Savoury Meal

Sautéed mushrooms in beef bits
remain savoury
with marinated boiled eggs
as fruit salad reigns
midst strawberry shake
for "thank* God"
burp!

William Kelii Kekaula June 13, 2022 at 12:53 PM Lol, Beata, interestingly, my Filipino friend's mom had made Pinakbet yesterday, steeped stewed veggies with pork and baby shrimp (my friend knows my likes and dislikes, softened veggies--no prawns--no pumpkin--balanced pork and fat, cannot be meaty). He visits me alot and I treat him to restaurants, and in turn, his mom cooks for us sometimes. Forgot the rice, whenever she makes her hot dishes, she covers it with the main course on top, so when you spoon it, it'll come up as Pinakbet with rice added, and my compliments on your blessed win!
