What to Submit?

1 original, poem on the theme of .............

I’LL NEVER FORGET WHAT’S HIS/HER NAME

Don’t ask…..just write something new, dated, and worthy of forgetting.

Please submit only new(as in freshly written for contest theme) and dated(as in after contest date).  Have some fun, get out of the box factory and run scantily clothed throught the beauty of the blank page.

Any form is acceptable.  Please adher to form chosen as in meter, cadence, rhyme patterns etc.  I tend to look for poetic devices, subtle shifts, word play, and that "GOTTCHA" moment or line.

Submit one copy of your poem online. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read — no illustrations or fancy fonts. 

English Language

Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
