Best Elixirs Poems

i g n o r a n c e~
is a rhyme without soul
an art of f a d i n g into oblivion...
like crestfallen tulips
twirling through tethered rays
in the midst of seething sighs...
and I am more than the
blazing thorn
of a phoenix rose moon,
 infused in scarlet elixirs
 of a sorcerous twilight,
weaving l o v e
         in golden glows
amidst double-flamed scales
burning my velvety h e a r t...
    pondering, would you
be the galactic gardener
that waters
   my weathered spirit
when I am but
 a mere memento~
 tangled in
         vindictive vines of vanity,
for I have a voice
        I sing in garnet grace...

if tomorrow
you feel my heartbeat
between vintage verses
of a scentless sonnet
long forgotten,     and  e r a s e d
remember,
 I am the silk and sage
     and the untamable
 silhouette
             of a balmy blossom
that refuses to breathe
 in the ossuary
         of perished petals,
               and wrinkled dreams,
ostracized by
          chauvinistic thistles
                     and unpolished ink
  pricking the soft stems
      facing cyclones of greed
c i r c l i n g
           in sheer arrogance....

tonight I trace the hyacinth heat
of unwavering zest,
         drawing sanguine
smoke of love
            with winged gossamer
tied to the redolent roots
        of unblemished skylines
while crocheting
             petrichor promises
unto the backbone of
           a nocturnal garden,
where handmade
wreaths of hope and faith
feel softer than lunar light~
 as this heart resembles
       a maternal bouquet
                         of burgundy b l i s s ...
a woman who heeds not
                     misogynistic mantras ...

“In silent seclusion, we question the haunting whispers while losing air, craving just one last second within moving minutes of healing” Quote by Poet

I'm lost between dusky dews of twilight,
tethered to the tomb of withered flowers,
trailing souvenirs within frosted hours,
as stars wane like ghosts, stealing the skylight,
splattering ink across a somber maze
in hues of dreams and periwinkle haze,
to paint crestfallen roses with reasons~
veiled behind verses of balmy seasons.

But will the wind and waves merge in stillness;
unleash elixirs to heal the broken,
and voice the hurt that remains unspoken?
Or am I to forever sail through sins~
across woeful seas of peridot pins,
like a mere outcast, silenced by sickness…

Champagne and wine
Elixirs of the elite's delight
beverages of the upper classes
as they rendezvous and converse
amid soirées decked in elegance
mingling among their
	latest art acquisitions
		envied, even by the Louvre

The wonderful taste of caviar
	In opulent ballrooms, near and far
		where aristocrats and fashion find their air

ah yet sometimes I ponder
how the toiling working class
gets through monotonous days
I imagine them after their grind
at the Cox N Bull Tavern
drinking and lapping cheap O'keefe beer
chugging down their boredom
in idle gossip
planning petty crimes

Premium Member Embodying the Light

 truth imbibed
awaits assimilation
we feel it in our bones
in time dissolved meditation~ Unseeking Seeker

When the sun sleeps and the stars rise, close your eyes,
for there, within the sailing flickers of time,
you’ll feel the electric warmth of cosmic sighs,
caressing the soul chakra with bliss sublime.

We are silken fragments of engraved moonlight,
manifesting miracles from the truth traced,
while flames of dreams reignite colors so bright,
tuned in sync with the magnetic beams embraced.

And here, in the halcyon arms of silence,
I thread faith with thoughts of love, erasing fears,
releasing dimmed sparks from rays of resilience,
as truth breathes sweet elixirs from lotus tears.

In the hushed state of roseate reveries,
I hear songs of solace from the seventh sphere,
quenching greyed petals wilting in miseries,
for I am my zen, cloaked in crystals so clear.

Let faith dissolve blurred lines carved within jinxed art,
follow the softened storms laced with forgiveness,
trust in the sage stillness of the mindful heart,
incensed with peace, veiled in redefined kindness.

O glorious glow of the Almighty’s light,
allow my spirit to bask in the restful
quietude composed in diamond-glazed delight,
embodying luminous lamps, so zestful.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tears of a Dragon
Into a cave without a door
Abandoned dragons dormant lie
Without the warmth of a prophet’s sun,
Their fire sacrificed by the sky.
Stumbling to a well that weeps
The forge of darkness not denied
Bullied by the loss of magic
To emptiness songs testify.
With dragon tears in moonbeam hues
Thick elixirs of honeyed balm
Restless waves of healing dews
Bid youthful ghosts find calm.
Dragon tears, white opaque gems
Sleep in bottomless pools of dreams
For future days – called to rise
Enchanted rainbows of dragon daydreams.
Released from the unrest of the sea
With spiraling secrets washed aside
Each tear heals a bleeding memory
Where new magic now abides.
With dragon tears in moonbeam hues
Thick elixirs of honeyed balm
Restless waves of healing dews
Bid youthful ghosts find calm.
Shuvihani Moon
Full moon nigh
Has an eerie feel
Dark clouds mystify
Pathway of the surreal.
Raindrops echo steadily
With each and every step
I continue on methodically
While shadows by me crept.
Full moon nigh
Damp fog rolling near
Heightened senses intensify
The woods become austere.
Through my hair, a gentle brush
Breeze or ghostly presence
Upon my skin, icy touch
Starlit path of luminescence.
Full moon nigh
Beckons my restless spirit
The crow loudly cries
"Fate awaits implicit!"
Ancient wisdom implore
Incantations and elixirs
The mind is an open door
For the spiritual path's fissure.
Full moon nigh
When the dreamworld is revealed
Great horned owl flies
Now is the time to heal.
Premium Member Still Running
I'm still running from the spell God cast now
Why can't I be free from all this evil?
Poison swell up my optic, medieval
Elixirs mend emotions for a stay
A night high is better than a nightmare
The truth is I'm afraid to be holy
Loneliness destroys a good time for sure
Avoiding faces and crying rivers
Death always on time, Henny on liver
I'm still running from lovers pain; we pour
Immeasurable amount of gospel
Rain down on thy soul of a king today
Please save him from his mistakes tomorrow
Fleeing darkness will have your wings on fire
I AM POETRY
light penetrated dark, sound birthed
the Word ~ p o e t r y
a superlative emitting that which changes
emerging when ripened as verse
speaking to people faraway
unlocking alphabets from minds
to glide, fast fly, jump or slowly crawl, landing
at destined places, swords or aces
I am Poetry ~ weep or whimper not for me
existentially dancing, enthralling, glancing at
blank paper to be embroidered in ink
ruby red, black or olive green
free flow I from fingers fragile, artistic or sturdy
regulate me only for joy or exploring expansion
perhaps for judicious judgement
I, P o e t r y ~ sequins of Love convoluted or rayed, in service
purifying emotive sentiments conditioned, romantic, missioned
Heart is my home where rest my letters, forms
cadences, couplets, epics
in non-bewildered  intelligence visioning dreamscapes
divine, liberated from bandages, buckles, bondages
alive is my Supersoul breath giving voice to electrons
protons, neutrons which  fleetingly capture
essenced life through observed elixirs
as Poetry, I witness action followed by pure
stillness ~ transcendental whirlpools in orbits
my limbs reach language lyrical or plain
burnished and wise
cherishing recitals in sacred spaces
I activate thoughts and visions remaining
supremely unattached  attuning words
for Grace ~
undulate imagination in perfect waves
misty, clear or intricate, intriguing, unblemished
gratifying, swivelling, sizzling in my own
fire or ice
I, Poetry, consummated
voice the W o r d
Premium Member I Am that I Am
"a heartbeat pulsating as living light
free from each and every limitation
I Am that dwelling in unbound delight
the source wherefrom arises creation”
O, ethereal emperor of my poem,
 read me... as my initials shape the cosmos ,
the energetic essence of this eucalyptus heart
and I spill stars on the perfumed pages ,
that never leave the diary
of  d i v i n i t y  and  d r e a m s  ...
there is no sacred warmth without the sun,
thus, on the lips of the sky, I sleep with hope
~ in my humble honeysuckle heaven ~
listen, karma-reapers, sipping sins from kismet
life is a yoga, my meditative muse,
and I yeild no jealousy from the yarn of jewels,
that soaks not the silence of my soul.
I have no confession, no explanation,
I am answerable to the amethyst starlight,
that sleeps in the kundalini of loyal truths
for, what remains in the silhouette of the spirit,
if not something, inked with empathetic elixirs
breathless ... ageless ... limitless ...
boundless in the bonded petals,
like the blizzard of bougainvillia butterflies ~
the one born from those blessed brushstrokes,
where, unfurled within fluent flames
by a sage-spun saint, I am a saffron soprano ,
a line of  l o v e ... laced with the last star
I am that I am, but I am no more ~
because all that lives has a pulse of light,
but   I   a m   o n e   with the source
a feeler, fond of the alchemy of Almighty ...
   and his elysian flower-fused footprints ...
Premium Member priestess of patience
like the  f l i c k e r s
      of light...
I was born later
than witchcraft;
not a voodoo bride,
with thick velvet veil
walking down
with peacock-pearl waves,
in the silhouette
of silver demise ~
like a carnation
claoked with cashmere coffin;
but a corseted flame
of bronze and blood ~
     as the moon bites
          into the blaze of my heart;
liquifying the lapis blues
and bleeding
the truths of luck,
that flow in the
elysian effervescence
wrapped in sunstruck ashes
and aurelian sonatas ...
I need not the spiced tongue
of tarot chariots ~
neither the vehemence
of fire-dragon oracles ...
because the horoscope
    of my heartbeat
shall suffice to sear those stars
starving for sultry eve's
eloquence dipped in
the dire desire to fuel their sparks ...
in this  d r e a m ...
of devotion for my deity,
neither dusk nor dawn
can delude me ~
   because the essence
of this spirit breathes me
in swarovski gold scars ,
floating and glimmering
through the jasmine elixirs
of my mind,
where I may stretch
across the soul-arcs
with swan elegance ~
rippling with wisps
of chiffon white ,
    in the mists
of honey perfume
and porcelain saudades ,
diaphanous in the streaks
of shimmering solace ...
unspoken yet felt ,
  beyond kohl rain ruffles ...
and jet jinxed breezes ...
 ~ O mundane magic ~
blemish me
with bona fide
        beams of aura,
 balming the brave
        with an astral alliance;
and let me bathe my wings
in the ache of aquamarines ...
as, the incensed heat
of your baptized waters
can rinse my cursed rose rings ~
and might make me illuminate
in azure ice calmness ,
with my feet anchored
to the feathery throne of fireflies,
   like the  p r i e s t e s s
                                    of  p a t i e n c e...
         warm with weak
 ~ g l o w i n g   w i c k ~
                      of glossy green glitters ...
In Vino Veritas, But Whiskey’s Better
In wine there is certainly such real-truth to be found,
And in whiskey there is even more of it to go around!
Wine may maketh one truly sagacious, whilst whiskey
Elevates one to a level known as “For Members Only!”
As modern-day bards seeketh true meaning in their daily
Thoughts—whiskey is man’s key to his baser instincts.
The soul doth prosper even better when fueled so truest
By the cryptic, elixir-like qualities of wine and whiskey!
And doth pray tell, I sayeth this must be so, and why not?
Well, both elixirs help to free man’s deepest inner spirit!
Wine is that exquisite medium for introspective reflection,
Whilst whiskey excites one’s self for immediate attention!
Let it be said though that wine and whiskey do complement
One another in man’s quest for real-truth in this crazy world!
Amen! Amen! Amen!
What more can one say?
Neither Half of Any Equation - -
Offerings all-inclusively controlled,
  consummating thirst's affectations
   eliciting truth's darkly responsive swallow
        of pretenses pseudo-poetic poison,
            flamboyantly feverish flavors from
  gingered confections to Puffer fish toxins,
   testing temperature's comfort zones
      artless surrender of lucidity's aesthetic
    yielded in winters' disenchantment - -
   discontented,     smugly wrapped
         in tissue paper sweater's passion,
    fumes of moonlit intoxication's sips
       mid earthy disillusionment ticking,
  ventured to inhale magical heady elixirs
       within fusions of distorted disdain,
 glass was neither half of any equation
   merely a containment for elusive sunrises
       and hourglass sand trickling down on
   timely castles built betwixt skies' hallucinations,
    sucking life downhill like an absentminded cool trip
         drunken in fury's quenched neurotic afterthought
Premium Member Bull Frog Bridge
I once heard frogs singing
a bridge between Earth's solar spiraled song
and my neuro-systemic brainstem
flowing down and out across octaved rib cage
and diapraxis hips
with skeletal smooth-structured hinges
folding in to bow toward Earth,
unfolding open to breathe in ProGenitor's
bullfrogged Yangish lusty air
Croaking through my sustained memory
of Golden Rules and Ratios
and Alchemical Elixirs,
Prime Zero-Culturing Relationships
coincidentally greeting co-gravity waves,
mutually resonant and effective economic
Ecologic Therapeutic harmonies
singing their bridge,
co-spiralling super-nuclear ellipses
living our Green Climax Commons
within this Earth,
our anthro-reforming Universe.
A Widower's Depression
The encumbrance of
life
Copious and
never-ending
A leaching
gangrenous wound
In need of
dismemberment
From his torpid soul
The medicinal
elixirs have raped
the mind
And replaced it with
a dense syrup
That makes
cognition, onerous
He cares for nothing
Feels nothing—is
nothing
A means to an end
Has him captivated
Fixated on the task
Relief is at hand
But he lacks the
strength and courage
The Stranger Man 3
THE STRANGER MAN (3)
But let life live its life and I mine.
I ease myself of all worries
And drift where I may such as liberal
As a wind and unheeding to the obstruction
Where of the fate of the wind lies.
With same velocity on toward the hurdle
And whether it shall scale through or not
It is of no concern to the wind.
In this wise, once I burdened the future.
Of what will be is the mundane-minded query
Always to guard against the future
Is as to the cloud preventing away from sight.
Thus I scrimp and stake all that I earn
As savings for futurity yet behind the cloud
Haba…again and again lost it all in a duel
With forces of circumstance ascribe not to!
Love is an elusive finch that flutters
And made me become both foolish and wise.
The elixirs of love are the very banes,
Anxiety, longing, heartbreak…name me!
So lovesick for love I lost compos mentis.
It is all a delusion I bargain with my heart
I pursue her no more, let her seek for me
If she loves and I shall test her genuineness
With life-span patience while I wander still
Till I return we shall unite yonder the horizon.
The mind alone the power of love can feel
And her essence can tell in absence of her.
Let it be so, I shall not be enamored
While she crave for my presence
My wistful heart is not for her I see
I do without her and keep the beat on
I sold her my heart even in absence
And now she is gone to have a soma.
Farewell dear to blow air to the wind.
Why tug scudding cloud and cling a shadow?
I will let go of all I love and heave the burden
Not on my shoulder but the ease of my heart.
From the piles of corporeal stocks abscond,
I tire of them because they content me not
From years searching for gold and myadestes afield…
But from within the recess of my heart I find
An amber gilded gem concealed in the depth.
I never was good mixer having to know first myself
For men someday shall walk the solitary path
While also to sing the soloist song;
Friends are strangers for they shall depart
And strangers are friends for they shall arrive.
