God Forgiver of All Ills

Oh God, forgiver of all ills,
To thee we lift one voice;
Through thee, our reason is instilled,
Our wills, granted free choice.

Upon the cross on Calvary,
Thy only Son forgave
The errors of humanity;
Our weakened souls, he saved.

Thy justice is all-merciful,
Rewarding self-control,
Then sparing tortures that befall
The sloth of weak, impassioned souls.

Thy heavens turn in symmetry,
To follow thy design,
The world obeys the Almighty,
For all power is thine.

A Thanksgiving Poem

Thanksgiving day,a day to count your many blessings
A day to give thanks, and a day for rememberance
Rememberance of those who gave there all,Rememberance of those who are
No longer with us..give thanks, thanks for the money to by the food on your table
And pray for those who can’t afford the same food, give thanks, thanks for the
And loved ones that’ll surround you on thanksgiving, and pray for the loved ones
that cannot attend
Give thanks, thanks for the freedom to celebrate thanksgiving in whichever way
you choose
And pray, pray for the soliders that are in the middle east, making the ultimate
sacrfice to
Give you this freedom, and most importantly, give thanks, thanks for the red, thanks
for the white
And thanks for the blue.when asked how many things am I thankful for,I’ll say 63
50 stars,and 13 stripes

                      Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Let's Talk, Turkey

While a roaming in the gloaming
many years ago,
with steps so jerky I met a turkey
swaying to and fro.

Now being lonely and awfully homely
I hoped that by a chance
my new found friend might help me end
my lowly social stance.

I looked at him so sleek and slim
and he smiled kind of smirky.
So I said as my heart bled,
“C’mon, let’s talk, turkey.”

He spoke not never and I so clever
just couldn’t figure him out.
Maybe he’s mad or maybe just sad
and I started to moan and pout.

His eyes now gleamed and it made me steam
to see such an elegant bird
sitting so high with a sneer in his eye
and uttering not a word.

Now Thanksgiving was coming and I was slumming
and going to have hot dogs again.
I thought t’would be nice to have turkey and spice
with a little dressing mixed in.

So to home I did run and fetched out the gun
and was quickly back on the scene.
"Now let's talk, turkey," I said kind of smirky.
Quoth the turkey, "How ghastly mean!"

Well that broke the ice for the turkey was nice
and we talked for an hour or so.
And when he said bye I thought I would cry
for I didn't want him to go.

Then my good old temptation sent up this sensation
of never again seeing my friend.
The gun it seemed bigger but I still pulled the trigger
and brought my poor friend to an end.

Then I thought, as likely as naught,
my friend feels bad about dieing
for as he had fell he had made my heart swell
because he was steadily crying.

Now he is dead and my heart is like lead
and my brain feels kind of malicious
but I won't forsake it because my mom baked it
and the white meat was just delicious.

A Song for Teachers You Made Our Life Beautiful

It began all from nursery
When I was little child
And when I always used to cry
You came and wiped my eyes

My wishes are for those teacher’s
Who gave us wings to fly
Who always gave a helping hand
For that, we say thank you

This song is for you
You made our life beautiful
I know you’re proud of me
As I’m proud of you

<<< >>>

When I look back to my past
I used to be very shy
You inspired me in such a way
I could see my childhood fly

My wishes are for those teacher’s
Who motivate students through
In the tough times you’ve been with us
For that, we say thank you

This song is for you
You made our life beautiful
I know you’re proud of me
As I’m proud of you

<<< >>>

You made a difference in our lives
Every time when we grew
You made our minds grow strong
One child at a time

My wishes are for those teacher’s
Who loved us like their child
You never left us all alone
For that, we say thank you

This song is for you
You made our life beautiful
I know you’re proud of me
As I’m proud of you

Ring Around The Pumpkin

For the bounty of the earth
Come Ye thankful people come
For it is Autumn
And the leaves are coming down
Run run sweet John Barley Corn
Let's play ring around the pumpkin
As the harvest moon shines
On the jingle jangle scarecrow
For I'am just a little acorn
Bounded for another harvest home
As the wind shakes the barley
Like a slow Thanksgiving waltz
For our farmers sets the table
To a wondrous haymakers hoedown
For we bid ado to a Shokan's fairwell
And now thank we to all our God

Happy Harvest Time To All
Love Kathy And Jenny
May God Be With You
