Oh yeah, promoters of war...
How long will this mass massacre endure!?
How many more do you want to make
homeless, starving and struggling to survive
You can't feed the poor or help the needy,
But you always buy weapons for destruction
Have anything, country, city, place etc. flourish amidst war??
Oh yeah suicide bombers
How far have you been programmed
To act without thinking or reasoning
How many more massacre
Do you wanna commit
I'm not saying I'm perfect
But we all know what is right from wrong
Does it amuse or benefit you whenever you kill?
Oh yeah weapons manufacturers
How long will you keep manufacturing
Weapons for selfish desires ?
When we can end war
By making this world a better place
Like Michael Jackson
There's a place in your heart, I know it's love.
There's no hurt or sorrow in love not lust
We're the ones to make this world a better place
END THE GENOCIDE IN GAZA!!!

There's a melody in my heart
A song I'll love to sing
Singing just like Michael Jackson
A song so soothing and rejuvenating
Keep you relax and amuse same time.
I've been wondering
What happy the heart
So unfortunately, it's in the little things
More you get, more you want
You can't own it or know it all
Just be grateful for what you have
It gives you melody in your heart.
Expectations ruins the heart
Don't settle for less but the best.
Don't give your power away,
To things or people.
Happiness is powerful,
It gives inspiration to think positively.

They dwell in a far off dry wood,
Browse but on hardy grass no good,
Drink left o’er water in restraint,
Even then, poor deer do get slain.
Who can amuse men of mean mood?
______________________
Translation |19.10.2024|men, deer, please
Poet’s note: Sanskrit has thousands of verses of wisdom called Subhashhitam. Here it says: ever scared of men, deer dwell far off in the forest, browse on hardy grass, and drink water left over for them. Even then they are hunted down by men. Who can please, placate these ruthless men? The transliteration of the Sanskrit verse follows:
Vasanti aranyeshu, charanti doorvaah,
pibanti toyaan a-parigrahaani |
Tathaa api vadhyaa harinaa naraanaam,
kah lokam aaraadhayitum samarthah ||

AMUSE TO LOSE
If you see a fat man jiggle
It’s probably a sight that can be amusing
Don’t giggle
When at the gym
Wet skin isn’t his choosing
Get slim
I’ll bet
He’ll be losing
Sweat
If you see a fat man jiggle
Wet skin isn’t his choosing
Sweat

we may have the blues
should stop then we will amuse
choose the proper shoes
read news page by page
when my bright mind may engage
could see cat in cage
constant covenant
good looks appeared prevalent
where ever she went
there had been much trash
we could see in Calabash
things may cost much and cash
saw pretty Persian
scattered in a dispersion
while on an excursion
had been escorted
became badly distorted
will be deported

Snooze you lose

Fairly good writing there, Mr. Rose:
In your words on the main post;
Your prose, being the host.
As I read them down, without a doubt;
I came to the comment area,
To give this shout.
Now, it's come down to this;
The comment I'm leaving you,
Does it exist!?
That both you and I will today:
Go down in our history;
Putting on a display.
You're the muse, you;
Write your prose down.
The main posting page:
A poem;
Your poetic's, I the Crown!
I, being candidly clever,
Thought up this comment play?
It is the muse in me to say,
In its humorous poetic display.

Nibble
a few
words.
Play with the
sounds
as you taste
them.
An entrée can be
heavy
but not so
a meaningless
poem
its just amusing and
light.
It gives you
space
with no
wordy
waste.
Nibble, don’t dribble
or the letters
will
glug all the way down
the
page.

Amuse the muse
Watch rhymes now fuse
Word brief mood craze
Dance in this maze
Amuse and feel
A touch that heals
Word in crisp slots
Can tell a lot
Amuse the squeeze
In cool stray breeze
Truth shows true poise
As touch seeds voice
Amuse and see
The cause of spree
Verse in prompt surge
Now captures urge

Proud pirate flag, peacock, pumpernickel pie,
Perfumed prairie pinwheels, paper two-ply.
Happy hanging homebody having healthy hi.
Heaving hitting heartfelt Harry hopping high.
Ballooning blissful blossoms beaconing blue Babe,
Luxurious lumberjack licking lemonade.
Merry mashing marshmallows mysteriously made.
Fine frolicking French frankfurters fearful and afraid.
It is fun to throw some alliteration into a poem like this.
My brain is laughing at the silliness, it’s like a gentle kiss.
So when you think I have no more ideas, I am simply out.
Make a list of P words, or K words, and give a little shout.
Your ready muse will be happy that you are writing anything down.
It might not make any sense at first, but it will stop a little frown.
The thing is to keep the pen moving or the fingers across the keys.
Your muse so excited, when you make cute little poems like these.

String your thoughts
As grip plots
A sweet spot
Brave touch cheers
Deep and dear
Now right here
The muse comes
As words sum
Feel that arms
Come to know
A crisp flow
That writes show
In stray tact
A new act
Paints brisk fact
Cause flames clear
Touch draws near
A deep spear
In odd rhymes
Mood speeds chimes
To mime time
Scripts seed change
Not as strange
As swift change
Feel the mood
As poise foods
Brand new good
Feel due gain
As voice strains
To breathe plain

I sit still
Wait on thrill
That I feel
Odd wait here
Not on fear
But thoughts clear
Cheer works best
To seize zest
On this quest
Gain new wit
In brisk fit
Where I sit
By and by
A deep sigh
On a high
Lease of play
As tease strays
On odd way
Mind meets heart
In odd parts
That shape art
Now in time
Space bolts chimes
As blame mimes
In the end
Odds blaze trends
Round mad bends

If you entered my contest called "Amuse Me With Your Rhyme, (A Man From Asia) contest, then know, I CANNOT judge it because it is on my old account and I don't have access to the contest.
Comment below with the name of your entry and I will judge them all this way.
And I know on Soup hosts are not suppose to know the name of the poets that entered, but lets face it, we all know what a crock that is....

Word wit
Bit brews bit
Frame fine fit
Tat treats tit
Glimpse good
Mind meek mood
Feast fond food
Bleed brave brood
Sense sight
Lift loud light
Flame full flight
Boost blue bright
Proud price
Next nude nice
Spread sure spice
Praise prompt prize
Grand glow
Swift squeeze shows
Freeze fright flows
Kind keep knows
Fun fuse
Amuse a muse
Dance drools deuce
Note nice news
