Bait and Switch

No tugs at his line; it just goes limp
Mighty fisherman feels like a wimp
Looking back at his bait box
     Wasn’t prepared for the shock
A gull flew off with one of his shrimp

I was talking to an elderly gent who was fishing from shore in Ormond Beach and this
actually happened as he was giving me "fishing instructions." We had a good laugh watching
the seagull steal the bait!

Bait and Switch

The devil done put a new face
on an old sales technique
It's brash, it's bold
It's tricky sweet
But it tastes sour, this maggot treat
He swapped the fresh for the spoiled meat
Had to bait the trap good,
hide the kill switch under the hood
Alternative facts is the new money wood
This new source of energy lies
beneath methane colored skies
Smells kinda putrefied,
smells like somebody died
Fracked up those new found lies
Alternative facts is the new dung
polluting the skies
But you still gotta sell it to the people
as sweet-smelling pecan pies
You gotta know how to
bait the trap good,
hide the kill switch under the hood
Alternative facts is the new money wood
Turning truth into lies
requires filthy lucre ... this has always been understood
Bait and switch,
don't give 'em what they agreed to get
Spoiler alert: this truth-teller is gonna snitch
Those alternative facts being piped into your homes
is gonna make somebody filthy rich
Bait and switch,
don't give 'em what they agreed to get
Give 'em the old landfill reservation trick;
so when you enter your latrine, you better watch where you sit
Check the fine print on the sales agreement,
you'll find you bought yourself a pile of excrement

Historical footnote: The Australian government removed Aborigines, the first natives, from their ancestral lands that was rich w/natural resources such as gold, silver and oil. They placed them in Central Australia on barren ground reservations atop toxic landfills. The American government did similar treatment to Native Americans.

parasites cause mental illness

the tarot is a story of the pharoas birthday
4 royal families in hiding to win a war as a gift.
satan was the pharoas name
jesus was sarge
mary the nurse
jesus was hired to carry out satans itinerary to abolish slavery
the death on the cross metaphor is a crime of the century to abolish torture
in the above mentioned way.

the royal curse
a ring of parasites
to get rid of the next...mice eating caterpillars in your body.

the davinci code reveals the bait and switch gimme drawing of the line known as halloween
the killing of kindness at christmas as to why the song and dance
the resolutions for change at new years, is the drawing of the line
realise your allie during valentines
buy your way across the line at st patricks day,
easter is a reminder to change the bait and switch of the name game of changing locations

the last crime of the century is a court game called the name game
why what is named after who where and why
kindergarden cop

our crime of the century is to mastermine mankinds good intentions and result in world peace
when the transaction of every dollar on earth revolves around peace not war, we succeed

global homework to act out the global survival of all worst case scenarios from every angle where the world achieves peace
then do them again
this ends up as a pancake breakfast where we talk ourselves out of a missile crisis

win war like they did in the old days
mark your enemy for death by making them stand out
rush them in groups of ppl and drive their noses into their brain

ding dong ditch is effective
random hey.

when was the last time you heard the mental health system cured someone of a parasite, like ring worms?
are they just waiting for the military to come home and convince them to take medicine
and use those buildings to hold prisoners of war?
practice makes perfect.

La Isla Sets me Free

Amor, you allude like a cloud
To something great
Your name, a promise of Jerusalem
Your exclusive mouth, like water
on my dry lips and deeply vacant chest…

I’ve never touched a cloud
Nor known the inevitable fog
Of falling into you
But now that I know…

You’re not even Tel Aviv to me
Nor San Juan, nor Bayamon
You’re a makeshift castle
A colonizer
Pressing your smooth arms
Tight around my shrugging native heart

At the chance
I offered my hair, my amber perfume
I made my eyes a place to bathe
Your obviously filthy feet
Offhandedly, you spoke of the sea
But all I see- is violence in your city
You spoke of passion as though
It’s synonymous with love
But I see fatherless children
You’re not that man who saves
But the tide which takes me away…

A convincing title
A bait and switch
A hook for virgin lips
And now I’m a bud among weeds
That are due to be cut down

You are among me
Take your shot now
Since I know you shoot me down
Leave me alone, cabron-
You always leave me wanting
And I’m not fighting anymore
I’m dancing on the shore, Puerto Rico
This is my story, here
And la isla sets me free

how to win a war and end world hunger

you have your enemy surrounded.
realise your allie
place a pile of rocks on the door steps of three people who have caused you harm
put a candle in your window for three days
encourage three people you trust with your life to do the same thing

wear red for 9 days straight after
realise your allie, you have your enemy surrounded

indoor fish farming wil end world hunger

the bait and switch here is a catalyst one must eventually change

Sell You Lure

He always knew
when he got that return call from you:
the deal was done,
the negotiation was won
Sometimes winning meant a compromise
But the reason he was considered one of the best;
he never used the bait-and-switch,
he never had to sell you lies

He was a gold star salesman,
he was top notch
He was an extraordinary pitch man,
big deals he never botched

He had a velvety voice,
he was real charismatic
He was king of the cellular,
he could cut through the static

When you stepped into his office,
you knew you were in the presence of royalty
Luxurious furniture made you feel comfy,
walls adorned with awards and plaques
Kings and queens of jazz playing,
allowed you to completely chill and relax

But it was when his cell started ringing,
you got to watch a master work his craft
Seeing deal after deal
after deal getting sealed,
you knew right then that the legend was real

He was a gold star salesman,
he was top notch
He was an extraordinary pitch man,
big deals he never botched

