Contest Description
To enter my contest and have the opportunity to win a copy of one of my books, you need to submit a (New) poem on the theme of "Romance" using an "English Sonnet" format. Winning poets will need to supply me with their (full) name, address, and phone number so I can have your prize shipped directly to you through Amazon.
English Sonnet
An "English Sonnet" has fourteen lines with an (abab, cdcd, efef, gg) rhyming scheme, with ten syllables per line.

In my contests, so many poems get disqualified for not doing so!

to check for rhyme, grammar, or syllable counts ~ no other programs are acceptable.
Rules:
1) Do not place your name or other information on your poem page!
2) True rhymes only, no near rhymes.
3) Be True To The Form you choose.
4) Only submit poems relative to this contest; all others will not get read.
5) Must be a new poem as of Nov.29th, 2024.
6) "AI" poems are not acceptable. ( I run all considered poems through several AI detectors.)

Fourth to the tenth prize... Glory.
