Let those who see me not when I am there
Nor will hear me when I quietly speak
Less their world be tarnished that I would care
This approval of need I shall not seek
To escape voices so boastful and loud
Who live in a world of their chosen fear
Their emotions, not their mind they have bowed
To wait for a followed cause to appear
I'll leave cluttered realms of self-righteous thought
Find calm along sea's flowing peaceful shore
Where sunset's fading light on waves are caught
To hear the faceless souls of hate no more
There on peaceful shores where life never ends
There is no anger and nothing offends
