Arthur Vaso is a Canadian poet, born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. He has had his works published in local papers/magazines as well as on many Web sites. He has traveled extensively around the world, and writes about a wide variety of topics.
It has been a little over a year, that I have decided to form a publishing company, the process has been long, with a steep learning curve. We have already managed to publish our first book, with great success. We sold out our first print, and have begun a second print run.
We have not even done an official book launch, as we always seem to miss our own deadlines, however this has all turned out for the better.
For the first book, although it is listed on Amazon and is in book stores, we decided to market it within community and library groups. Doing book interviews and tours we found was a better way to engage readers and get some exposure.
You all know who you are, so thank you, this was a huge project, not simply publishing a first book, but sourcing all the suppliers and printers for future projects. It took us a year, but we have now built up a good team, and a process to make future projects easier.
This was a complete thrill and pleasure to do, and I look forward to so much more in the future!
