Best Blue Green Poems

Premium Member Bright Geen Land

Up the rolling hills
As much green as one can see
Meeting with blue sky
As colors swirl together
Beauty expressed with its heart

The greatest green grass
Displaying color outside
On the brightest fields
A gorgeous feel about it
A love on the ground below

The hills move around
Where the sky fills, up above
A cyan blue shown
Mixed perfectly with the green
Of the wondrous grass pronounced

The greenery here
In this harmonious land
Brightens the dreary
A happy day is brought forth
From this delightful green place

Russell Sivey

The Last Acorn

 She is a deep feet
She has beaten to drown many she feeds
Her face is a black green skin
she waves her tail large the size of her teeth
Her hungry is a mystery. kill
Her fangs cold like an adder's venom sting
She is a regurgitating beast
chews her cods slowly
raises her prey up down up again and down then up
the third time and finally
swallows after some days in her deep
she vomit it prey stiff, stilled,
many forgotten souls lie beneath her. deep
The villagers chant songs and wail. deep
Like a hawk she dives prickly
On its prey at a glance sweeps
Like cyclone and steals
At the brink
of her teeth
Another villager
                              she
                                            drinks
who gone to be with the river. Last man of his clan, last fishermen of his age mate, only surviving son of late chief only to be seen again days on top of her black green skin, stilled eyes pop out white .River Ethiope is a beast She never get filled

Premium Member Blue Green Flames

Blue green flames rose from his palms
He formed them into a ball
Tossed it into outer space
In a distance it looked small

He breathed upon it's surface
Giving land and oceans form
He opened up the heavens
Creating lakes with a storm

Life sprang within the waters
Both in the lakes and the Sea
Animals walking on the land
A glimpse of eternity

Created in his image
The first human came to life
God knew he would be lonely
So for him he made a wife

Placed in a special garden
Where all of their needs are met
Still man was not satisfied
There was more for him to get

Ejected from the Garden
A flamed sword placed at the gate
Communion with their Father
Delayed till a future date

Slices of Splash

For a slice of splash
From the yellow and green sky
Through a chance window
Both you and I lie in wait
Sands of our blue time restless

Broken Mirrors of Blue and Green

"Broken Mirrors of Blue and Green"

There,
in the cracked reflection,
broken mirrors
shadow shades of
blue and green
There,
the true soul
is conjured,
twin seen
through
shadow shades of
blue and green

(LadyLabyrinth/2019)

“I am not an angel,' I asserted;
'and I will not be one till I die: I will be myself.
Mr. Rochester, you must neither expect
nor exact anything celestial of me -
for you will not get it,
any more than I shall get it of you:
which I do not at all anticipate.”
(Charlotte Brontë, Jane Eyre)

“If all the world hated you and believed you wicked,
while your own conscience approved of you
and absolved you from guilt,
you would not be without friends.”
(Charlotte Brontë, Jane Eyre)

"The soul, fortunately, has an interpreter -
often an unconscious but still a faithful
interpreter - in the eye."
(Charlotte Brontë, Jane Eyre)

“Good-night, my-"
He stopped, bit his lip, and abruptly left me.”
(Charlotte Brontë, Jane Eyre)

Premium Member Mountain Mist

A cloudy blanket sheaths the peaks,
Wrapped in blue, they look enthralling,
Emerald trees behold the sight!

Milky river of mist like creeks
flows overhead this scene sprawling,
What a magical view and bright!

Here is found peace that this heart seeks,
When the morning sun is crawling
high to spread its radiant light!

In wispy whispers, their glow speaks,
Green, white and azure's soft drawling
arouses sheer joy and delight!

A myriad thoughts stirred within,
God alone can such landscapes spin!

