Let me know what you think about this

<P>I have been toying with the idea of creating a contest of my own. Though I have a habit of veering from&nbsp;the format as it were, I guess I just need to mix things up sometimes. I was wondering&nbsp;rather than just another poetry contest if it would be accepted both by my fellow writers and with the powers that be if I could post the beginning of a story I have been writing. The idea being that those interested would continue it and be judged upon that criteria. I do realize that it's not poetry, but I am betting that some of you write more than just poems as I do. I would like to know if this would be a fun little project to offer or am I just going against the&nbsp;norm ? Your thoughts ?
