The Storm

The Storm A Premium Member's Poem 
Out of anger the thunder roars
The whirling clouds are the thoughts in store
With each flash of lightening, there is pain
Tears roll down as it starts to rain
Gusting winds in their emotional blow
Caught in the storm as on life's journey I go

I've made it through another storm in life and I want to thank God for the answered prayers, my family for their support, and all my friends here at the Soup for your encouraging words.   I love you all! 
When these storms hit, it's with no warning and when I least expect.  Though they're difficult at the time, I must say, they can be a real blessing.  The rainbow that follows gives me the peace I have longed for and the strength to keep on pushing.  
 I know I'm not the only one who has problems and lives through these storms and  I only hope to be as supportive and encouraging as everyone has been with me.

Finding a blessing in those storms is the first step in learning to manage the storm. Now bury your head into something you want to acomplish when those storms come and release all your frustrations on the project. You'll be too stubborn to quit with all you feel inside and you'll accomplish amazing things. God Bless. Vince
