Best Depart Poems

Only To Depart
I brushed aside
My faraway glimpses,
The many consequences
Of trifle revelries I wasted
Grasping the snippets of night time
And all abandoned pining.
Bouquets of fondled whispers dangled
Among damp stems along Riviera beach,
Still molding flit kisses in balmy shades
That stretched on coasts of sudden farewells.

Premium Member Depart As One
If you go first I’ll stomp and shout
I’ll be absolutely furious
I’ll rage and shut out the world
That’s for sure
But one day
I know I’ll come around
And actually be thankful
Because of the two of us
You always said I was the strong one
And because I love you
I would...

Broken Memories Depart
Now, silent shadows depart;
Broke, lost, dead skies come apart;
Heaven and hell we met.
Break my faded heart,
Let memories fall apart......

Hearts Depart
Ah, my love
from month of May
I come here to say
it has been years or so
and it think it’s time to go
I guess I’ll be leaving now
and look for mine happiness somehow
because the pain inside is hard to fake
a farewell to you dearest this poem I...

What a Way To Depart
What a Way to Depart

Old and poor with frail health
below is the sum total of his wealth:
on the rusty iron bunk, a wicker mattress
on the dusty wall, the picture of an ancient actress
a worn-out blanket
a grimy winter jacket
and an antique tennis racket.

That’s not all...

Premium Member And We Depart With Nothing
We come
We roam
And we go
That’s all we know.

We come on earth
We roam, we surf
And we depart with nothing
No money, no bitcoin, and no ring.

We say good morning
We chat, laugh, and sing
And we slip away with nothing
Without siblings, land, and building.

P.S. Translation of “ Et Nous...

When Loved One's Depart
There are people in life we always hold dear
But fortune dictates they will soon disappear
Their life force defines the person we are
And when they are gone, we need to confess that
The one’s who adore us have no redress
They are our beloved’s we always hold dear
No...

Premium Member A Mother's Love
Her gentle touch, words left unspoken, a mother's love is never broken. Inside her womb, a beating heart, began and bloomed, you got your start. Witness to you, as you drew a first breath, she is ever present, not severed by death. Her influence on...

My Two Loves
You both my sweet heart,
Always loved me apart,
Really you shine like a star,
Which always reminds me the smile of art,
Whenever I am leaving for a long depart.

You both my sweet heart,
Trained me really hard, to live smart,
Now I am feeling...

When the Last Curtain Falls
Do we ever really know
What it's like letting go
How we will see our last show
When the final curtain falls
Do all our memories end up in a crystal ball
Or do we take them to heaven when God calls

I know it's not the conclusion
Or some well thought...

Always With You
Rest in peace. People gather around to pay homage. Every one gets busy! I feel the soul’s craving for solace. Probably the last few minutes, the most precious moments, when the soul can say “Good Bye!”.
I curiously asked mom, “what would you do, after you...

Memories
As I travel through the places in my mind
Your the one thing I can't seem to find
Or leave behind
So would it be possible to unwind
The love that has been so blind
So that we don't let you escape my mind
Because now is our time

We...
