Emeralds and Sapphires
Human.
Strangers in beautiful buildings
Bouncing away from each other
Conforming to individualism

Nostalgia.
Pays handsomely for memories
Prays haphazardly for miracles
Drowning in the sands of time

Strife.
Hotdog vendors
Wasting oxygen and living space
Dreaming of superstardom

Debt.
Trapped in a fishbowl in California
Immersed in the abstract
Drunk on force-fed cruelty

Gravity.
Giant magnets everywhere
Littering galaxies
Fettering free minds

Death.
Army dreamers...

Emeralds Diamonds Pearls
"emeralds diamonds pearls"

in my world there are no lions tigers or bears
there only lie emeralds diamonds and pearls

make no mistake of what they forever are
such treasures are not sapphires of green
or precious stones of glittering whites
nor are they seashells of pinks or ivory

these jewels are...

Emeralds and Saphires
We were not cut as diamonds,
An expensive bauble with traditions and so many rules to follow,
We were emeralds and saphires,
Hues of sadness and envy,
Longings and jealousy.

And when we collided together as the brilliant jewels we both are,
We forged into one ruby,
The color of flames and...

Emeralds and Ice
Eyes meet,
everything else loses focus,
  the air sizzles
                between us
becoming an almost haze
that secludes us
from our surroundings.
Emerald green orbs
ensnared by ice blue.

Caught within a stare again,
   ...

Premium Member Blood On Emeralds
The blood of Emeralds
In Northern Ireland's streets
Where sides detest
Victims they seek

Religious divide
Neighbours slain
For the life of me
What to gain

These troubled times
Historic sores
Deep rooted pasts
Now to the fore

IRA
UDA
Many guns came out to play
Both sides fell, as they murderously slay
During the week, even Sundays

Emeralds
Green is the color of emeralds bold.
Wear one and know that soon luck's on its way.
Favorite stone of elves we are oft told.

Emerald green is the color for spring time.
Stone's long been symbol of beauty and growth.
Flowers and trees are renewed in soft clime.

Crystal's found...

Emeralds and Rubies
I do not know where you came
A bright day...
Jewels where they lay

Such things are free
Emeralds and rubies
Dreams
Blue seas

I still miss you
I am not alone
Shadows too
Whispered moan

Emeralds and stars
Rubies and log fires
If you...

The Lunar Vein and Sunken Emeralds
The cragged moon, a curdled, midnight bloom,
Where veins of frost, dissect a shadowed room.
A galaxy of mold, on lunar stone,
A whispered legend, soft and darkly known.
It weeps a brine, a sharp, celestial tear,
A pungent phantom, banishing all fear.
Then, amber relics, in a glassy tomb,
Where time's...

Emeralds
Freezing.
Cold.
Numb.
Murder.
Hammer feels remarkably crimson
Brown trees, clean, sway in the chilly breeze.
Dark emeralds dance in the distance,
Snow, white pure, gods above
Resolve, shatters, fears seep in
Twilight dominion.
The fool slams the hammer and dares to ask why?
Just an opinion...
A crack of bone
Something...

The Emerald City
The Emerald City

Tales of long ago, many a tall story told
When the people spoke so vibrantly bold
Whispers of treasures of emeralds and gold
Hidden away, lost, a kings ransom to behold

Far away, somewhere lost in a dense jungle land
Guarded by a lost, ghostly, savage warrior band
Prepared...
