Greed

I'm greed, and I am always wanting more. A demon and unseen, I'm growing still. I'll grasp and squeeze and bleed your inner core, for I'm the void that folks can't seem to fill! June 23, 2022 for Margarita Lillico's Greed Poetry Contest

Powerful Quatrain my friend. Wise words of warning to us all. Until recently, I always wanted more. Fortunately I have always enjoying giving more than receiving. Honestly, I have been blessed to loove giving and sharing with others. Good entry for the contest, Andrea. Have a joyful day! Hugs, Bill

Sad that Greed is there in the first place as Greed is jealousy and jealousy is greed, and it forever consumes some people, thus they are never whole, a part of them is missing, a void deep in their soul. Thought provoking write. good luck in the contest Andrea, Hugs and Blessings, Jennifer.

I think my skin crawled when I read this. Horrible thing greed and you make it as it is, sinister.
