Translation

The Scottish General
Nicholas McJockstrap
Was undefeated for a decade
Due to his nickerless trap

But on this particular day…

They stood on the highlands
With their kilts flying high
As their bagpipes played
“This will give you a sty in your eye”

Their enemy, taken aback
By the sight they saw
Then advanced with a scream
Saying “Show us some more”

The Scottish secret weapon
Did not work
It just created a frenzy
Drove the enemy berserk

The enemy sailors
Learned to adapt their sexual palates
As they stripped off their clothes
To reveal frocks from a swan lake ballet

They followed their Captain
Big Bad Ben
Screaming “Kill all the women”
“And rape all the men.”

Premium Member No Regrets On Hills of Destiny

Exploring lovesome impulses of quixotic themes
Promises we exchanged of allures romantic
Enticing maiden passions in realm of fantasies
Strumming heart rhythms’ emboldened music
Embellishing sweet lyrics of enchanted instincts,
Pursuing fervid dreams, longing forever bliss;

But only till you extolled of marriage and family
Seeking permanence from immature feelings
Lacking self-confidence, afraid of uncertainty,
Phobic of commitment, fearful of inabilities;
Youthful, unwitting, timidly choosing to flee,
Abandoning blossoms of life’s budding prairies.

I never wonder what our lives could have been
For you still enchant my unfulfilled memories
Smiling back happily, beaming with your family,
Much alike you envisioned life for you and me
If only I had dared to welcome zealous calling,
Sailing to placid paradise, you once imagined.

But regrets do not dwell on hills of our destinies
For separately we found our voices of harmony
As we stay in touch and revere our blessings
Wishing for each other life’s blooming springs,
Spreading goodwill, lauding wisdom of aging,
Leaving behind fantasies of untrodden themes.

Benn Gunn

Benn Gunn

Precious alone here I dwell, gently rusting in solitude.
All withered, all quivered,
to love you, if ... I had half a chance.

Mine island twould be, could be but paradise.
Hey I say! Nay I say! Its ‘em dead pirates,
who in mine infernal dreams, search , seek me.

So, Ben Gunn half a man, became a prophet.
 With rag tag beard,
talks to himself does he? Does me?
Fer tis good and mad I be.

Many many years to sit and stare,
 stare far out to sea.
 Seeking the love of God.
Fancy I to spy, a sail or snail.

Silver, I hated ‘im, but wish with all mine heart
a pirate’s heart, all torn black and blue,
the buccaneer was here too.
Oh! T’would be mine friend, like you.

Now tis windy in ‘em hollows
a devil dwells there, wickedness itself.
I’m a feared till morn, fer in mine crusty, rusty dreams,
a one legged man is born.

When ya mad, ya humble, and wear a pirate’s hat.
 When ya sad, you’ll stumble,
watched by the eyes of a large red cat.

Precious alone here I dwell, gently rusting in solitude.
 All withered, all quivered.
to love you, if ... I had half a chance.

Reflect

how will it all happen and how will it end
reflect before you act
well it all just depends
of the consequence of the impact

have you hit rock bottom
tryin to win the race
forgot where you came from
every thing you thought got misplaced

need to sit down and listen
respect isn't given or for free
taking time to pay attention
it comes taxed with loyalty

when you don't know where your going
never forger where you been
everyone has something to say about what im doing
and see I benn doin this since back when

IF YOU PULL A LONG BREXITING FACE : XLIV – 44

IF you pull a long-twisted Brexiting face
Pulled three more years by Santa Theresa May
« Eyes » to the Right and « Nose » to the Left gaze
Is the fate of phase after Letwin amendment delay

If you pull a long-pained Brexit-fixit-now face
Deal or No-Deal come yet what the Devil may
Scoff at Benn Act to be torn apart in court case
Set then precedence in Case Law if PM won’t obey

If you still keep pulling that long Back-Stop face
Stick foot in the slamming EURO door to stay
Le Vieux Continent put-off by antique grimace
Would Mary Queen of Scots excise Henry VIII’s UK

If you then pull the long borderless Irish face
Migrant mice will grow fat on illicit trade mellée
Till the microbiote in the innerns all borders efface
And the Brexit Isles will split asunder in dismay

Then if you pull the long put-together fallen face
Towed across the Atlantic moored as the 51st to allay
The fears of Norman Conquests taking over the States
Guess who foists upon the World the Union Jack – Hurray !

Little Minds At Christmas

Little Minds at Christmas

Cwissmuss is a comin,
My guitar yep! I'll be a stwummmin,
cause ma mama she done left me here,
And Papa, well he ist dwinks lots and lots of beer.

Papa says, "She won't be back."
As he packs neatly her old back pack,
She told him yesterday I ist might not understand,
cause she's leavin and was arun'n off wifff anudder man.

I tiries a lot to thiks of a funner time,
I'm not a bad kid ya know, I don't fall ta crime,
Well, Papa cried so many nights cause Mama lied,
Oh, mabeee soon my anxiebbbidies will soon subside.

So if'n yur a little feller like me,
Then maybeeee you too can see,
That life ain't always funnnnnier every day,
But well, ma papa says he's here for me to stay...

Well, Santa just can't make it ta my house this year,
Papa says he's oh so sick and has a bad cold, he does fear,
So if'n there's any other kids that thinks there's no Santa when he don't show.
Well if'n you see that Jolly old fellow do say hello, He's benn so sick, too full of woe.

Bailey"s Poem

Your hair is as gold as the Texas sunrise,
and the prettiest blue skies have nothing on your blue eyes.
Yes i am talking about daddies little girl
you mean the world to me, you are my whole world.

Ever since you were born there has benn a special bond,
you hold my heart in your palm.
Now you are getting big and i am trying to stay calm
because you are and forever will be my baby girl

Napalm Salmon Dinner

Salmon Dinner

nothing can be separate us
a child from a mother
a brilliant plan and a truck

go steal his bank card
riding home dad doesn't know
that I am wanted
neither do I

sneaking in the back door
salmon dinner and rice await
while I wait for a chance

I allready know the secret

slipping a card out of his pocket
as dinner awaits me
tempting but not as much
as fate

riding to mom's truck
eagerly awaiting me
letst go! she says
abandoning my bike as if this adventer is hers not min
the salmon dinner growing cold
as we stole out into the night

ON A WINDY DAY

one windy day in the east
mom told me that horses were dargs

chewing tobacco with glass
under my lips with the boys

riding a 4 wheelers to the
trampoline with other kids

i've escaped for now

watch this horse
she says to me
in a western night

wind blew blue leaves
over the face of the horse
that was holding onto me

are you ok? I was asked
glad not to be trampled
as I understood standing under

a scared majestic mammal

NAPALM

I don't know where i am
on top of a hill in a cabin
a runaway

i have new skills
learned from the anarchists
cook book that is

lets make napalm!
I say to my new friend
its an easy recipie
for companionship

three parts gas to each block of styrofoam util it feels like jelly
I;d never benn to vietnam, cambodia
not yet seen the brned bodies before I set this napalm on fire

OH SHTT!!

leaves fall as napalm burns
flashing at our 12 year old faces
sweeping up leaves with thick smoke I hope
to end this fire before death
i don't know if we ever finished burning all
the napalm we made
