all my work flaws written as statements locked in dust covered cabinets
The above organisation...Has a human story, one of way too many, hence they seek not
For glory.' Yet to overturn some statutory i'lls, kill laws that label; and denigrate living
Such gives me pause..And throws a chill'
Also a distorted lighting, of life stages eniugh to fill, me with the will.' To add my voice to Cindy, Taylor Jenkins mother who was robbed of her daughter by dry banal indifferent
legalitys, that by now; too many personalitys have smothered.' You might wish to join us from wherever is your
world.? Help raise a wave to sink deaths
Legal vessel that serves no good, may your
Voices loudly be heard.'
I did not lose myself.
I stopped giving myself away.
I did not step back
to disappear
or to abandon you.
I stepped back
to return to the fire
I kept dimming
so you could stay comfortable.
I learned the quiet cost
of making myself smaller—
how easily warmth
becomes ash
when it is always offered away.
This distance
is not rejection.
It is breath.
It is oxygen.
It is flame remembering
how to burn.
And I will not dim again.
None of that was love.
Not the control.
Not the silence.
Not the way you shrank to survive.
None of that was your responsibility.
You were not the fixer.
Not the shield.
Not the explanation for someone else’s damage.
And none of that—
not one bruise on your spirit—
was your fault.
You’re unlearning that now.
Slowly.
Like pulling splinters from memory.
Like teaching your body
that raised voices
are not weather you have to endure.
You are naming the harm.
You are naming the pain.
And the naming
is a kind of rebellion.
You are stepping into a different kind of truth—
one where your mental health matters.
Where your boundaries matter.
Where your safety
is not negotiable.
This is not selfish.
This is survival
turning into self-respect.
This is you
choosing yourself
without apology.

We know your game
And we are not going to become slaves to it
We've seen you spin your lies like a spiders Web
Your crimes of deceit will come back to smite you
The heavens will rain down on you
There is no escape from eternity
Hear these words said
Let them infest your head
Your silence will betray you
Days will turn to nights
Insomnia will plague you
Like darkness it will consume you
The weight of your actions will crush you
The pain you've inflicted on black people
Will come back to haunt you
Forever waiting in the shadows to spook you
You will know no peace in life and death
This is a promise
A warning
And a threat
What you've done to my people
Is inexcusable
Roots tangled in the soil,
Truth withers in shadowed light,
Answerability falls.

Do you ever hold yourself accountable,
or only measure the aftermath, never the cause?
Do you notice when my love fades,
yet stay blind to the weight of my unhappiness?
Do you see my worth in the dreams I build,
or only in the distance I keep?
Do you recognise the effort in the little things,
or do they slip past, unnoticed?
Do you want me, yet believe I am replaceable?
Do you seek faith, yet twist it into doubt?
Do you feel blindsided by my rage,
or did you never see the slow burn before the fire?
Do you aim to try harder,
or is mediocrity enough for you to call it living?
Self-reflection is only half of the work. The full work is owning up and taking action. Don't abuse the power of grace you give yourself.
Created to be different to bring about a generational change
Trauma invoked to keep most from creative conscious range
Learning being different can bring in a great feeling
It's imperative for the need to work on inner healing
That inner child help develop creative healthy happy adults
Taking chances to heal, help the experience for those results
Don't stay in the cycle of programmed victimization mode of pain
Get help to find tools and resources to turn your pain into a gain
Take accountability for your role you played while blaming/pointing a finger
Easy to blame another, sometimes they had no part of the sadness or anger
The masks worn and swopped due to your unhealed trauma
Hides a grudge that blames friends, lovers, daddy and momma
Forgive them, they experienced and lived through trauma too
Reflected their own stories, hiding with pain too shame to tell you
Each generation has suffered through the abuse and trauma program
Become your generations' survivor with the future blueprint or diagram.
Being responsible for your actions and your decisions and following through on the outcome
The Lies you tell me and then tell yourself
the way you act as a victim in your own web of hell
and if I call out your horse- , you will blame and throw a fit
you cut me with your behavior and words and then don't expect me to bleed
you then after much confrontation say sorry as if it will add to your good deed
its time to make this right and I am done not standing up
So I am going to hold you accountable for these actions that has caused all this mess-up.
No one gives you food
When you're able to do so,
Work out your own good.
Why is accountability so allusive to mankind?
I think that many of us forget, that God is not blind.
There is always an excuse, an easier path to take.
Will our deception anger God, or make his heart break?
Can’t all be forgiven, why must we show disdain?
Practice what you preach, so your work is not in vain.
I had to learn to let go
I had to understand how to move on
Needed her to leave
In order for me to be free
Times when I’m alone
I just wanna text her
And start all over again
But clean slates don’t exist
I made boundaries for me to heal
But I keep breaking them down
Can’t focus on myself if I’m
Trying to fix what happened with us
It’s best to leave in peace
Instead of staying in anger
I made my mistakes, now
I gotta be held accountable
If I add you back
Please block me
If I try to talk to you
Please just ignore me
It’s the hardest lessons
That makes us stronger
