and make a new start,
Join with light and life in a brand new day.
This poem was inspired by an actual “sale price” they had
at the baby killing abortion mill in our town recently . Sad but true.
Let those of us who care, pray for a change of heart for all
those who think in the darkness of excuses that somehow
It is a Godly thing and a woman’s right to kill His babies.
…sale or no sale.
Then and only then will this country take a change for the better.
“Seek ye the kingdom of God and all else will be added unto you.”
Robert A. Dufresne.
“The fear of the lord is the beginning of wisdom.”
This is an important part
of God’s kingdom!
Seeking Godly wisdom is what we must do…
If we’re going to live how God wants us to!
God’s wisdom is filled with love and purity!
Man’s “wisdom” is but
“meaningless vanity!”
Fearing the Lord and seeking his ways…
Will strengthen us and brighten our days!
God is wise and gives the best choices…
We must listen to HIM. Not other voices!
His wisdom brings hope when all seems lost!
We must lay our worries at the foot of the cross!
Obeying his instructions is very smart and wise!
It helps us not to do what seems good to our eyes!
God’s wisdom brings comfort and much gladness!
It will guard your life with his true happiness!
Won’t you seek his wisdom
in all you endeavor?
His blessings will follow you
today and forever!

It is so hard in this day and age of blurred lines, wrecking balls and falling trees to challenge students to see the right side of things,
The way Jesus made others see.
He who is without sin throws the first stone,
Two people who owe a debt are forgiven
Which one is more grateful?
The one owed the small debt or the large debt?
Side note, math word problems have always baffled me and even though I read through this parable to find the answer, I am still confused, but I showed my work so that counts for something right?
Jesus’ parables are such a great outline on how to present something to this x or z or gf, btw generation.
If we post it on twitter they might just retweet it and believe it.
Btw when you label someone they will begin to act in the way that they have been labeled.
If we aren't getting kids to smell what Dr. O is cooking aka blowing up, then it is our fault.
Jesus was able to take the most difficult people of his day and get them to see what was up!
But you say he had God on his side, so do we*Romans 8:31
But he was the son of God, we are also the children of God* Galatians 3:26-27
Feel free to chime in with excuses; we can post those on twitter too, #lame.
Sure we are going to get played more than FIFA 14 and Flappy Bird.
But it’s like they say in Baseball and softball, it only takes one.
And for us it is that one sheep we are responsible for* Luke 15:1-7
Your sheep may be bigger than others, but the Lord has placed that sheep in your flock for a reason.
We are empowered by a God that split the Red Sea,
Saved people from fire
Had the courage to sacrifice his only Son for our salvation
So grab your canes aka iPads and do better than meeting the black eyed peas halfway.
Go get you a Sheep!!
Going about our lives with giving hearts
Inspired forever by His unfailing love
Very eager to follow His perfect example
Incomplete and so forlorn without Him
Naturally desirous to spread good news
Giving and accepting the gift of prayer
Generous always with love and devotion
Obedience to the dear Lord in all things
Doubtlessly directing all our footsteps
Letting forgiveness prevail in our hearts
Yielding to peaceableness at all times
Gladly sharing with many His holy word
Revelling in eternal joy of knowing Him
All abuzz about His everlasting goodness
Communing with other people in His house
Exuberantly praising Him and worshipping
