I'm Tired Of Taylor Swift

I am tired of Taylor Swift,
Her face I can not avoid.
 I know you gals get my drift.
I love her, but am annoyed.

 She has all those Swifty fans.
Isn't that enough for her?
 All she does is sing and dance,
and is known throughout this
earth.

 Her picture is everywhere!
Won't you give me a break Please?!
 Kelce and her, are a pair.
Watch the Kansas city chiefs.

 I turn the radio on.
You won't believe who I hear.
 My daughter's favorite song.
You guessed wrong, it's Britney Spears.

         Gotcha  LOL

Phyllis I guess Stardom has it's rewards. I can not imagine parents usually paying 1300.00 to 3200.00 depending on where your sitting in the Venue. I feel for the parents that want to please their teenagers. Must be nice to be Taylor Swift. Thank you for stopping by and don't be a stranger start writing or repost your old poems. Some are all time celebrities drawing too many fans to them. Taylor Swift, I understand is one such celebrity. But too much adoration and hero worship is repulsive as you feel. So well written, dear Michael.

I agree Dear Valsa nothing against Taylor but she is promoted too much to the point of distaste. Too much of a good thing is not good. I wish her well but her ticket prices are off the charts. You know these poor parents foot the bill for pleasing their teenage mostly girls to see her. Some front roll seats are as much as 3200.00 dollars they say the average price of her concerts tickets are around 1300.00 to 1700.00 that's average she makes 10 to 17 million a concert and she is worth 1.6 Billion and climbing. No kidding, everywhere you look - Taylor Swift - haha. I'm stuck in the 60s and 70s, so I'm not even familiar with her music. I did hear a song of hers called Excile that I really liked.

Yes she is very talented but I am like you from the 60's 70's. That was my favorite kind of music. Especially the Eagles band. Anaya mentioned one of her songs that I liked, that was I think Shake it off. A police officer sang it in his patrol car and it was hilarious he got 48 million hits and went viral. You can look it up on YouTube you will get a big laugh out of it. She is worth 1.6 Billion dollars. Unbelievable. Thanks for stopping by David. I really appreciate your comments...

She has lots of fans Paula she doesn't need you or I as fans she has millions lol. I guess when you get older your more picky in music. I love the Eagles played in a band was a drummer. Wow R3200-00 with our exchange rate equals R60000-00 plus minus Michael - however this amount of Rands in South Africa is an excellent basic salary for a Unit Manger who is in charge of an ICU ward in a hospital for example. We still run a business from home. This business has been in our family since the mid seventies, and it still remembers us, although it is past its hey day and still contacts us for staff. When we decided to finally work from home 3 years ago, which to this day we still do, we had to sadly let 5 members of staff go. We place staff in the medical industry. Blessings, Jennifer.

Yes the camera always finds her. The media has made her a Super Super Star. I just can't believe most people pay over 1400.00 dollars a ticket and in the front row 3200.00 dollars. Dear michael, i wish the tickets to see any singer would be a bit affordable as there are so many fans of these artists, and parents feel pressured to buy and let their kids see their idols perform. I like Taylor swifts lyrics, and some songs but im not a fan really: but i know many that are fans, and would do anything for taylor swift, maybe its her way of being connected to her fans , i wonder. Like I said the goddess charges tickets, like all superstars, because of our capitalist system based on the law of supply and demand, the greater the demand the higher the prices, as a good American I know you know that. She has lists and lists, believe me that was an unfinished timeline, and I'm absolutely sure you know it. She's the bravest knowing she'd lose a great portion of her fans, when she spoke out for her country and women. She only deserves our respect. A cute and humorous poem. I know you like her and that's great and she has probably millions of fans which is also nice. She sings and dances well and she has multiple Hits and successful music sales but it seems everywhere you go. They make her out to be some Goddess, and she really charges a lot. Anyways I respect your support for her and thank you for your information on Taylor. I am glad she at least gives a portion of her monies to those establishments. Anaya that's great that she gives to Charities.Not to downplay that she gives but it doesn't seem enough proportionally to what she makes. Seventy thousand and fifty thousand is not a whole lot. To the Taylor swift Education Center where she owns it and gets her money back through her corporation. How about the Homeless, or St Judes Hospital where children are dying of cancer? Or for breast cancer, where tens of thousands of woman died from it 42,500 to be exact. Country Music Hall Of Fame? There are more needy causes out there that she can give to. I like her song Shake it off that police officer did it in his car and it went viral 42 million views.

This was just a fictional write Andrea my daughter Ashley will be 34 in August. Yes somethings I was reluctant to mention of what she does on stage, that I am not fond of. People still love her and support her. It baffles me how much she makes per concert Andrea, 10 to 17 million per show. Can you imagine how she could help so many in need in this poverty stricken world we live in? Hugs...

I hear you Constance. I am not a big fan either but so many are and that is nice for her. I just can not believe folks and teenagers would pay that kind of money to see someone perform. Jan I wrote about how popular she is. Everywhere you go she's on a cover of a magazine. Every week now for the last year. You can't go anywhere without seeing, hearing one of her songs, or on TV. It is unbelievable. It gags me. You go to the store for groceries and you look at any magazine and you see her face. It's like they shove her down your throat. There is a lot more I can share but I best keep my mouth shut. She is a major influencer in music, brands, and Politics and that is her right to do so like any American. I just get tired of how these musicians not just her exploit people by overcharging them. Look up what she charges for her concert if you want to have a stroke don't look it up lol. Hugs...
