IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORST

Hi Soupers, What do you when life gets you down? I've been feeling really low lately.use The sun was shining bright but I didn't see the light. I just felt horrible that I was a walking zombie. I didn't want to get out bed nor see a new day( But I couldn't because little ones depend on me). When I thought I would never get better or see the light in the midst of darkness, I came across this song https://youtu.be/TkDDOs0EedM( It's not meant for religious purposes. It made me realize that my life ain't that bad. And I wanted share if with you all.

Hi Alexis, sometimes we do feel down, and that's the time I cry out to God for His comfort, only He can heal:) heard the song, it's beautiful, how many times we forget to say thank you, isn't it?

When I feel low... way low with the blues, I find that writing helps. It doesn't matter what you write, and it doesn't need to be shared. Just put your thoughts in writing. I'm happy to see that you've moved past the darkness. and Yes, things could always be worse. I'm reminded of the old saying, "I cried because I had no shoes until I met a man who had no feet." Being grateful for the things we have, the people who love us, and our health is worth so much. Smile, Alexis

You must listen to lively music. Stay busy (thinking is bad) focus on what's good and remind yourself everything is gonna be fine. We all have bad days. If it goes on for a week or so, you probably ought to go see a doctor. depression can be serious. I know you will feel better soon. You are too nice and upbeat to be down long. I like 70's music, preferably loud:)

I'm so sorry you've gone through a tough time my friend. I agree seeing the clip and hearing the words of that song make you realise there are other's far worse off than we are and our life isn't bad. Hope brighter days are ahead for you:-) hugs jan xx
