i'll never forget the way his words fell across the page his ciceronian elegance the effulgence of my soul amidst the threads of darkest nights spun as if through stars we danced within the shadows 'neath the pearly moon i remember the way our muses spoke mindful thoughts in hidden speech epistolary notes in whispers romance upon the sheets though i can't recall .....his name through all these heartfelt writes September 14, 2019 What's his name Contest Sponsored by John Lawless

Thank you so much John...sometimes i take the word of the day from thesaurus and write a whole poem on it... ciceronian was one of those words...it happened to work well with that contest theme... :) hugs

Thank you my friend. It was a fun time, my poetry site had been closed a year and I had nowhere to share my musings and then found this songwriter who shared his songs and I started responding to the lyrics poetically. It became a game and when others saw what was going on sometimes they would chime in as well. :) hugs

lol...was a fun but weird experience, he would write a lyric to his songs, my muse would write a poem in response and it went back and fourth for quite some time....we never had real conversations, just like on big continuous collaboration! :) Thank you.... hugs, and yours was perfect, romantic and beautifully penned :)

Haha thanks my friend. I used to muse back and fourth with a singer song writer. Never met never spoke outside of metaphorical language. Some beautiful poems fell but I don’t recall his name :) hugs
