Some years ago Admins added an audio feature that I absolutely love. I've used it on many occasions in the past and in a few recent posts as well. Have you ever been to a poetry reading? It can be a bit of a snooze fest. Even some of the greats have been known to drone on. What makes a great audio poem? In a nutshell: emotion. There are so many available enhancements as well. I've used background music, special sound effects, improvised voice characterizations and more. You can too. Older poems are ok to enter but one restriction: no AI productions. I know this will disqualify many existing poems but I want this to be you. Don't worry too much about the quality of your voice. Enthusiasm and imagination can make up for any supposed vocal deficiencies. Write something you're proud of and then put your personality into the vocal presentation.
