Out in the yard, on the grill, is roasted chicken, marinated in spice mix. To ease summer heat, some cool lemonade, with mint leaves and salad. Yum! June.12.2022 What’s Cooking on the Grill This Summer Poetry Contest Sponsor. M. L. Kiser

I love drumsticks, with a hit of spice. I eat them twice a wee at least. Lovey pyramid.

Hawai'i is bursting with feral chickens so we wish more people would eat them, but I don't understand the attraction! Like lobster, crab, and escargot, too much work for too little meat! But enjoyed your poem! Aloha!
