The Birthplace of Wisdom

The birth of wisdom is timeless For wisdom has evolved beyond time Wisdom is grown from the seeds of eternity For a thought to be eternal It must stand the test of time For any limits will make it untrue To create things eternal Is beyond the powers of man We are limited by time The thoughts we think are eternal Are the thoughts we find in the Spirit within They are the thoughts of God With God all things are possible Within His will there is no possibility of failure Only fruition of His will What man deems as failure Is the misdirected will of God Manifested through the ego of man

What a powerful poem, Bill! Much to ponder with each stanza. I particularly like the first stanza and the last one. Your words gave me pause as I reconsidered where wisdom comes from. Wow! Wilfully misdirected or in other rationale Disobeying..As truly none may say Him no..' So Bill should anyone thing they are getting Stuff going outside of God's scope, that's great Trouble...For it means He is letting them run. In the endo though He will reel them in.'

Very interesting stuff, Bill! I have a book entitled "Two Dozen (or so) Arguments for God", one of which is the argument from consciousness. I haven't finished reading it yet, and have trouble understanding/paraphrasing, but while we have thoughts, these thoughts have a home in us, but some thoughts are too big to be contained in a single mind, and their home is eternal, in the mind of God. Your poem made me think of that proof and nods me towards continuing to try to understand the author.

I've heard it said , " some things are not meant to be understood by one person", sounds like another point for a Creator of the thoughts / God, to have those thoughts, or groups of people.
