A Squirrels Circus Show

Looking out my Kitchen window. I saw a Squirrel performing single. He flung himself like an acrobat, and landed softly, no safety net. I was amazed at watching him. His death defying tricks, out on a limb. A high wire act he did so try. On a Powerline, so very High. He climbed and climbed this big oak tree, and diappeared in disbelief. In closing, he did a stunning dive, and landed softly, to my surprise. I watched his Ringling Brothers Act perform. When he finished, I applauded, and A Star was born. Michael Tor

So sweet Michael. In my back yard, there are fruit trees and it is such fun watching the antics of squirrels. I love their agile movements. Unfortunately they eat away many of our precious fruits.

Yes Valsa they can ask you also why you eat their fruits too, lol. I love the squirrels and chipmunks. They are great to watch. We buy bird feed for the birds but the squirrels eat it too. Thanks for stopping by Dear... Blessings to you...

This is so fun and cute Michael. I have seen them do amazing things here too. One hangs upside down from the edge of the porch roof with his two back feet. I enjoyed your poem. You have shown their ways well with your writing :)

Ever so cure Michael, you were watching a high trapeze show and by little ones who played out death defying acts and still landed softly on the grass, is it not a miracle that God has thought of everything and everyone including animals and each in their own right have a talent. lol there is no great joy Michael then that of watching nature and its wonderful creatures, how carefree they are. I was at the mall today and watched a tiny bird land a roof top , I was speaking to it, softly, when I returned to my car, it was sitting on my roof top lol, they hear our energetic talks, lol, thanks for sharing this delightful little poem :)

Your poem really appeals to me, Michael. I love to watch the antics of the squirrels in my backyard. They are such frisky little creatures and their skills always amaze me, too. I have watched them walk across a power line and wonder how in the world they keep their balance. Nice writing, my friend.

Milton thank you Sir for stopping by. Yes we use to have at least 12 squirrels in our back woods that use to invade the bird feeder. We used to love watching them, get to the bird feeder, balancing themselves with their tails and hanging upside down breaking into the bird feeder, and feeding. They are like you say Milton is such a joy to watch. Watching them, there was one I saw that was diving and running on the clothes Line. I thought of Circus performers with their High wire acts and Trapeze, and I got the idea to make the squirrel part of a circus act. I am glad it appealed to you Milton. Glad you enjoyed reading. Indeed a star was born. No squirrels in Malta. It is prohibited to import them. I saw a few long time ago in London Epping Forest. They were as fascinating as your poem.
