Roses
Fairly they excel with beauty

Seen from my window whence I awake
Ajar the scent whiffs in as the dawn breaks

Cool kiss upon my face
Lace expression of emotion with grace

Withered soul age has brought about
 A child within lured out

A chair amongst the roses worn bare
Lingers in the garden there

Roses

Roses
Fairly they excel with beauty

A sip from my cup of tea
Under the big willow tree

Spring breeze blew its mirth of foreplay
Banners of verdant green slightly sway

Fairly they excel with beauty

Withered soul age has brought about

Live,Learn and Excel

Use it wisely,your mind,the key,
Use it to analyse quickly, everything that you see,
Use it to solve problems,,easy as 1,2,3,
Not the pace of a snail, mind busy like a bee,,,

Your future,your present,your past,
Where are you coming form, where are you now,how long will it last,
Are you moving at the right pace, too slow or too fast,
Will your later days be comfortable or will you still be paying the cost,,,

Life journey teaches, with an open mind, you'll learn it,
The bridges that you crossed, learn from your past, don't you ever burn it,
You know what's good for you,so if things ain't right, time to turn it,
Excel in life, pray, work hard and you'll surely earn it,,,(c)

Hi guys,,,missed you all !!!

Excel

He excels in English
He excels in Maths
I'm really surprised
He's not in GATS (Gifted And Talented Students)

He excels in Geography
He excels in History
How he does
It's such a mystery

He excels in Sport
He excels in tests
I guess I can say
He's the best

He talks in class
He cracks jokes
But he excels
So he must be blessed folk

Amazing...

Alarm To Excel

On the wake of my call;
I sought through the thoughts
that envelops my thoughts
with trumpets in my head;
I lay back billowing,
gazing into the thoughts of 'expectancy'
Mirrors shimmering,
showing forth my strength.

Those are the days of struggle,
the little beginning seem not enough
at the promise that lies ahead.

Why give up on the banks of hope,
when there are much to live for?
The road might not seem so clear
but therein lies your path.
What is it that you want,
go for it and don't care.
Dwell not on the social trumpet
but swim on through your inner whistle.

The lying truth remains such that
life's dilemma's stem from the
inner conflict of 'expectancy' and 'want'.

So why bother
when the burden
seem not to bother
your mama calls
your sister calls-
listen to them but don't fret.
what is it that they expect
and what is it that you want?

listen to the call of your heart
and therein you shall rest.

You want to be this!
you want to be that!
why follow public pressure?
with every step comes a close,
so follow your heart and stride.

Ten walks in the night,
yes! nine narrow nights,
and one sweetened dawn!
you see THEM dancing your praise.

Oh my soul to thee I pledge,
I thank thee for the light
that illuminates my night.
with every call comes
a sullen silence that slaps
to give in I shall not!
but with that lion
I shall forge on to the front.

My weakness might envelop my sight
but with my strength
I shall overtake them all.

To the everyday music of my heart, I shall dance
and with it comes I the Joseph in my Land.

Premium Member An Incentive To Excel

An Incentive to Excel
Written: by Tom Wright

Employee compensation should be based on merit,
But the slackers among us never want to hear it.

For each has a skill set that we bring to the table,
With an ability to do things that others aren’t able.

All would earn the same if slackers had their druthers,
These slackers at heart ride the coattails of others.

Some do mediocre work while seeking other’s praise,
Like minded grab signs seeking an undeserved raise;

Higher taxes and legalization is the solution of choice,
By caving legislators, whom we’ve entrusted with our voice;

As slackers look around, many troubling things they see,
But think it’s OK, if it doesn’t unfavorably affect me.

Most budgets aren’t infinite and are limited by scope,
An incentive to excel was what gave this employee hope.

My belief is,
Money doesn’t change habits or motivate one to do a good job!
If slackers got the same raise as others, they’d remain slackers, just higher paid.
Never settle for being less than the top guy.

Dreams.
I want to stand out
To be looked up to
Revered and praised
I want my live to live on
Be a member of history
Do something memorable
Achieve a mythical goal
Invent the saviour of man
Fly faster - go deeper
Reach the centre of the earth
Go into outer space
Land and colonise planets
Be the real Captain Kirk
Write the perfect song
Act; a tear jerking Macbeth
Dreams only dreams
This is what mediocrity means.

Excel

Excellence in beauty
I wish I could express
the ecstacy you give me
Hold me up when I fall
you loved me, I could tell

I used to believe
in a life where you never left me
I used to think in hopes and wonders
Dreamed in fairies and princesses
everything perfect and tidy
Not a care in my heart
nothing brought me down
tore me apart

Excellence beyond comprehension
The things I wanted to say
the need to express
the thing thats I held in my heart
from day to day'

Never recieved the chance
to give my appreciation
my hopes and wonders
You were gone before I realized
Gone before I could speak
Broken upon a force greater than your own
Brought down to a mortal level
Silenced by a more powerful voice

This excellence I recall
even though it is never seen
helps to guide me when I fall
Tries to see beyond the inbetween

Excel

Excel
in your crafting,
in gratitude and courage
I see a bleeding point there,
it is hurting inside. Do not annihilate,
do not deny. It is us in great strength, foe and friend together.

Excel

Have a great birthday, Ken Russel,
Learn from the teacher's instruction;