Premium Member A Blue-Green World

green and blue are best
for ages put to the test
berry sky, jade leaves

knee deep sage grasses
waving like sapphire oceans
and wandering wind

matter-of-fact pretty
in saffron everyday hours
when sun goes all out

blooms in emeralds
beneath life's teal canopy
minty woods, pink mist

Premium Member My Pretty Colorful Rose Bouquet

The yellow rose is filled with sunshine and joy,
she says welcome back or good luck.

The red rose tells a story of love and romance,
the best way to say I Love You on a very special day.

The white rose shows herself as innocence and pure,
spirituality she will stand tall.

The ivory rose will turn on her charm and thoughtfulness,
she will tell you she cares without being too romantic.

The purple rose shouts lasting love,
let her come out on your very special romantic occasions.

The green rose jumps out with life and abundance,
the air will be filled with energy and richness.

The blue rose holds onto a mystery,
she likes to say~dream big or add me as the blue needed
on your wedding day.

The orange rose is filled with energy and desire,
I like showing how proud I am of you
or if you need some extra motivation.

The black rose may show up at your funeral,
yet she can be positive and bring some
confidence~hope~courage.

The peach rose loves to show off her gratitude,
saying thank you.

The lavender rose tells of mystery and enchantment,
my whimsical color says love or enchantment
and you have caught my attention.

The pink rose speaks of sweetness and femininity
in her different shades,
I have grace~joy~gratitude and I am even fit for royalty.
The pink rose is my favorite,
it is "the rose inside my heart."

All those wee pot flakes
So carelessly whisked away...
Could use a joint now.

Premium Member This World of Dew

I see a green tree. It is all I want.
A dry rocky mountain and a hawk
satisfy. To die spiritually in
the hot sun and the body go on
climbing. To take the paths among
the rocks and mahogany bush.
To feed on rock lichen and blue
sky. To not need a house.

To leave my mind in the foothills.
To climb everything but blind. In
the deer shade of the cool aspens.
Forgotten by the work force and the shrew.
Bored as a badger disturbed at
its stream. Free singing as the stream
cutting the gorge. Cool as a hummingbird
in its wet spray. Caterpillar fur.

I stay in the mountains unknown.
The roof soot of the city calls me back.
The museum women shaking their bodies
at the stuffed tigers. The meditating
curators and entrepreneurs. Burro.

Old Basho, early Spring, took fond leave of his friends,
closed his small house at edge of village,
and with one peasant companion climbed the long narrow road to
      the North.

Blessed morning!
the day I left life behind
but not this world of dew.

Premium Member Color Me You

colors rule this day
an abundance of blues
rule my beating carmine
under the heat of gold

walking along beige grains
i hold your fallow
you are true sapphire
we sit on jade
discuss my ex white

an ivory sun spray
a chartreuse periwinkle magenta saffron shaded arc

bite viridian rind
surrounded amaranth
juices magnolia and blush flow

you lay a magenta on me
wave a tea rose goodbye

i stay
watch an eggplant sunset

stroll home
in a lamp lit super black night

reflect on my colored day
thank the colorless heavens
my friend who held me up

i make it through
another cobalt day

The True Me

Red hearts of love,
Orange tiger lilies,
Yellow sun above,
Green outer cities,
Blue sky with clouds,
Purple fruit abounds.
These rainbow bands,
Bring color to my land.
What can I say?
I guess that I'm gay...

Blue Mountain

Climb high on Blue Mountain,
hug the dark rain clouds;
they too will burst into tears
that water concrete jungles
and wash traces of ***** blood
from asphalt

Climb high on Blue Mountain
and bawl your green eyes red
Your womb is ancient, futile,
never to shed another,
another to choose this calamity

Climb high on Blue Mountain,
close to the heavens
but far away from creator
Where he is there’s jubilation
Cry tears red like Pharaoh’s plague,
and when you alight
retreat down your crooked way

What is it that jungle wished for, pounds of flesh?
Climb high on Blue Mountain
and look out
You cried your green eyes shut
but there are no changes;
you were void of vision
and concrete must be fed
with blood and tears
Climb high on Blue Mountain
and look at your creation
