Mister Lincoln rose
your perfumed romantic scent 
proves his love for me—
for thirty years you have grown

Parents are Rosa ‘Chrysler Imperial’ x Rosa ‘Charles Mallerin’. (Swim & Weeks, 1964.) I used to have Chrysler Imperial. I clip them off before I even bring them in the house. My Mr. Lincoln rose is very fragrant which is another reason I love it so much. I love carnations too because they last a very long time.