He had a velvety voice,
he was real charismatic
He was king of the sell you lure,
he always cut through the static

A tribute to my beloved brother Lee

Irony

nine worlds in my head
how do they manage to survive
the power of obsession
bringing together the impulsive
an obsession of mine

Leading like minds to their destination
blind leading the blind
tight circles of familiar patterns
they weave
sewing the spiritual seeds
that grow to be refined

just like me
precious substitute for confusion
something about the irony
of level one of how we all belong
sparkle and shine
for the bait and switch
of a village too close to sewage
when the winds twist
reality kicks in

we all have something in common in this scene
the six differences soulbound
the irony of the mutiny of the danced around manipulated
not my fault, im obsessive compulsive
walking with crutches poisoning my mind
delusional of the set up
your just like me
in a room full of excited hushed children not meant to tell secrets
consequences of the children forever
and the ones realising previous thinking
of blindly leading
the obsession of patterns and circles
Ironic
Ironic
Ironic
the bells protected for awards of measuring a man
the bells ring and our prayers
answered
on this soulbound train that rings
when he gets it right

good boy

Variation on a Door's Theme Untitled

I forge the night
forget the day
Ask your heart
If I love ok

A dead format,
do we subscribe
It's just a game of
seek and hide

No free love
thy bounty is gone
in terms of time
all is deep undone

I hide knee-deep
in a tiny shell,
A moment's talk
will tell the tale

Your bait and switch says "Oo"!
while you steal away
as I take a number and wait
suffocating in your wretched Hell.

I liquid languish in a loveless pause
re-missed of feelings so un-involved
Keep the faith-a love alive?
ever dodging unconsciousness

Never being, unrevealing,
so sick saturnine,
with dead unyeilding
so damn unappealing.

I tell you now, I'm aloneeee;
I tell you ever, I'm all a none.

All there is , there is to be; all there was, was not to me
watch my love go fade to black, to a nowhere place with no way back.

Bourbon Street and Candy Canes

Bourbon street and candy canes two unicorns in disguise,
Nickels for an easy dime,
And a quarter for a rhyme.

Shooting stars and colored moons aces to the heart,
A world through rose tinted glasses,
And dreams left standing gone from the masses.

Take the day out of night and the night out of day,
A different drummer a different song,
And the one-armed bandit takes what's wrong.

A cloak and dagger game of men and mice,
Every bait and switch of hand,
And the piper leads to the promised land.

Waging war on the Beast

You can't entice this mind of ice
leg locking , vice device stalking
full aware of the ware's your hocking
digging for gold with hook and chisel
i'll put the fizzle in your sizzle
flame you out without a doubt
i'll show you what i'm all about

Think your clever unaware of never
ain't happenin' bytch this losing endeavor
i'll pimp your pimp and then your mother
and then that pimp if he's your other
you read the wrong book now you got took
your chapter and verse will be your hearse

Slow road to lonely , just another trick cloning
the same 'ole shyt and still a phoney
money hugging , cheese grubbing
rat in disquise and o-h I dispise
the way you smile and make your play
believin' your charms will make me stay

Your just the Beast with many mask's
real strength is what you lack
you wait until I turn my back
and then attempt your lame attack

Look me in the eye you Beastly bytch
then we'll play your bait and switch
you outplayed yourself with this game your playing
now you're stuck and you'll be payin'................

catcher in the rye

the shadow doesn't entirely make sense
watching you change from mr superstar to a fly
the bait and switch of oldest tricks
four winds to ride on
heartbroken i will try
to catch you in the rye

Building blocks to talk about
intuition of sickness
the obsession with dirt
becoming the one disguised

take you inside
we eventually might have to see eye to eye
the cold heart of mankinds good intentions

fisher twins
exposing your syndicate
in the gutter

should i stay
and leave you blind
should i go
nevermind

ressurrected lie of what you did
brick by brick
slander the poet

Bait and Switch...

What a world,I find myself,
stagnant pools in wait engulfs
.....a vortex of negativity
the positive having to face such enmity...

Feeling the need to escape strangulation
surrounded by those whom enforce diminution
evil conspirators against loving transition
....only looking to exchange positions...

Bait and switch of a different kind,
as evil pursuance destroys the mind...

The under rug swept prophecy

He will be taken
to a corner of the world
forced to live without
charged with false accusations
enprisoned and doomed
a fate worse than death

no one knows where this jail is
or who he is
or when his final day may be

the sins of the world laid to rest upon saving this one life
blamed for the roots of all evils
from spilling seeds to crookery

detailed
yet location and time a mystery
codes and signs developed
for who knows what

loving the sin and not the sinner
the devil owes thee
and may try to prove his cunning and sly
get out of his end of the bargain

the wool pulled off the wolf
the tag passed
back to the conference
hidden agendas and full blown sabotoge witnessed

the devils fate here misread
blackmailed with
paid to smile in his presence
two sides, bait and switch
thousands accepting bribes
left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

lady luck runs out
to give the key to father time

Beauty in Loves Pain

I have found love isn't for me
For all of the beauty it has
The pain from it just as beautiful
A beauty that kept me in awe

Weaves its wicked spell around you
Not allowing you to escape
Until now I see it for what it is
A simple bait and switch scam

Steals your heart and mind
Only to have it tossed back in your face
Pain then reaches in your chest
Ripping your heart out in one swift move

Loves beauty holds you in its trance
While the pain is ten fold
When your love fails to return
Trance is broken as your heart shatters

Love, Pain, Beauty,Shattered
Sums up the cycle of love for me
So the cycle I must break
Before a bitterness does overtake
