Carol Eastman

I sit at my window with my cats and dogs, where I feed my birds daily... Each day my Hubby Mike gives me tid bits from his imagination... before he heads off to work... I try to write for the fun and enjoyment of all... My poems never fit exactly into any contests... Fun story poems have a place here along with children's poetry. I'll be trying to promote them in the future by contests and my poetry.

Problems on PoetrySoup

I wish to know if anyone else on PoetrySoup is having a problem I have been having.

Little square bits of the page keep showing up and covering what I am trying to look at.

This happens ONLY on PoetrySoup and no other internet sites. I believe some of the coding has been corrupted or a virus is showing up. My Husband checked our computers. We have no viruses on our

computer. Am I alone in this problem? PS... 2 pages of my PoetrySoup Contest Entries have been corrupted.

carol, i see that too but not as frequent as the major glitches i am having on soup...have you solved this now? ..huggs

Can someone send us a SCREENSHOT of what you are seeing. It must be a screenshot and NOT copied text. Thanks. Also, tell us what browser you are using when having this problem.

My browser is Chrome. My hubby is trying to get you a screenshot. But when he does that... it disappears. We will save it as a pdf and try to send it to Team PoetrySoup under Contact Us. Hubby there is something wrong with the coding on the page that takes sections and moves them around kinda like an ad would go up. How can we send you an attachment?

I have seen them when I was on a remote computer. I believe them to be ads that are being blocked whether they be a spam or tracker.

I do not have this problem, but I feel your 'pain' and hope a remedy is found. What you are going thru must be very frustrating.
