LIFE IS SHORT

It's not
as if you have
a choice in the matter,
but if you leave a poem
it's enough.

Pardon me while I toot my own horn

Dear Chetta, your potent and poignant haiku is incredible. I completely agree with the commentary. It sums up the thoughts I had upon reading your haiku. Soulful, thought-provoking and conveys complex scenarios in so few words. Congratulations for creating such a stunning piece and for your poem’s recognition. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan
