1 footle form (standalone or sequenced)with an integral title (entries that have had success in other contests are acceptable but DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR NAME OR OTHER IDENTIFYING MARK)

English Language
Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
