What to Submit?
1 original, poem on the theme of .............anything, as long as your form is correct. Only form acceptable is Dodoitsu...........The Dodoitsu is a fixed folk song form of Japanese origin and is often about love or humor. It has 26 syllables made of of four lines of 7, 7, 7, 5 syllables respectively. It is unrhymed and non-metrical. ................one stanza, correct form and DoDo Go !! (p.s...... normally I demand new poems written for the contest but this time I will allow you to use any previously written dodoitsu if you like)

Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
