Napalm Salmon Dinner
Salmon Dinner
nothing can be separate us
a child from a mother
a brilliant plan and a truck
go steal his bank card
riding home dad doesn't know
that I am wanted
neither do I
sneaking in the back door
salmon dinner and rice await
while I wait for a chance
I allready know the secret
slipping a card out of his pocket
as dinner awaits me
tempting but not as much
as fate
riding to mom's truck
eagerly awaiting me
letst go! she says
abandoning my bike as if this adventer is hers not min
the salmon dinner growing cold
as we stole out into the night
ON A WINDY DAY
one windy day in the east
mom told me that horses were dargs
chewing tobacco with glass
under my lips with the boys
riding a 4 wheelers to the
trampoline with other kids
i've escaped for now
watch this horse
she says to me
in a western night
wind blew blue leaves
over the face of the horse
that was holding onto me
are you ok? I was asked
glad not to be trampled
as I understood standing under
a scared majestic mammal
NAPALM
I don't know where i am
on top of a hill in a cabin
a runaway
i have new skills
learned from the anarchists
cook book that is
lets make napalm!
I say to my new friend
its an easy recipie
for companionship
three parts gas to each block of styrofoam util it feels like jelly
I;d never benn to vietnam, cambodia
not yet seen the brned bodies before I set this napalm on fire
OH SHTT!!
leaves fall as napalm burns
flashing at our 12 year old faces
sweeping up leaves with thick smoke I hope
to end this fire before death
i don't know if we ever finished burning all
the napalm we made
