My broken heart you left. Powerless hands confused - stupefied. Fleeting muffled music no cotton gloves wipe my tears. Scribbling on the sky the message; You are the precious star I gaze at. Swirling lone in agony and sorrow. Pay for driving in the wrong direction, loaded with stinging nettles and weeds Naked beneath the open sky Bless the fool, speak not in tongues On unscrupulous feet no fire of passion or soft feathers. Be careful with my heart

What a beautiful picture to go with your very poignant and soul stirring etheree. I love double etherees, and especially one that flows with not just exquisite wordplay, and imagery but also such deep emotions that can make any reader feel the depth of your feelings! “Bless the fool speak not in tongues” love that line and also the opening that truly touched my heart! Your syllables are on point! And i felt this poem strongly! Thank you for writing: congratulations on winning! Well deserved
