...................... APPETITES
A gentleman knows
will it be salty or sweet

Systemic symmetries of destruction,
gorging with thoughtless consumption…
Within the bowls of corruption,
enslaved by the sanguinary skins of seduction…
Butterflies bloom to demonic deeds,
of the feeding frenzy that surely bleeds…
Voices that spread their saintly seeds,
only entrapped within wrangled weeds.
Fake media the soup of the day,
cabalistic constructing illusions they portray…
While the appetites of the abysm display,
as the deceptive delusions foreplay…
Habitual hunger that they manifest,
of the manic misconceptions we ingest…
For we suckle on the beastly breast,
as they occupy the obedient oppressed.

Suffering from his excessive beastly appetites in life,
a man in desperation turned towards them and asked:
" Why, you insatiable appetites, don't ease your
excruciating demands for a moment so my soul,
at last, peace to find?"
Surprised by the question, his beastly appetites angrily replied:
" Why are you complaining, silly man, when you know very well
that it was you who nurtured us into maturity by satisfying our
every single demand?"

In our earthly appetites our love is now one
To hear your heartbeat next to mine always
Oh yes—a sweet beautiful rose of paradise
You came to me by the river my bonnie lass
While branches of birds whistled tunes of love
Drifting on a summer breeze warmly whispering
Moaning as gentle thoughts murmur your name
Carried on a majestic breath of warm luscious air
With echoing babbles from a most precious maiden
Memories with one dream holding a forget-me-not
Unveiling so fair your impression left on my heart
Dancing on every pulse beat sweetly sings a siren
I watch the sun as it fades into the deep blue sea
We both sail upon one warm beauty breeze of sighs
While behind these eyes the truth forever is dawning
One flower nods in a rainbow array far beyond compare
While you who drink from love’s very chalice so true
A magical and enchanting blessing holding no disguise
You’re the breath of my life and existence my love

Abide in peace just where you are,
Seize joy with ease and live a star,
Weave piece by piece and fling fate far.
There are bold ways to weave sure glow,
Do as you say as act floods show,
Take then each day as courage grows.
Instruct your mind to seek true cheer,
Align heart's find to live sincere,
Symbols and signs decipher here.
Live with fond joy that travels well,
Let love employ just where you dwell,
No need for ploys to cast fine spells.
The pathway route is just a feel,
No need to shout or seek appeal,
Day in, day out, attest goodwill.
There is a space, a time to pitch,
Live well your trace from each to each,
You find your place in poignant reach.
To each a way to follow tides,
To live fond say and appetite,
To laugh and play as love abides.
So live with cheer despite the pain,
Live laughter dear in loss or gain,
Soul sees things clear in sun and rain.

For the last time I think I've escaped
Your gratutituous number munching
But then as quick as a high-def blink
I'm back in the barn with the cannibals
Flesh mongering mammals
With digits tied to mandibles
Trodding through robotic arenas
Without a finite-sniffing clue
Battery unplugged, feet pressed to rugs
They land proud on towels
Wondering about next meals
What deal could peel back some onion flesh?
Salamanders finance the change
Or simply rearrange the same
Tug boating at a new horizon
Still consuming ghosts and roaches till the end of time

APPETITES IN EATING OR SLEEPING
My rabbit at home is called Bubble
Her appetites cause her some trouble
At night with her buck
She loves a good . . . . . . . duck
In one month her food bill can double

Well, 'e sidled up the sofa, and he snuggled up right close…
I said, “Now, watch it, Charlie, you’ll get ***-ash on me toast!”
'E said, “D’you think…?” I said, “Not much…” 'e said, “No, well, I mean…”
I said, “You what…?” 'E said, “You know…” I said, “Now, keep it clean!”
Well, he snuck his arm around me, an' I thought, “WOW! This is IT!”…
Then he suddenly pinched me cherry, an' he gave it a dribbly lick!
I yelled, “Gerroff…!” 'E said, “Come on, I 'aven’t 'ad it yet…”
I said, “You do, I’ll chuck yer out!” 'E leered, “D’yer wanna bet?”
WELL…
I snatched it out of his fingers, an' I put it back in place.
'E sighed, “Ahh, don’t it look lovely…” OOH! I could’ve slapped 'is face!
'E said, “that the time? I’ll 'ave ter go…” I said, “What’s up with you?”
He said, “Yer know…” I said, “I don’t!” … Then 'e went, - and IT went, too!
WELL!!!!
I thought he wanted my body, and a night of illicit fun…
But all he was really after was… The cherry off my BUN!!!!
This is in the style of the old-time comedian's monologue.
I particularly thought of Les Dawson, but we all remember a favourite.
In Northern English dialect, all small cakes are called buns ...

Sharpened fear settles upon me
in pools of dripping pleasure.
I toy with affections haunting,
inner flavors of temptation.
Solitude confinement concurs
my inability to resist it’s taunting.
As my thirst gathers tortured time,
restless winds glaze my atmosphere.
Whistling sensations chill tingles
within my bloody souls chambers.
Calling out passions screams of honor,
groping every blade of bitterness.
With a sweet savory desire
of appetites weakness,
I can stomach of your love.
