Best Deep In Thought Poems
The crashing tide of this turbulent sea of emotion
As Autumn turns to Winter
And as snow falls
So does my heart fall so much deeper.
Never have i felt like this before
And never have my thoughts been so complex
Fighting the rivers that flow before me
As my guides through life,
As my guardians of Nature.
The prevailing winds of this unforgiving land
Tell their own tales
And i am defeated by their strengths
As they are by my weakness
And as we stand upon this battleground
My heart knows not of which path to take
But it still wanders forwards
Carrying Hope to find Destiny.
The power of Mother Earth does move me
And i am at her mercy if you will
For this land on which i lie upon
Holds many a secret unrevealed.
Time does not wait
As its hands move faster towards the end
And i am certain of change if not my own
And this heart is somewhat fulfilled
As it is eager to face what lies in wait.
I sauntered along
the seashore
thinking.

Down the old road a lantern turns ash-gray
bulb angled like pendulum
clinging on darkened sill.
With rainfall drowning the fragrance of trees,
my eyes grow weeds as light dims
on rake of brittle thoughts.

Deep in thought contemplating,
more like meditating on us
Everything seems perfect although its built on deciet & deception,
some type of trust
True enough I love you and I kno you care Somewhat for me;
but the cold reality which is we will never be anything more...
My heart has grasp the fact and it must endure
My mind has accepted the fact,& I am now sure
This is not a game & we shouldn't gamble.
How can we knowingly engage in such a scandalous shamble?
Although you appear to be flawless in every way, you seem to be just perfect for me
I've come to the realization, I'm an one woman intrusion,
a well wanted invasion lead to believe such assumptions
through desiring persuasion
Never-the-less Karma has a way of repeating herself
A confused mind
thoughts of unclear perfection
still a sense of truth
in words of deception
carefully moving, weary of the motion.
All around faces too many.
Close your eyes and the mist will lift
Trust will follow, just be careful not to wallow
Life worries me
Not knowing what comes next petrifies me
People astonish me
Their emotions and feelings are never accurate
Children I understand
Because in their little magic land
We all get to be the perfect man
Deep in thought I am the knight
Ruling over this glorious land
In this maze, I am amazed how rich I am
Deep in thought in this imaginary land
I get to be my own man no barriers, no class, no war
How I wish, I could of stayed in this imaginary land.
In this moment deep in thought sorting all the wrongs from rights- while holding back the tears
